Looks tired… This hotel may have had its moment of glory somewhere in time, but currently it cannot be more than a simple three star! the rooms are very basic, bathrooms have strange smells and the sink is always clogged.
We didn't use the pool, but the strong smell of chlorine indicates that the maintenance care may not be the best. compared to the beach... it looks like the children's pool! very low, at low tide so you can't really use it. We chose to walk a little and use one of the beaches in neighboring resorts, with much more water and a more attractive appearance!
the best... the people!!! With the exception of one person at reception who was never able to smile during our stay (and who was the one who welcomed us), all the staff were very friendly and helpful! train them a little better, invest in a general renovation (the restaurant's ceilings are going to fall soon...) and improve small details and you can compete with other nearby hotels! I'll come back one day to see...

This is the level of service you can expect.
Been an hour since I informed the staff about the garbage at the beach area yet nobody came to pick it up.
5 stars is all about attention to little details but this ain’t it.

Our stay at the hotel wasn't good.
We had to change the room twice,
First room they allotted had a lot of seepage smell in the room, and the second room we were in had a lot of loud bang noise coming from the room in the middle of the night as the water tank was filling.
Breakfast had limited options,
We booked through makemy trip, many amenities mentioned like Spa and sauna wasn't available
Hotel gives pool cards to guests, but if you lose them, they will charge you 250k for them
Overall, our stay wasn't comfortable

The pool is deep and warm which is good because the ocean is not pleasant as you can smell the gasoline from the constant jet skis. The drinks are awful and some of the bartenders bully you into drinking more alcohol when you are trying to take a break by drinking a water. Some of the food is okay but the chicken Katsu and fish fingers at breakfast both had raw meat inside. The rooms are beautiful but not sound proof AT ALL - you can hear everyone all around you and the terrible music from outside so don’t expect to get a good sleep.

It was my first time staying here. I am thoroughly impressed. The service, the people, the spa, shops on hand, the beach is lovely, the pool and bar was fantastic, and the garden was excellently maintained. When in Bali next, this is where I will find myself
