Large beachfront resort. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite: incredibly spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and with plenty of in-room amenities. We really appreciated the generous amount of water provided, since the tap water isn’t drinkable. Unfortunately, the room is old-fashioned, just like the rest of the hotel, with wardrobes that smell of wood and an overall dated style. With a full renovation, this place could easily become an exceptional hotel that would stand out from the competition — but it’s not there yet. The pool is large and has a very cool swim-up bar. There’s a gourmet restaurant available by prior reservation, a main restaurant open 24/7, and another restaurant located in the garden. Daily entertainment and sports activities are offered. We loved the “paint your own Bali bag” activity — it will be a wonderful physical memory to bring home from the trip. Private beach, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, billiards, table football, karaoke… The staff is extremely kind and helpful in every department, which is a consistent standard we’ve found in all Meliá hotels.

I spent 4 nights here in November with the all-inclusive package and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! The room was spacious and clean, the food was great and the staff was top-notch. This resort is smaller than some others in the area, but i consider that a positive thing because it enhances the personal attention. Although I was here before the start of the busy season, they did not cut any corners with the facilities, food or entertainment. One of the best values for the money that I have ever received. I met several people during my stay who have made multiple trips to Sol Benoa Bali. I will definitely be back the next time that I find myself in Bali.

I stayed at this location for about 3 days at the end of Sept/Oct. 2025. I would say I am not sure how this resort has such high ratings. The resort has so much potential but it looks like they were not able to recover from covid and thats unfortunate. The landscaping was descent but unfortunately the water with the fish was pretty dirty. The rooms were out dated and the hallways are dark and a little creepy. The customer service was questionable at best. Check-in was professional and courteous. The drivers were great guides. The kitchen staff looked at our party like we had seven heads and lacked professionalism. (Complaint was filed). The all- inclusive part was a nice package to have for alcohol purposes but they menus at the resturants need a revamp. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to anyoneone. I would say save your money there better options in the area for sure.

We celebrated my husband's birthday together with our family in this resort. Everything was well taken care of and all the staff are amazing, living up to the Balinese hospitality that never failed us. We opted for the all inclusive and it was truly value for money. There is a 24hour restaurant, a stall by the beach where one can get unlimited ice cream, coconut and other juices and waffles. There is seaside cycling,some in house activities and entertainment. The food is generally good with a few hit and miss. Must try Amarta restaurant, their fine dining restaurant. As I did not make reservations for the buffet dinner and when I requested for it, the staff immediately arranged a good table for us to watch the fire show.I can feel the eagerness to serve and to make their customers happy, so this is one happy place to be if you want a hassle free holidays. Thank you so much Ratna and team for making our family holidays a memorable and seamless one!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in october 2025. 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 1). We absolutely loved our stay. The kind, and attentive staff were the hightlight. We can't speak highly enough of everyone there. Food and alcohol included with the all inclusive was great. Breakfast was the highight. Its an older complex but suited our needs perfectly. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a well priced, relaxing stay
