We stayed at Sol by Meliá Bali for six nights during our honeymoon and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic charm with a more traditional style rather than modern, but it is still beautiful. What truly stands out is the excellent customer service — the staff is always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Service is fast, and the food at the restaurants is delicious. The hotel offers great amenities such as a spa, kids’ area, several restaurants, a large swimming pool, and a pool bar. A great plus is the daily activity schedule, a small shop with souvenirs, nice photo spots, and a temple open to the public on specific days. Toward the beach, the hotel also has staff who help organize water activities such as banana boat rides, jet skis, and parasailing. Special thanks to Bombom for his outstanding service at the pool bar. We are Mexican and felt very welcomed, which made our honeymoon even more special. As constructive feedback for improvement (not a complaint), extra attention could be given to the cleaning of the pool tiles near the bar area and to occasional humidity or drainage smells in some rooms. Our room change was handled very efficiently. Additionally, more frequent cleaning of the roof areas could enhance the overall elegance of the property. Didn't have to lift a finger. Picked up from airport and dropped off. The staff were all lovely. Communication was fine! The meals were nice, loved food options and the drinks, the Pink Dragoon being my favourite. Ate all our meals here, never got upset tummy. The beach was right on the doorstep. I got the courage up to walk the streets and enjoyed wandering around too. Pool closes I thought a little early, 9pm would have been nice. The building was very cool, though I think a clean of the walls would go a long way to make it sparkle like it deserves! Thank you for a great experience!!

Absolutely perfect stay …🙂👍 10/10 AAA+ The staff is absolutely devoted to client satisfaction .. always smiling, always asking if you need something and taking care of the customers.. A exemplary team that other Melia’s should take example on..! Arrival at the reception is just perfect … The restaurants, some open 24 hours , have a great ‘ A la carte ‘ menu and the Buffets in the other restaurants are great also. Menega mediterranean restaurant is also great option with a sophisticated cuisine and attention .. Extremely attentive host.. The beach and hotel installations are great and with the premium package, they even reserve the beach chairs for you in the morning.. just perfect..10/10 Room service works perfectly also. The housekeeping did a perfect job , we stayed 11 days, for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, upgraded to a suite because we are Platinum at Melia Rewards, they never forgot anything, from the coffee to the mini bar and the rest of the amenities in the room. Rooms were very tidy, taking care of to perfection..10/10 The laundry service is also perfect, give them your laundry in the morning and by the end of the afternoon it’s in your room, clean and ironed..10/10 what else can we say……? I spent 4 nights here in November with the all-inclusive package and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! The room was spacious and clean, the food was great and the staff was top-notch. This resort is smaller than some others in the area, but i consider that a positive thing because it enhances the personal attention. Although I was here before the start of the busy season, they did not cut any corners with the facilities, food or entertainment. One of the best values for the money that I have ever received. I met several people during my stay who have made multiple trips to Sol Benoa Bali. I will definitely be back the next time that I find myself in Bali.

We stayed at the Sol Melia Benoa, for 3 nights and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the very warm hospitality and fantastic service provided by the entire team. They go above and beyond to make you feel like more than just a guest; they make you feel like family. I want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Eka Suriani at the front desk. Eka's professionalism, kind demeanor, and attention to detail made a world of difference. She ensured our check-in process was seamless and was always available with a smile to assist. The house keeping was top notch, always friendly and the room is spotlessly clean, and amazingly so efficient, we always get a nice clean room immediately after our breakfast. The resort itself is a perfect blend of relaxation and Balinese charm. Great interior. Plenty of activities to keep guests entertained and we really enjoyed the food and great service at the Kitchen.
