We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm! The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our stay extra special. The hotel also surprised me with a birthday cake in the room—a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. The beach is clean and perfect for spending the day relaxing by the water. Room service was excellent, always prompt and with delicious options. Dining in the hotel was also a pleasure, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which added to the overall relaxing experience. Overall, Sofitel The Palm gave us a truly memorable stay. Between the great service, beautiful beach, and thoughtful touches, we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai

Luxury Experience The location and atmosphere were exceptional. The apartment room was spacious with ample kitchenware and delightful amenities. We were offered a wide variety of food at breakfast, and the pool and beach were incredibly relaxing. There was nothing to complain about except for the electronic facilities in the room. The washing machine malfunctioned after only one use, and the hot water sometimes did not maintain a sufficient temperature. We recommend keeping the facilities in good working order.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful Sofitel on the Palm. Very well equipped and spacious suite, with very comfortable bed, large sitting area and balcony. Easy access to private beach and good selection of pools, gym, and food available on site. Club Lounge access via the suite room well worth the additional cost, with an excellent hot and cold breakfast buffet, freshly cooked egg options, and a very nice happy hour 5-7 with good drink and snack options. Service was exceptional throughout the stay, particular shout out to: 1. Arun at the beach bar - always friendly and working hard in the hot sun to give great service 2. Zia and Hnin in the club lounge for being so welcoming and giving great attentive service 3. Shambu and Zubair from housekeeping, the level of cleaning and kind gestures such as a rose bath were superb 4. Omar on the reception desk of the building desk for premier suites room 6104 was very helpful. Also the night shift colleague (didnt get the name unfortunately but a very kind and professional lady working 24th Sept evening who gave an excellent welcome). 5. Samuel on the front door for always having a positive outlook and friendly welcome Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My family and I stayed for the fourth time at this hotel in July 2025. From check in to check out staff is always extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel has great pools, restaurants and a fantastic private beach. The Premier Lounge staff needs a special thanks for their warmth and kindness. They really make our holiday special on every return and can not do enough to welcome us back. I would like to thank in particular Elena Kremenitskaya and Rahul Sharma, both from the Premier Lounge and Subash our butler on the Signature Palm Suites who went above and beyond to make our family holiday super special. We will no doubt be returning next year!

I had a fantastic experience at Sofitel The Palm, especially at the Porterhouse restaurant. The food was outstanding – perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Cath and Aushan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality really stood out and made the evening extra special.
