I had an exceptional experience at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The location is ideal for exploring Ho Chi Minh City, providing easy access to major landmarks while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere. The breakfast was a particular highlight, offering an impressive array of options that beautifully showcase Vietnamese cuisine and local beverages. It was a perfect introduction to the city's culinary culture. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable; the check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my requests. I highly recommend this hotel for its combination of convenience, cultural authenticity, and outstanding hospitality. Was given a welcome cake for anniversary.

The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location, service is excellent throughout! The restaurant ST25 has excellent modern fusion Vietnamese cuisine, and has been put on the Michelin guide list. Food is amazing, love every dish on the set menu!! each bite is an amazing explosion of flavours, so delicious!! Highly recommend this restaurant. Anthony who served us was excellent in guiding us through the dishes, and most importantly he has such a warm personality and serves us with a nice smile throughout. We had such a wonderful dining experience, will definitely come again the next time we visit.

I had the pleasure of staying twice over December and January at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. While the hotel itself is stunning and the amenities are excellent, what truly made both stays special was the staff - hospitality professionals who rival the world’s best! Club Millésime was the highlight. The service was polished, personal, and consistently warm. Special thanks to Tram, Astrid, Tina, Nhi, Evelyn, Marcus and Zoe for their exceptional care, including their patience and encouragement when I tried to practise my Vietnamese. A further thank you to Anthony at ST25 by KOTO for making Christmas dinner so special. An outstanding experience overall.

Their service was never intrusive, always well timed, and delivered with genuine friendliness that made returning to the Club feel like coming back to a familiar place. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the housekeeping team, whose work was quietly exceptional. Everything was consistently immaculate, handled with great care and reliability, and the attention to detail made a noticeable difference throughout our stay. This kind of behind the scenes excellence is easy to overlook, but it shapes the entire experience. Beyond the individual moments, what stood out just as much was the hotel itself. Sofitel Saigon carries an exceptionally refined atmosphere, even beyond what we are used to from other hotels in this category. In every detail and every interaction, you can feel the influence of a remarkable Hotel Manager and a leadership approach built on high standards, consistency and genuine care. It is this foundation that allows the warmth and professionalism of the staff to shine so naturally. And of course, our appreciation extends to all the other wonderful team members we encountered along the way. Even if we cannot list every name, your dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed. Went here because of a delayed qatar airways flight. Nice rooms, fresh, clean, good bathrooms Nice view from above and beatiful pool area The food is really good, gourmet level. Breakfast and lunch are all you can eat whilst dinner you order your food like usual. Room service is also good, takes about 30-40 minutes.
