We had a wonderful experience at the Sofitel in Dubai! The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel truly relaxed and welcomed. A special mention goes to Rameshan Manoj, tow of the restaurant waiters, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was always so kind, attentive, and professional. Ramesh recommended several delicious dishes that we would have never tried otherwise – every single one was fantastic! His warm attitude and genuine hospitality really made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend the Sofitel Dubai to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the city.

From the moment we arrived, your warmth and attention to detail made us feel so special. We were deeply touched by the beautiful flowers and the handwritten letter you prepared for our honeymoon celebration — it was far beyond anything we expected. Honestly, that thoughtful gesture meant even more to us than the benefits I usually receive as an Accor Platinum Member. It showed genuine care and sincerity, and it’s something we’ll never forget. The Club Millesime experience was also absolutely fantastic. The ambiance, the food, and the impeccable service made every visit a pleasure. We could truly feel how dedicated every staff member was to ensuring guests had an unforgettable stay. Excellent 6 day stay in The Obelisk, Dubai, staying in a spacious Luxury Room with Club Lounge access. Superb staff providing the top-notch experience of a modern 5 star hotel. The hotel still has a 'brand new' appearance and will be our base in Dubai for future visits. Special thanks to Nisha and Lin in the Lounge for their friendly and helpful nature, Nisha even picking up on it being our wedding anniversary and making it special when we'd not discussed it with any staff members, a lovely touch. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours were well worthy of the Lounge upgrade. Housekeeping team of Ranjit & Shalana were also exceptional in keeping the room in perfect condition.

We stayed at Sofitel Obelisk for a few nights to break up our journey from Europe to Australia, and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The hotel is truly grand — from the stunning giant eagle in the lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms, everything was of the highest quality. What really stood out to us was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Charles at the front desk for his warm and efficient welcome, and to Richard and Shariff who greeted us daily and assisted with our luggage and transport — true 5-star service. We also appreciated the attention to detail from Muhammad and Sita, who kept our room on Level 29 spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. A heartfelt shout-out to the amazing lifeguard team at the pool deck. They greeted us and our kids with big smiles every day, creating a safe and welcoming environment. Their dedication — especially working under the intense sun — truly deserves special recognition. Thank you, Sofitel Obelisk, for a memorable stay. We look forward to returning!

I recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service at check-in by Luana set the tone for my stay. The rooms are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. The hotel’s direct access to WAFI Mall is a fantastic perk, making shopping and dining so convenient. Plus, it’s just a quick 10-minute drive to the Creek Yacht and Golf, which is a huge bonus for golf enthusiasts. Every morning, I looked forward to the amazing breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch! The staff, especially Puspa, Roshni, Murad, and Sunita, provided exceptional service, making each breakfast experience special. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor really enhanced my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return!
