I had an excellent stay and was truly impressed by the level of service provided by the entire team. A special mention to Manager Baha, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really made the experience stand out. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, and you can really feel that the team takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thank you to Baha and the whole team for a fantastic stay!

I recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — the architecture inspired by ancient Egypt combined with elegant French luxury gives it a very unique and sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the bathroom was luxurious with high-end amenities. Service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options, all fresh and high quality. The pool area was relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, my stay was memorable and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be coming back!

I would like to highly compliment the breakfast experience. I highly recommend the breakfast served on the 4th floor at the Japanese restaurant. It was a wonderful, intimate atmosphere with an amazing team. A special thank you to Shubham, who was extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. He made sure to provide me with gluten-free alternatives, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you as well to the rest of the team for the delicious food and drinks — Rohit and Shobo. I truly enjoyed everything and highly recommend this experience.
