I was there from the 12 to the 18 of August, I traveled from Germany. The hotel was pretty nice, it had a nice lobby and a pretty good service. The breakfast buffet was okay, it didn’t have much food and you had to order most of the stuff. At dinner we always went to „the nine“ it was a pretty good restaurant, but you always had the same menu, which was getting kinda boring after a time. But there is that one server named Thinzar, she was the sweetest and kindest server I had. She was very friendly and always asked if everything is good. At the end I can say it was a good hotel with great service

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Baptist from the Concierge team, and I must say his service was outstanding. He is extremely professional, attentive, and always ready with a warm smile. Baptist went out of his way to ensure everything was smooth and well taken care of. His genuine hospitality and excellent knowledge made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Baptist for anyone seeking exceptional service!
