Our house keeper Janine cleaned our room to a good standard. Fresh towels every day and coffee & tea topped up. The rug in the bathroom, disappearing every other day (I presume to be cleaned )was a bit frustrating. Fridge also not really cold enough. Comfortable bed has made for a good night sleep if it wasn’t for the noise outside. Happy hour misleading as doesn’t include alcohol (beer) in price advertised. Pool guy very helpful and friendly, all pool staff worked hard. In fact all staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, nice rooms, very friendly service. Mina from housekeeping always organized our rooms impeccably. Only issue: seems the accounting system is not very efficient: struggled to pay our reservation in advance, had to do several calls and emails with the hotel to get it right and the system locked us out of the room on the 3rd night of our stay because we had exceeded the deposit. It’s not like we were going to run away not paying room service… other than those administrative inconveniences, everyone at the hotel is great, friendly and always willing to help.

We had a wonderful experience at Sofitel JBR. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentie, and made us feel very welcome Madina. This was an incredible stay. Nima was making our room perfect every day. Always with a smile and ready to help. Everything is comfortable and easy here. We enjoyed every second from the check in. Nazik gave us a warm welcome to the hotel and took care of all, so we got our room quick and nice. Swimming pool, access to the beach.. But specially the personnel, all wonderful people.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Sofitel Jumeirah beach Hotel. The room(2605) was spotless throughout our stay—huge thanks to Candy for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very responsive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was excellent, with a beautiful buffet that offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’ll definitely be back!
