Perfect location in the heart of JBR right by the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, open till very late. Very safe and walkable area. I have to express my gratitude to the staff that are all extremely professional and very well trained. I had a beautiful room with sea views that was extremely comfortable and spacious. Soundproofing between rooms is good. You can hear a bit of outside noise as the area is very lively but didn't bother me. Breakfast is great, plenty of options. Very nice shops inside the hotel too. Thank you again for a great stay.

One aspect that truly stood out was the housekeeping service, which was consistently perfect throughout my visit. My room was always impeccably clean, well-arranged, and taken care of with great attention to detail. I would especially like to mention Yamona, the person responsible for cleaning my room. She did an outstanding job — her professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness greatly enhanced the quality of my stay. I highly recommend Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and I extend my sincere thanks to the team, especially Yamona, for making my stay unforgettable!

I recently stayed at Sofitel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff particularly RUKU were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the breakfast and dinner offered each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything – from the service to the food. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room service was outstanding. A special thank-you goes to Nima, who cleaned our room thoroughly and with great care every day. His attention to detail truly made a difference and added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel. Great service, delicious food, and a perfect location – we couldn’t have asked for more!

Room was nice and clean however balcony door was annoying hard to open and close very stiff and if it wasn’t closed properly ac wouldn’t work otherwise room was good clean very comfy bed and I had booked the king superior room but upon arrival I was offered the twin superior room but for one night they accommodated me in a suite with a king bed and then I was moved to a king superior room the next day which I had booked. Infinity pool was great nice views bit cold near sunset time. I didn’t book breakfast but was offered complimentary for one day and I didn’t enjoy it was a basic continental breakfast and cheap quality foods the black tea was awful very weak. Service was excellent however. Friendly staff and perfect location just minutes away from the beach and the walk. Clean rooms and very comfy beds.
