Ajay did a fantastic job cleaning my room! Love the personal touch with arranging my stuff in a way that I didn't even know would make life so convenient.
Jeric (the personal trainer) has phenomenal knowledge and is great at execution of movements. He actively competes in professional bodybuilding competitions and is an inspiration. His training is very effective and makes you feel amazing. He pushes you just the right amount. A must-do session!

We stayed at the hotel as a family with two small children for 16 nights. We had an amazing experience and are very grateful to the entire staff of Sofitel. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The lounge team very attentive. Elaine from the kids club always has new game ideas for the children. Also, the lunch buffet was very good. Especially the Thai chicken curry and the sweet sour tofu.
Location of the Hotel in downtown Dubai is very good as well. Pool area and fitness club are great.

I really liked the stay, right from the check in experience to the amenities at your disposal, the hotel is brilliant in all aspects. I liked the small gym, very convenient and easy to use. Restuarant was nice, but food taste can be better for Dubai standards. the staff is amazing, always eager to help. The room itself was amazing with great view and all the amenities. totally loved my stay here.

Really enjoyed the stay and services at Sofitel. Conveniently located as well. The gym service and equipments were good as well. Could have been a little more spacious but the instructor Mr Jeric really helped make the experience smooth.
At the front office , Mitch was also very sweet and helpful.
