We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai Downtown! Our room was stunning with an incredible view of the city — truly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lamya, who went above and beyond when my wife fell ill. She kindly allowed us a late checkout so my wife could receive the medical care she needed. Her kindness and professionalism meant so much to us. Everything about this hotel — from the service to the atmosphere — was outstanding. A must-visit and easily the best stay we’ve ever had!

Had an outstanding stay at the Sofitel, exceeded expectations! Tamia Stella were delightful at the front desk with all enquiries. Sanji and all the housekeeping guys did an exceptional job on the room, everyday the room was fresh clean and comfortable. Staff and chefs in the breakfast brasserie were great and the food was excellent. Special mention to afternoon tea followed by another afternoon tea inc alcohol. Highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again. Absolutely loved it!!

The hotel offers an exceptional experience, ideally situated in the prime Dubai Downtown location. Its proximity to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa metro station is highly convenient. Guests can easily access the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa via a walkway. The staff provides friendly and attentive service. Guest rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Evening turndown service is also provided. The breakfast offerings are extensive and diverse, including a notable fresh omelet prepared by skilled chefs, along with masala tea. While the hotel pool was undergoing refurbishment during our stay, the staff graciously accommodated guests by providing access to the residence pool and complimentary transportation to and from a beach on Jumeirah.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the concierge team Eric and Moustafa. Lei/Lea I think the front office agent was amazing and she even upgraded us to the one bedroom suite which we so gratefully appreciated. We looked forward to staying there already. Escorted to our suite we had a beautiful view and a huge room we just felt so happy to be back at Sofitel. A birthday set up was there on the bed and a cute cake which I enjoyed so much. I extremely enjoyed my stay, bed was like sleeping on a feather and just everything in general was a delight. The club access though I did not understand it was just the same place where everyone had breakfast at it was nothing special which I had paid extra for thinking it was more only for club paying guests however the evening drinks were good and service from Godwin was great as well. Occasionally at breakfast it was hard to get a servers attention even for a coffee but in the end it was all good. Breakfast options were wide but repetitive. Now that the pool which had a fantastic view of the burj khalifa is under construction the other one was just too small to enjoy. But nonetheless everyone was always happy to help and very kind. I will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends. Also the spa team Cham/Sem gave the best massage ever!

My brother and I came to Dubai to celebrate my mum 87th birthday, and it was my mother’s first time visiting — what a wonderful experience we had at Sofitel Dubai Downtown! Huge thanks to Mr. William (Manager) and the entire team for taking such great care of us. Chef Dany and Chef Anbu went the extra mile to prepare special Indian vegetarian meals for my mother — she absolutely loved them! Big appreciation to Tanvir, Toufie, Chaimae, and Speciose at reception for being so kind and helpful. The spa was fantastic — thank you Sem for an amazing massage, and to the lady spa manager who kindly took lovely photos for us. Everyone, from housekeeping to maintenance, made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A truly memorable stay — thank you, Sofitel Dubai Downtown, for making our trip so special! 💖✨
