I was very satisfied with my stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the restaurants offered excellent food, and the Executive Lounge provided a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast experience at Bella Sera on the 2nd floor. On a few occasions, there was a noticeable odor from some of the plates, which seemed similar to the smell that can occur when detergent is not completely rinsed off during the washing process. While this was a minor issue, I believe improving this aspect would make the dining experience even better. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

had a comfortable stays with the room. But most poorest service at the club lounge.very disrespectfully honoured and served the forceful attempt to serve the vegetarian food. firstly the senior staff need a very rigorous training of the brand they are working with and also need to know the level of the guest they are serving. also they need to be shared the business given to the accor group through our bookings. We requested them for the vegetarian options to be made and serve at the evening cocktail hours, they were not really willing to do anything. since we are vegetarain.hardly anything kept for the vegetarain at the club lounge. when we requested them to call chef to let us know what is he comfortable making and serving vweg food, the answer we got was we have to serve more than 100 guests. So were not paid for our stay or for the level of membership we hold. we could have been rude in answering but since we are traveller for 3 nights we thought avoid. for the same reason we did not use the lounge access for 3rd day. But during our 15 days thailand trip out of which 9 nights were in accor group of hotels this was the worst staff experience we came across. Next time in bangkok we might avoid booking sofitel for the same reason as there are ample of choice with accor as well as other luxury brand higher to sofitel.

An incredible experience at Sofitel Bangkok. The rooms are modern and well designed, with light materiality that makes them feel bright, modern and welcoming. Like always, Sofitel beds are unbeatable for comfort and we enjoyed the enclosed bathrooms and attention to detail. Service was spectacular. Any room request was delivered within minutes by extremely friendly staff. The staff at Le Millessime were also impressive and service oriented. The club lounge offers substantial food during breakfast and dinner though we wished the opening and service times were more flexible. The only potential downside here is the area - a somewhat sketchy part of town though close to Asoke, shopping areas, and BTS station for quick transit. It does not detract from the wonderful, modern hotel and service. Very happy with our choice over the Banyan Tree!

We used our Suite Night Upgrade and received a very nice Suite. Spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and silent on a higher floor. The bed and the aircon were excellent. The staff is excellent trained. Attentive, friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is sumptious, only there should be a wider selection of cold cuts. The Club Millessime is very big with a wide range of food and drinks during the Happy Hour.

Great hotel! Location was in between two stations - nana to the right and asoke to the left (this is directly connected with the sky bridge towards Terminal 21). The lounge was nice. Tea was ok.. nothing too fancy. The evening cocktail session was a lot better! With better choices. We had dinner at the restaurant - was great too! Most importantly we had a pleasure to be served by Gift ( what a name and a gift to service) - she was beyond great and explained everything very clearly to us and also helped us in many other requests. The rooms are great as usual ( only the default pillows are really soft) ⛅️
