This was my third time staying at Sofitel, and it’s always a pleasant experience! It’s my #1 favorite hotel in town. The location is super convenient—right in the city center with direct access to both the MRT and BTS. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar is absolutely stunning. The staff truly go above and beyond. Kevin, our concierge on the first day, did a fantastic job explaining the room and giving us helpful info about the Songkran festivities. Kao, Tui, Boy, and Palm were incredibly friendly—always checking in on how our day was and chatting with us at the door. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a perfect stay here at Sofitel Bangkok. The staff is the biggest standout, all went out of their way to look after you without being over the top. Big thanks to Macky and his team- especially Anais, a real star. Check in with the Australian was a great start, very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, the SkyWalk makes everything so convenient getting around on the BTS and malls. Will recommend this hotel to all friends going to Bangkok.

Rooms were beautifully furnished. Hotel is in a great location near the BTS. Service from the lounge staff to the concierges was incredible, warm and personable. I felt so welcomed during my stay with the staff bending over backwards to support my need. Wonderful stay, I will be back!

Really appreciative of the early check in as our flight was super early in the morning. Its nice that there is IPAD that controls all functions but my dad had a difficult time as he is 78 and is not that tech savy. Breakfast was good, but very limited options. In all honesty, i come to bankok every month and i have stayed at many hotels and they had a huge variety, Sofitel probably gave half of what the other hotels provided.

1. Location, in the middle between Nana BTS and Asok. There's an elevated walkway from Asok BTS, terminal 21 to the hotel. About 300 m away. 2. It is a truly formal 5 stars hotel. 3. Reception was a bit slow, staff was very helpful and kind. 4. Room was big, very clean, huge bathroom, fully equiped and very quiet. 5. Lights and TV were centrally controlled by a tablet. Bit awkward, when in the middle of the night I have to turn on the light, have to find the tablet, find the button to turn on the screen, then find the apps for the lights, then turn on the light. 6. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. 7. The rooftop bar was gorgeous
