Our stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit didn’t start on the best note. After a long journey with children, the check-in felt a bit underwhelming, although the staff member assisting us was polite and welcoming. What truly made the difference was how the situation was handled afterward. Liv from Guest Relations was instrumental in turning things around — her prompt response, empathy, and ownership completely changed our experience. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and everything thereafter was handled smoothly. A special mention to Mariela at the lounge, who was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her service made us feel relaxed and well looked after. The birthday setup for my daughter was beautifully done, the cakes were delicious, and she absolutely loved it. That thoughtful gesture made the stay truly memorable. While the beginning could have been better, the service recovery was excellent. Kudos to Liv and Mariela for showing what great hospitality really means. We would be happy to return.

Sofitel is our favorite hotel. It has the best room design- separate shower, toilet and sink with privacy. We stayed in two rooms with our two grown up children. The location is great with direct access to the sky bridge that leads to the train station. Sofitel Sukhumvit met all our expectations- staff are friendly, service is fast. The gym and spa are great! We even used the coffee shop in the lobby because our friends visited us. It was a great experience! Breakfast had a large variety of fresh and made to order items. My only disappointment is that they could not make masala chai for us. Hope that the chef can add that in the future!

We really enjoyed staying at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. Besides having the best location, it provided a true 5 star experience. The staff were very attentive to our needs and we felt very well looked after. The executive lounge is run brilliantly. Special thanks to Mr. Macky, the manager of the Executive lounge and all the wonderful ladies and gentlemen who provide the guests with exemplary service. Also, would like to mention Mariela who was always going an extra mile for all guests.

3rd stay this year at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, and each time is a pleasure. Everything was, as always, perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the breakfast. A huge thank you to Mr. Htet Aung and Mr. Nopphon Tangthai for the upgrade to a prestige suite. This incredibly appreciated gesture proves just how much this establishment knows how to recognize and cherish its loyal guests. This hotel truly knows how to make every stay memorable.
