This resort is truly a luxurious paradise, words can’t describe it. We came for our Baby-moon and stayed for 4 nights, we got a very kind upgrade from a normal room to a room with a plunge pool which was very nice. Our bed was super big and comfortable, the bathtub was nice and the shower was well equipped with L’occitane products which felt very luxurious. The location is great, we didn’t have to leave the resort at all because we had easy access to the beach, restaurants and pool. Their breakfast is super delicious, so many endless options! Their service is amazing- anything you ask for, they will happily attend to your needs. The staff are so very kind. This is by far our favourite hotel we’ve ever been at and we truly recommend it for anyone coming to Bali. We will 10000% be coming back next year!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The hotel is beautifully located, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Service throughout was excellent, warm, attentive, and professional. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite with ocean views, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, elegant, and well appointed. Febri greeted us warmly upon arrival and sent us off with a friendly farewell when we left. Her helpfulness and kind demeanor added to the memorable experience. Ria looked after us during breakfast, and she was absolutely amazing! What is not to love? Highly recommended Sofitel for a luxurious and memorable Bali getaway!

Almost perfect stay, service is awesome, plenty of activities and we had a dance show in the evening, breakfast and restaurants serve delicious local food. Room is large with a nice design however it needs a refresh. In my opinion they need to tackle the humidity issue, had a strange smell like the room windows weren’t opened enough, my entry lights were not working when I arrived but has been fixed quickly. Bathroom sliding doors didn't slide properly leaving some marks on the floor. Shower hose had black stains, I guess due to humidity, which doesn’t look ‘clean’. Overall a very pleasant stay, there are few details that make the difference between a good and perfect stay considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

Great hotel and superb location. From arrival to check, had a smooth exquisite process with great staff and super customer service. Was upgraded to a better room which was good. Room was fantastic with bathtub and view of resort. Twin bed pushed together was the only downside. Restaurant Kwee Zeen was another highlight of our stay. Great menu with diverse cuisines and had the pleasure of our host Ms Sinta who was exceptional in her work and her welcoming smile felt incredible. I really hope the hotel recognises her talents. Overall, an amazing 2 night stay at an amazing hotel.

A Dream Stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua! No doubt: one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The hotel grounds are stunning, and the room was one of the most spacious I’ve seen—modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The swimming pool is beautifully designed, and the pool bar made it even more enjoyable to relax there all day (yes, I did! 😄). Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes—Japanese, Indian, Western, and of course, delicious Indonesian food. Lots of fresh pastries too! Check-in felt luxurious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a large resort, so expect a lot of space and options. Food at the hotel is a bit pricey, but the good news is you can walk along the beach to Bali Collection, a nearby open-air shopping and dining area with more affordable restaurants. There’s also a shuttle bus every hour if you prefer not to walk. I couldn’t have asked for more. I was looking for a cozy and relaxing escape—and this place delivered. My only regret? The stay was too short!
