Our stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful sleeping ritual offered by the hotel. Being able to choose softer pillows, along with the sleeping mask and the beautiful room mist provided for the evening, made a noticeable difference — such a lovely and calming touch. The bathroom amenities were also a highlight: shampoo, body wash, body cream, and hand wash from L’Occitane, which added to the feeling of understated luxury throughout the stay. All the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, always greeting us with kindness and care. The resort itself feels very new, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Even though we stayed during the busy Christmas period, it was never difficult to find chairs at the pool or on the beach, which made everything feel relaxed rather than crowded. The laundry service deserves a special mention — when our clothes were returned, they looked and felt like a beautifully wrapped gift, as if they were brand new. It was truly exceptional service. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily return. Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali offers a perfect balance of comfort, thoughtful details, and warm hospitality.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful resort with amasing staff. Thank you especially to Sri at breakfast for your warm welcome and great service. Your smile made every breakfast special. I would however like to suggest the resort considers at least adding one handrail to the swimming pool to assist older guests to entre and exit the pool as my mother could not without my assistance every time so it would be difficult for guests without someone assisting them.

My stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua Resort was, unfortunately, the most disappointing among all my Accor experiences. Despite being both a Platinum and Accor Plus member, I felt that neither status provided any real benefit or recognition during my stay. Housekeeping was far from satisfactory — towels, bottled water, and tea or coffee amenities were often not replenished, which forced me to make repeated requests or simply give up because it felt too troublesome. While I can understand the lack of room upgrade due to high occupancy, I was disappointed to receive promotional emails just days before my stay pushing paid room upgrades. This gave me the impression that Sofitel Nusa Dua Resort prioritizes selling upgrades over recognizing and rewarding loyal Platinum members. The overall service level and atmosphere of the resort did not feel like a true luxury property. Breakfast quality was particularly underwhelming, and I would say it fell below that of even a standard Novotel breakfast. The variety and freshness of the food were both disappointing, and many items lacked flavor and appeal. The wine served at the resort was another low point. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc that tasted so oxidized and flat that I could barely recognize it. It felt as though the bottle had been open for nearly two weeks, which is simply unacceptable.Club Millésime was ordinary at best and clearly understaffed. On two occasions, my family sat at a table for over 30 minutes without anyone asking for our orders. There is much more I could say, but honestly, I no longer wish to spend my time recounting all the frustrations. This experience left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether Sofitel Nusa Dua values loyal members at all.

We had a wonderful week at the Sofitel. Asih from housekeeping was very friendly and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The Breakfast at Kweezeen was the best we've ever had. Our waiters, Alit and Sinta, were always friendly and helpful. Overall, the Sofitel is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff who do their best to make your holiday a memorable experience. The food is very good, and the pools are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you.

We stayed at Sofitel Nusa Dua for several days in November and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The welcome was exceptional. As Platinum members, we were received at Club Millésime, where we could check in in a calm and comfortable setting while enjoying a drink. The hotel truly offers excellent benefits for Accor members. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a private pool and a beautiful terrace, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There were absolutely no issues with insects or pests. The room was spacious and extremely clean, and we were welcomed with delicious snacks upon arrival. Housekeeping was spotless every single day. Club Millésime is the perfect place to fully unwind. Snacks are available throughout the day, and what truly impressed us was that during check-in we were asked about dietary restrictions. These were genuinely taken into account: the staff immediately knew our dietary needs upon entering the club without us having to remind them, and at times they even prepared custom-made snacks when nothing else was suitable. The breakfast menu in the club itself felt a bit limited, which is why we chose to have breakfast in the main restaurant instead. Dining at Kwee Zeen Restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes ranging from Western to Indonesian and Indian cuisine. The restaurant was also very clean. The swimming pools were well maintained and clean, with staff available to offer towels. However, we did feel that there could have been more sun loungers available, especially in the afternoon when it became quite challenging to find a spot. The hotel is located directly on the beach, where sunbeds and towels are also provided. There were plenty of complimentary daily activities, such as sports, as well as paid activities like banana leaf folding and fruit carving. The paid activities were incredibly fun, and since it was just the two of us, we received full personal attention from the staff (sorry guys, we forgot your names!). Lastly, a very special shoutout to the staff who made my birthday truly unforgettable. From morning until dinner, I was completely spoiled. In the morning, during our banana leaf folding activity, the staff suddenly appeared singing with a cake and balloons. In the evening, Yuli and Febri made the night unforgettable by arriving singing with a birthday cake during dinner. It is worth noting that there is not much to do in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. This is truly a destination to relax and unwind. Do not expect to walk outside and find many restaurants or shops nearby. That said, ordering food and other items via Grab is very easy and convenient. The next time we are in Bali, we will definitely be staying with you again.
