Overall this was the perfect relaxing trip. First time in Bali and I’m happy that I chose this resort. Several days I just stayed in, utilized the restaurants and hotel amenities without going out . The beach is well maintained and beach restaurant staff was very pleasant. At no time did any of the staff displayed any negative attitudes. They always had a smile on their faces and greeted me. The food was excellent and affordable. Housekeeping was great . Management made a few concessions when asked and I appreciated that. I stayed 18 nights here and I did not regret it.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at this fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding, the maintenance was excellent, and the location is perfect. To maintain a full five-star standard over time, minor maintenance updates could be considered, although this had no impact on our stay whatsoever. As a Norwegian family of four, we had an unforgettable and truly special Christmas experience at this resort. We sincerely thank all the employees who made our stay so memorable. We expected some rain, but experienced only brief passing showers, with rain on just one out of ten days. You will not regret booking this hotel.

First time in Bali and don't regret choosing Sofitel for 12 nights. Sofitel Nusa Dua bali was absolutely lovely with the most friendly and happy staff. Our experience at the Millesime club was exceptional with a wonderful bunch of ladies always happy to help us in anyway! Special mention to 'Yuli', in the club lounge who ensured nothing was too much trouble for her and the other wonderful ladies for our service. Our kids enjoyed every moment at Sofitel and the club and both my husband and I were overwhelmed with the warm welcome by all the staff.... Definitely an exceptional family friendly hotel... We will be back! 💕

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail truly made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A very special thank you to our butlers, Nicky and Hendrick, who went above and beyond every single day. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel incredibly special. Every request was handled effortlessly, and they added so many thoughtful touches that made our honeymoon even more memorable. The resort itself is stunning, the rooms are luxurious and immaculate, and the overall experience was pure relaxation and romance. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

Kwee Zeen Restaurant is amazing! I love all the food, especially the Iga Bakar Konro. All the staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They treat everyone equally. The kids love the Kids Club, especially when they do face painting. I’ve been to many hotels, but their face painting is the best ever, so creative! When the kids are playing, the staff also help even when the parents are around. It truly feels like home here 🥰
