The hotel is very nice and located in the wonderful place near the end of Agadir beach. The territory is beautiful but only children pool is heated and people are hunting for towels in the morning. The rooms are modern and in good shape with comfy beds, but water pressure is not even and hot water could end if you want to fill in the bath. The breakfast is just excellent. I highly recommend to take a sport massage in Thalassa Spa with Rokaja - she is a world-class master. The lunch in the restaurant La Plage is very romantic and beautiful but do not order meat - both veal and lamb were too hard to chew. I liked their grilled fish and chicken and salads. Local vine was tasty. Excellent gym and long and broad promenade for jogging. If you wish to get a sunny room - you shall choose Prestige Room, Partial Sea View. If you prefer shade, choose Prestige Room, Panoramic Sea View or Prestige Suite, Pool and Sea View.

Lovely Hotel, and the staff were very friendly. Walking around agadir it was probably the most appealing hotel to me. For the price the rooms were on the smaller side, however very comfortable. My major issue was the price of the food and drink, it was basically twice the price or more of anywhere else. On a side note the singing at night was a nice touch however there were two different singers in 7 nights singing the same songs.

I am currently staying at Sofitel Agadir and have had a wonderful experience so far. The hotel is peaceful, beautifully located, and the breakfast is excellent. I would especially like to recognise Oumayma at reception, whose service has been truly outstanding. Having stayed at many luxury hotels in London and Dubai, I can confidently say that her level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeds international standards. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my stay, assisting with all of my arrangements and appointments, regularly checking in, and ensuring everything has been perfect. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. Stayed in late March 2025 together with my wife and son. The water feature in the centre of the lobby is straight out of the Alien movie. The place is very tranquil so ideal if you really want peace and quiet. We stayed in a suite which was smaller than I expected and for some reason had a disabled toilet not sure if all the rooms are like this but I definitely found it a little strange. The service was all fine albeit unmemorable. Direct access to the beach which is nice and the Crocopark nearby is a must visit. As this is a relatively isolated resort you're somewhat reliant on the food options directly available and the selection was limited in my opinion.

Very mixed feeling from the hotel. Location is really great! Next to the beach and Marina. Rooms are nice. Nothing special, but fully in line with Sofitel standards. Service is a PROBLEM. In my room during check-in I saw pistachios shacks that stayed from the previous guests. I was quite exhausted after 30 hour travelling and just went to sleep. Day 2 and 3 they were cleaning the room, but the bloody shacks stayed where they were. It rises questions to how they do cleaning in general. Bathrobe in my room was stained! And the haven’t replaced it until I specifically asked for it. Facilities. SPA is a disaster! They claim that the pool is filled with hot (32 degrees) sea water. But instead this is just normal fresh water. Perhaps, not a big deal, but it is not a right business practice. Last, but not least. Food in the restaurants. In the main restaurant there is a buffet option. Fair, or even good. Spanish restaurant is a place to avoid! Expensive, about 80 Euro per person. But food is a mess! Seafood paella is just bad: clams and prawns are rubber. Taste is blend. I thought, that it is just me. But today visited another place with half the price and +100% for taste! There is a chance it was extremely bad luck. But I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t bring my family
