An Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The entire property is beautifully green, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The private beach is a highlight, and the pool area was serene and well-maintained. It never felt crowded and whether swimming, reading or just soaking in the sun, it felt like a true escape. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding in each of the three restaurants, as well as the quality and variety of the food. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Although everyone was incredibly friendly, we must highlight Ilyas from the Spanish restaurant (highly recommend the food there as well) who defined service at its best! It’s rare to find a hotel where every detail is so thoughtfully taken care of, but this one truly delivered on all fronts. We left feeling refreshed, valued, and already thinking about when we can return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so relaxing and memorable!

Amazing hotel.. Food. We were half board. The breakfasts were lovely fresh fruit and breads pastries pancakes to.order. eggs done to order everything was lovely. Not a big all inclusive vibe more personal and quality. The evening meals always had good selection of fresh salads hot dishes and desserts. Again was quality over masses of choice. It was not a chicken and chips type.of place. The room was lovely. Huge balcony, Nuxe toiletries. Beach bar with the hotel was a great spot with chilled vibe. The whole place was quiet luxury and being at the end of the promenade it was straight onto the beach unlike all the other hotels.

We were impressed by the beautiful hotel grounds – a truly stunning and well-maintained setting that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Bader, who stood out with his warmth and helpfulness. The rooms were nice and appeared to be recently renovated, but they didn’t quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. A more comfortable king-sized bed and more upscale furniture would have elevated the experience. Small details also detracted from the overall feel – the open tissue boxes and water boiler felt cheap, and the complimentary coffee and tea selection consisted of supermarket bags, which felt out of place in a luxury setting (why not offer a Nespresso machine) We also weren’t fans of the open bathroom layout, which felt more like a budget open kitchen concept than a premium design. There was only a single towel hook, one wash basin, and generally a lack of functionality and elegance you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. Another drawback was the lack of on-site shop with a selection of snacks. The hotel is quite isolated, with no nearby stores, which made it inconvenient at times. Lastly, we were let down by the room allocation. Our first room had a limited sea view, and while we were moved to a better one, it was on a different floor from our teenage children – not ideal for a family stay.

Loved this hotel clean slick amazing pool area smaller heated pool perfect for kids amazing plants landscape is next level. tasteful design food by the pool is great staff very friendly and attentive I think strongest hotel in agadir. Beach area was closed under Rennovation. Amazing beach restaurant 40euro pp all you can eat and superb well kitted high end gym. This hotel is a gem 💎 thank u to all staff

We spent a week at the hotel and it is very well refurbished. The pools and the gardens are absolutely stunning. We had the chance to benefit from a super upgrade into a 75sqm Suite ocean view. The restaurants are very qualitative even if there are few marrocan dishes proposed. However, you can ask any order in advance to the Chef and he will cook it for you. Employees are very nice and gentle.
