Amazing place. We stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place is outstanding - the pool, spa, gardens and rooms are all fantastic and the staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is truly a 5* experience hotel. The attention to detail at the hotel is unique, staff from different areas in the hotel have matching outfits (which by the way are all super cool). The even greater thing is that it’s perfect for couples and families as it has a separate adults only area and a seperate children’s pool. We saw lots of families and couples and this place has everything for everyone. We are likely to return in the future.

Second trip within two years. The grounds are magnificent. The nature on the compound has grown substantially and is now really nice. The rooms are super cool fresh design, beds are comfy. The whole area is very quiet, so you get to experience nature all around. The restaurants are good quality and spa is absolute world class. Hotel owns the golf club that is surrounding the compound and this golf course is second to none. It has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition and the most surprising thing is that it is usually not too busy so you can book spontaneously and play fast. The hotel is a few minutes by car from the beaches, and you get to see the sea from afar which is really nice. Even though the hotel is operated by Accor group, it has a boutique feel to it and is truly nicely designed. If the prices stay reasonable, I will come back many times. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, truly unbeatable for golfers

Love our experience at So Sotogrande. It’s a very family-friendly resort. The kid club staff are very friendly and attentive. Our breakfast service by Mercedes was excellent. The spa facility and staff were great. The tapas was delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great and relaxing experience.

An oasis in the Andalusian mountains surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. A place of permanent sunshine, great design and friendly efficient staff. The restaurants offer a wide variety of fresh produce to satisfy even the most demanding palate. Yes, a lovely place to be!

We stayed at SO/Sotogrande at the end of a two week trip in Southern Spain and wow, we really did save the best till last! The design of the hotel is beautiful and the room was one of the best we have stayed in. You really could just move in there, so much space and clever storage and beautifully designed bathroom. The atmosphere throughout is so calming and we came away feeling incredibly relaxed. The semi all inclusive package was absolutely excellent and incredible value. We had evening meals at both the Cortijo Santa Maria 1962 and the IXO Bistro and both were fantastic. We definitely recommend ordering some cheese at Cortijo Santa Maria 1962 which is served at your table from a cart after a great explanation of the heritages from the server; a great touch. This place is an absolute must when visiting the Sotogrande area!
