Best of the best 5 stars hotel in the heart of Bangkok with reasonable rate, chic and stylish architecture design based on element, spacious and comfortable room, amazing swimming pool, sauna and steam facilities and the most instagramable rooftop bar, Wild Iris and nice breakfast experience at Red Oven. I totally appreciate early check in with complimentary room upgrade to enjoy Club Executive Lounge amenities, feels like not ready going back to reality just wanna stay here forever. Thank you so much Mr Nick, Mr Nea, Khun Izhar, Ms Aurachaporn Simaparn (Grace), Ms Tookta from Wild Iris, Ms Ploy from Red Oven, Ms Chonticha Lamlert (Charlotte), all Club Executive Lounge staffs at level 25, wellness facility staffs at level 10 and to all SO/ Bangkok hotel staffs for making this place is so homey.

We booked three nights at the SO/Bangkok Hotel through Luxury Escapes at the beginning of December 2025. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. The Sala Daeng BTS station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Of course, you can also take a tuk-tuk for 100 THB, as we did. The breakfast buffet was superb and more than ample, with a great view of Lumpini Park across the street. The rooms are very spacious and stylishly furnished. In addition to the excellent breakfast, we enjoyed the numerous complimentary benefits of the Club Signature membership. These included access to the Executive Lounge with complimentary afternoon tea and free-flow cocktails and drinks between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. We also received one complimentary cocktail per person per day at the impressive bar on the hotel's 9th floor. The complimentary dinner (excluding drinks) at the Red Oven restaurant was also delicious, including sashimi (!) and oysters (!). As part of this, we also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Kittipat Thongpan, the director of Wine & Dine. Mr. Thongpan is the epitome of a true host and keeps a very attentive eye on his guests. He is also happy to share his extensive culinary knowledge and offer plenty of helpful tips. Another very useful perk is that each Club Signature hotel guest can drop off two items of laundry per day, which are usually cleaned free of charge on the same day. We highly recommend the Japanese restaurant SUSHI SORA located on the ground floor. We have rarely experienced such delicious omakase. All in all: We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this impressive hotel!

Great location with easy access to Sukhumvit, shopping in Siam, Lumpini Park and areas like Talat Noi. The hotel has a strong design identity and a clear luxury feel. Soshi is a real highlight, offering excellent sushi with high-quality ingredients and making it very convenient to dine well without leaving the hotel. The room was quite dark, mainly due to limited lighting, which reduced functionality in the evening. The rooftop pool is cold. Refreshing and enjoyable in the Bangkok heat, but it may not match what everyone expects from a rooftop pool experience. The seated check-in feels exclusive but is slightly overcomplicated and time-consuming. A simpler process with more written information would improve the experience. Overall a very stylish and comfortable stay. With a few small adjustments, it would be close to perfect.

Dined at Red Oven, food was great and variety, fresh and tasty. Spacious space though it somehow shows a need for refurbishment. The Japanese selection was really good but somehow a bit slow to fill up the buffet line. Overall it was good. We arranged a big table for the farewell party and struggled with props and only a few team members, kudos to Gift, Rose, Nan and Book have helped us without asking from the beginning until the end.

Me and my family booked this hotel over the weekend, and we love it out of 20+ hotels we been staying in Bangkok. We must say that this is definitely the best one in term of costumer service and the room standard. You have everything you need just a phone call away from high end spa rituals to 24/7 room service. The stuff are amazing specially Alice she made us feel very welcome!
