My husband and I came here for our summer vacation. We’re spending a night at this stunning and beautiful hotel, and everything has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are all incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Esther and Prince for their warm and gentle voices, and for guiding and explaining everything so kindly. Mixed experience. Positives: ✅ Very friendly and helpful staff. ✅ Rooms were clean on arrival. ✅ Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. ✅ Amazing infinity pool views – we got great sunset photos. ✅ Spacious layout and very convenient location, with easy access to the metro station. Negatives: ❌ The design is very bold and artistic, but we found it cold and a bit cliché. ❌ Room needs maintenance: shower sprayed water all over, some parts wobbled, and cables were exposed. ❌ Bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes that spread through the whole room. ❌ Air-conditioning was impossible to adjust: it got freezing cold in minutes, so you had to choose between the smell or being too cold. ❌ Very poor lighting: some ceiling lights didn’t work, and the dark blue walls made the room feel even darker and gloomy.

Thank you so much for making my first trip to Bangkok so enjoyable and comfortable. SO/ Bangkok is truly the best hotel! Everything, from the facilities and rooms to the stunning view and beautiful pool, was just gorgeous. And the staff were incredibly friendly too! I especially want to thank Teddy for making my stay so convenient, for the amazing service, and for being so kind.

Overall a great experience for our stay here at SO/ Bangkok. Service is excellent. Check in process is also fast and comfortable while we waited at the lounge and had our brunch. The Club Rooms are relatively big with huge round bath tub. Clear glass wall separates the bathroom and the bedroom, though it does has blinds in case of needed privacy. The twin bed rooms offer a little bigger area than the king bed. Rooms are generally clean with towels, toiletries, drinks, condiments and other amenities provided. Being at the top few floors, the views are also nice; Bangkok's skyline and also the nearby park. It has an infinity pool.

I had an amazing stay at So Bangkok. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. The service was also outstanding – all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would like to especially thank Teddy and Panpan for their kindness and support during my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bangkok!
