What a wonderful 4-night stay booked with airmiles points. Stunning views of the park. Sleek bar at reception. Large rooms with comfy beds and floor to ceiling windows (watch closely and you can see the large water monitor lizards swimming in the ponds of Lumphini). Excellent gym (with squat rack) and beautiful infinity pool. Great location with easy proximity to everything. We were upgraded to free breakfast buffet because checkin was 25min late, which seemed unnecessary, but we weren't going to say no. Turns out the breakfast was mind-blowing. A wide variety of delicious foods both Asian and western - with a lovely Barista making fresh coffees and thai teas for guests. Crab curry one morning was some of the best I've had in Thailand. Just a delightful stay. The front desk helped me make a collect call to Canada through the Thai operator. So helpful. Bought some modestly priced bottles of wine for the room. Had great cocktails at reception. Apparently a rooftop bar is opening in a few months and we have no doubt it will be as wonderful as everything else. Stay here as long as you can!

I recently stayed in a suite at SO/ Bangkok with access to the Club Lounge, and my experience was truly outstanding. The moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their politeness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth—they made every interaction feel personal and welcoming. Our suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and the extra touches really elevated the stay. Waking up to views over the park view was a highlight. The amenities were excellent, and everything felt clean, modern, and stylish. Breakfast offerings were superb: a wide variety, high quality, fresh and well presented. Whether you prefer hot dishes, fresh fruit, baked items, or more local flavours, there was something for everyone. But the absolute star was the Club Lounge. From the food and drinks throughout the day to the attentive service, it exceeded all expectations. The lounge design is elegant and comfortable, and its balcony/viewing terrace is simply breathtaking—sitting out there with the view made many moments feel magical. Overall, SO/ Bangkok delivered a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent breakfast, and a lounge experience that really goes above and beyond.

I had a very comfortable and satisfying experience while staying in SO/ Bangkok. SO/ Bangkok is in the center of the city, so it is easy to travel anywhere by taxi and subway. On the day of SO/ Bangkok check-in, all the managers greeted me with a smile. I loved the way the manager answered all my questions and requests with a smile. The managers were full of vitality, so I was able to start the check-in with joy. It was an experience to realize again that the check-in place is the first impression and service were important. The room I stayed in was large and the bedding was clean. It was also charmingly memorable that the water in the mini bar was also pretty in the water bottle :) The park that you can see when you open the door in the morning made my day enjoyable. I was able to have a lively morning in Bangkok while watching the park view. There are various types menu of breakfast, and diverse country's food are also attractive. I especially liked the fact that they served fresh fruit juices separately. The view of the restaurant is also very attractive. Having breakfast and seeing the buildings and parks of Bangkok is a great advantage. The restaurant staff was also friendly. The pool was bigger than I thought. I went in the afternoon, and the next time I visit, I want to go in the morning and swim in the warm sunshine. The staff working at the pool also responded kindly to all my requests. Hotels can be sensitive at times because they have to handle requests and claims from large numbers of people. However, I would like to thank all the staff for always responding with a smile. I would like to visit SO/ Bangkok again. I also recommended So/Bangkok to my acquaintances and I would like to bring my acquaintances later. For me, everything was perfect in SO/ Bangkok. Thank you to the two of you who helped me with my check-in as well. See you again next time! SO/ Bangkok!

My stay at SO/Bangkok was truly memorable. This place felt warmly welcomed. This hotel is ideal for a vacation or for hosting a seminar. The atmosphere, showed real care and thought. The GSA team was especially wonderful kind, attentive, and always ready to support you with a genuine smile. Their warmth made me feel more like a valued guest than just a visitor. I will definitely be back.

First time at So Bangkok and fell in love! The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. I absolutely love it! Every staff member I met was attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful, from the entrance to the lobby. I especially want to thank Teddy who helped me check-in, he made the whole experience feel so welcoming. He’s not only professional but also has such a warm guy and kind personality that really stands out. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly loves what they do. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!
