Our stay at SLS Playa Mujeres was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. We had the privilege of being paired with Nora as our main butler, and she truly elevated our stay. Her attentiveness, clear communication, and thoughtful touches made us feel completely looked after throughout our trip. The Ciel Spa was another highlight, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and staffed by a team that radiates kindness and professionalism. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We were also impressed by the variety and quality of restaurants on the resort. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and there was always something to satisfy whatever we were craving. The resort itself is stunning, from the modern design and ocean views to the vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Every corner felt curated for comfort and style. Overall, SLS Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

I Celebrated my 60th birthday with my three children and their spouses and seven grandkids. We all love the resort. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff was very good, so attentive..The food was good and the restaurants were decorated incredibly beautiful. I appreciate the fact that they are constantly cleaning the beach of the seaweed. The kid area was perfect for my grandchildren. They love playing on the slides. The ocean temperature was excellent for the kids to get into the water and swim. We felt very safe there with the children.

SLS Playa Mujeres .... Had a good time overall. The resort is on smaller side but I find that a strength, as there was sufficient staff, easy to access all the amenities, and luckily for us, we went during slower season.. I think occupancy was under 40% at the time. Not sure how it would be during peak season. Pros Very clean hotel, staff cleaned room multiple times a day, and were always cleaning the hallways and facilities. Food was pretty decent for the most part. Favorite spots were the juice bar and the cafe. Union Steak house for dinner and Cleo (Mediterranean) for lunch was the best imo. Pool side service and in room dining was good and frequent enough as well. Friendly service overall and accomodating. Cons Wasnt a fan of the italian and asian restaurant. The French restaurant and another other was closed during our visit as well. No dinner buffet options, had to make resos each night and our dining times varied from 6pm to 830pm (they have good in dining / room service though) I rate this a 9/10, for my experience here. Note - they will charge u approx $1000 CAD room deposit fee when you check in, which you get back afterwards.

Had a great time at SLS the entire week. Food was excellent and a high-point, from smoothie shop to restaurants to poolside. So was the cleanliness and service. Room was impeccably clean and serviced nicely. Gym another high point with free cycle, tabata, and HIIT classes. Very family and kids friendly, without interfering from a luxe adult experience. Separate adult pool and bar and restaurant was awesome. Great beach access and calm waves. The only thing holding it back from a five star review is they need to do a better job communicating what might be closed each day. Also need to put pads on the bottom of all the furniture. Everywhere we went and in our room in the middle of the night you would hear screeching noises from other rooms dragging their furniture. Minor nuisance, though and not a big deal. One other thing is that the lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night waking us up. This only happened once or twice, though. Overall will be coming back for sure was an amazing resort with awesome amenities and food plus conscientious service. Immaculate and fantastic spa, albeit very expensive.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at SLS Playa Mujeres All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and elevated, especially with the Elite upgrade—which is well worth every penny. Our kids were obsessed with the family pool and thrilling water slides—they spent hours each day laughing, splashing, and making memories. It was the perfect setup for a family getaway where you never feel the need to leave the resort. The staff was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Jane, our amazing customer service representative, and to Alexis and Luis, our dedicated butlers, who consistently went above and beyond to make our trip incredibly special. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We also can’t say enough good things about the lifeguards, who were always attentive and professional, giving us peace of mind as parents. And the 5-star restaurants on property? Absolutely top-notch—every meal was a culinary highlight with world-class flavors and service to match. SLS Playa delivers luxury, comfort, and fun in one of the most beautiful beach settings we’ve visited. Family is Already looking forward to our next trip back!
