Just got back from SLS Playa Mujeres and had a great time! The resort has a stylish, modern vibe that’s definitely more adult-oriented, but it does have a nice waterpark and kid-friendly areas for younger ones. The beach was beautiful, and this area tends to have less seaweed than others, which was a big plus. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but they’re super stylish and comfortable, and the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. The staff was amazing—super friendly and always helpful! The food was definitely a highlight. The steakhouse was one of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, and I also loved the Mexican restaurant and the adults-only Twiggy. Overall, it's a great choice for a casual but elevated all-inclusive getaway—and one I’d definitely return to!

Wow is all I have to stay about this entire experience. It’s absolutely incredible. The grounds of this resort are stunning. The staff is so unbelievably friendly. They do a wonderful job from arrival to departure, they are truly going above and beyond to ensure your experience is divine. We had a couple of staff members specifically that we have to give a special shout out to: Jonathan and Angel. They were so incredibly attentive. They remembered us by name each day we saw them and it felt like family being around these guys. They cared about our happiness so much and it made being away from home just a little easier. From the moment we arrived, they started with an opening ceremony to kind of like cleanse you and get ready for your vacation and it was so beautiful. They also provided a cool cloth. The room was immaculate. We got a swim out room and loved every second of it. It had a wall with greenery for a little extra privacy, which was nice. The room was filled with snacks and drinks upon arrival and they replenished each day. All of the restaurants served phenomenal food. I feel like people dig on all inclusives having so so food and that just was not the case with this resort. Everything we had was so delicious and flavorful. The steakhouse was easily the best experience of all. There is an adults only pool, which is where we basically lived. The resort also did a fantastic job at keeping the beach clean and the seaweed tidy. The gym and the gym classes they offered were also great. I feel like I could go on forever but I truly cannot recommend this place enough and know that without a doubt, we will return.

The property itself is stunning, and the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. The spa experience was exceptional, truly a highlight of the trip. However, if you’re a foodie, this might not be the ideal spot. While Cleo stood out with great flavors, the buffet and other restaurants were average at best. The staff, while friendly, could benefit from more thorough training. Unfortunately, I had an issue that left a lasting impression. After a night out, I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, entirely my fault. I reached out to the concierge for help retrieving the vehicle’s license plate from security footage so I could contact the taxi company. I was told the cameras don’t work, which was incredibly disappointing. Considering the resort’s gated entrance and long drive up to the lobby, it’s hard to believe proper surveillance isn’t in place. Security confirmed there was no camera footage available, which raises serious concerns, not just about lost items, but about overall guest safety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if you lose something important, don’t expect much assistance in recovering it.

Overall, our stay was excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every team member was helpful and ready to assist whenever needed. Special thanks to Alejandra at the concierge desk, she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and delivered exceptional guest service. Well done! Our butler, Alexis, was also incredibly attentive and ensured our daily needs were met with care and professionalism. The hotel itself is new, beautifully maintained, and the food was exceptional, absolutely no complaints there. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great to see more fresh juices offered at the juice bar instead of bottled options, and some additional nightlife activities for adults would enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families, it offers a great balance and something for everyone. Well done to the entire team!

I recently stayed at SLS Playa Mujeres with a group of 15 people, and our trip was truly unforgettable—largely thanks to the incredible service from our butler, May, and the nonstop fun led by the activity director, Memos. May was seriously the best! Managing a group our size isn’t easy, but he made it feel effortless. He was always there when we needed something and just made everything run smoothly. One highlight that really stood out was how he set up a beautiful birthday surprise in my aunt’s room—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to our whole group. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend requesting May as your butler. His attention to detail and caring nature made a huge difference in our experience and you’ll be in great hands! Also, we had so much fun thanks to Memos, the activity director. He brought the good vibes every single day. Whether it was a water balloon fight, volleyball, or a ping pong tournament, he made sure we were always having a good time. Our group had such a blast and a big part of that was because of him. Honestly, between May’s amazing service and Memos keeping us laughing and active, this trip was unforgettable. Already dreaming about going back!
