I recently stayed at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills for 2 nights, booked through Amex Travel, which included a free room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, and breakfast credit. The hotel is in a peaceful and calm neighborhood, close to Beverly Hills, which made the stay pleasant. My room was cozy, comfortable, and the service was good overall. However, I was disappointed that the room did not include a mini bar, snacks, or basic amenities, which felt unexpected for a luxury hotel. Also, both restaurants were not very impressive. Overall, the stay was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I had an outstanding stay at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills. The room was absolutely massive, beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone genuinely strives to keep guests happy and satisfied, and you can feel the attention to detail in every interaction. The location is also excellent, with many major attractions nearby, making it very convenient to explore Los Angeles. The hospitality, professionalism, and overall atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Los Angeles and looking for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, and top-tier service.

This is our third time our family stayed at the SLS, and we continue to have a wonderful experience. Great location, walkable to Melrose. My kids love taking the free hotel shuttle to the Grove and Century City mall. We got lucky and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which is perfect for our family of four. The pool is always a great place to hang out for the day. Breakfast at the nook is always excellent, a great way to start the day. We love this hotel and highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in the Beverly Hills area.

I absolutely love staying at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills—it’s always a spectacular experience whenever I’m in the city. I usually come with my partner, and this time we brought our dog, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is incredibly dog-friendly—they welcomed us with a thoughtful little bag that included a pool bag, a toy, and a cookie for our dog. Such a nice touch! The rooftop is easily one of the best in the area, with a beautiful view and an amazing pool. It has a great atmosphere—almost like a hub for creators and entrepreneurs in media and entertainment having meetings and connecting. You can really feel the energy up there. The staff are truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They also did a fantastic job accommodating our dietary preferences. My partner had a delicious vegan burger, and I had the salmon Greek salad, which was absolutely spectacular. Our room was just as impressive. We stayed in a suite that was spacious, extremely comfortable, and very sophisticated—everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to spend an amazing time in LA. It’s perfectly located in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, offers a luxurious experience, and you might even run into some interesting artists during your stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

I was wowed by this property and the people who manage it. I travel frequently and I know excellence— and I’ve found it here! Alex Bastovanov is the heart of the property! He welcomes guests with a genuine smile and welcoming attitude. He ensures that the guest’s requests are fulfilled and he goes above and beyond by anticipating their future needs. The stay is truly individualized because of his caring and kind approach—one feels they are home but with high end touches of elegance and sophistication. I recovered from a surgical procedure at the hotel and I feel the positive atmosphere accelerated my healing and aided my recovery. The location is superb because it is walkable to Beverly Hills and to tennis and pickleball at La Cienaga Tennis Center and a well known hospital nearby. There is a fabulous pool for sun lovers and house car when you just want to have someone professional to whisk you away to your favorite restaurant or drs appointment. This hotel is really wonderful and the staff are all beyond compare.
