This hotel was nothing short of outstanding. To step into such an island paradise, when at home it has negative degrees in winter was the most amazing experience. We were very happy with our big oceanview villa with private pool, we definitely recommend this accomodation. The beach and pool environment feels natural and uncrowded so naturally that added a lot for relaxation. The staff is extremely professional yet still easygoing, exactly what you want in such a setting. All in all a really great stay and definitely worth of the prestigious Six Senses reputation.

Came here for part of our honeymoon and truly didn’t want to leave. The service was amazing, the food (specifically the Thai food you could find at dinner and the breakfast) was sooo good, and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The main infinity pool looks straight into the ocean, and you could see the most beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed a meal at “dining on the edge” for one of the nights. They accommodated our dietary restrictions and we had a truly delicious private dinner. I don’t remember our waitress’ name but she deserves all the praise. She was sweet and friendly. The vantage point from the table was once in a lifetime. I could’ve eaten there every night. On top of all that there is a lovely farm on the property with goats, ducks, and chickens. We visited every day and even picked our own eggs for breakfast one morning. I would recommend SS Samui to anyone who truly enjoys peace and nature.

We arrived at this hotel with very high expectations, especially after an exceptional stay at the Four Seasons just prior to this visit. Unfortunately, this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The room felt poorly maintained and far below the standard one would expect from a property in this category. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were clearly synthetic and of low quality, which made it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the room did not feel fresh, luxurious, or well cared for. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The food quality was noticeably below what should be expected at a hotel of this level, lacking refinement, freshness, and attention to detail. To be fair, the only truly positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast team. The staff there were outstanding — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were the only part of the experience that reflected true hospitality. After we raised our concerns, management upgraded us to a suite and offered a complimentary dinner, which we appreciated as a gesture. However, despite these efforts, the overall standard and experience remained disappointing and did not meet expectations. Sadly, we left feeling let down. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I’ve been by far. You have plenty of activities to do within the resort; including a visit to their sustainable farm; the breakfast is diverse and great portions, and the staff is so helpful. We only had a small issue when requesting an off site laundry service (the price difference with the hotel was huge) but they rapidly apologized for the missunderstanding.

Six Senses Samui was absolutely out of this world! A huge thank you to our GEM, Noom—he was so kind and went above and beyond with our every request. His positive energy was contagious, and it’s something we actually took home with us. Six Senses should be super proud to have staff like him! Honestly, the entire team was amazing; everyone we interacted with was smiling, upbeat, and provided high-quality service. We loved the main pool, it was so relaxing. The gym is also a nice size with great equipment. As for our villa—it was a dream. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, the private pool was perfect for chilling, and we loved the huge bath and outdoor showers. Lastly, the food was to die for. Breakfast had so many options, pool and room service was delicious. I highly recommend Six Senses Samui and cannot wait to be back!"
