Wonderful, caring staff. They tried to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The animators were cool , i loved them . In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone. What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros). We work on our own in Albania with this job and the price was a maximum of 50 euros, we did not like that value. We don't think of going back to that Hotel as it seemed like a scam to us. Was to far from the airport. rooms: On Monday there were to many people came in the hotel and the cleaning lady did not make to clean my room, i had to do it myself . She also told me that there was no pillow cover ,and this was not good for a 5 star hotel. But on the other days they cleaned my room every day Security" The lifeguard was not available all the time. One of us risked drowning and I had to save her myself, fearing that I wouldn't make it, but I did. Food There wan NO suitable food for babies . Only 1 kind of HIPP , my son did not like it . He ate only yogurt for 7 days , the all day . I really appreciate the chef , he tried to cook something for him , but he did not like it , it didn't have the thin, creamy texture for a baby , but i appreciate that he tried There was to much spicy food (i can not eat spicy) , but there was a lot to choose

I'm currently enjoying my holiday at Sirius Deluxe Hotel, From the moment I arrived, the service has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay is perfect. My room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the sea. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided are top-notch. I especially appreciate the luxurious spa and well-equipped fitness center.

Overall, my stay at Sirius Deluxe Hotel has been perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable holiday. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had an amazing holidays in this beautiful hotel, we checked in very late due to our flight. Our 4year son was asleep in my lap and with all the luggage to carry was a bit difficult but we had a very warm welcoming from the receptionist who helped us carrying the bags up to the room. They offered us some food as well which was so good after all those hours travelling. I must say the next 5 days were just amazing, excellent service from all the staff, very efficient, attentive staff, everything very clean and shiny, amazing pool with nice waterslide specially for the young kids. Very nice beach, found the water very salty, really burns the eyes 😎 but apart from that really nice. Nice entertainments, activities. Also, Need to thank the Spa team because me and husband had few sessions with them and we felt so much better after that. Big thanks to the therapists : Umran and Mehmet and to the rest of the team for their support and constant check: Mumin, Saaliye, Mustafa, Ancelita. Recently returned from a stay in the hotel with food poisoning which was far from ideal when on holiday to relax. The hotel rooms were clean and modern, the animation team were fairly disorganised for daytime activity but we were told they were new. The daytime food was good at the beach bar but the evening food was often warm at best and lacked in comparison to others. The hotel spa gives a hard sale in the first 2 days and we were pestered by someone selling tattoos each day which didn’t seems very 5* The location would not have been a problem despite being fairly isolated if the evening food was good but there was very little alternatives nearby. The hotel has potential but just the eye for detail didn’t seem to be there and I would not recommend it return when there are so many alternatives
