Just spent 7 amazing days here. The service we received whilst here was exceptional, the food was always great with a large variety to choose from. Maybe just a different special menu daily would be a bonus. We were advised of the renovations and other than one restaurant down had no effect on our experience.. we would like to make a special thank you to 2 staff that went above and beyond Maprang in the main restaurant was amazing the entire time and made our anniversary that extra special by booking us a special table at the star and decorated the table and very attentive daily. Also Pare(pare) the afternoon attention at drinks kindly offered as complimentary for an hour a day during the renovation was awesome. Remembering our orders, checking in to see if we were happy also she looked after us at the moon restaurant most nights. Always smiling. These 2 ladies made our experience extra special.x

To say I was disappointed is to say nothing. You start getting all of those red flags from the moment you arrive. No change room available at the reception for you to change and go enjoy the beach whilst your room is being prepped, we had to change in the toilets instead. And those were disgusting: both male and female pans overflowing with urine. You go to the beach and it’s a total “help yourself” concept there: no help with towels or setting up a sun umbrella, no bottled water available at the counter. The main issue though is not even that but the fact that the hotel overlooked to mention on their website and booking platforms that they are currently under some major renovations, which has affected all of their facilities. The main restaurant is closed. The pool is closed. Construction noise at the beach is unbearable and non stop. The gym is also closed but they “are pleased to offer” a temporary setup which is an open tent in the car park area, with a couple of fans and no air conditioning, very hardcore exercising that would be if you ask me. Even the elevator in the main building is under maintenance and hence not working. For all the inconvenience all you get is a 500 baht credit per day to spend at the hotel, which is not a great deal, given the $400 per night you already paid for the stay. The beach is really nice though - if not this construction site right next to it. I guess it might have been a completely different experience had we come in a different time, but it is what it is. Give it another thought if you are looking for a tranquil and quiet holiday, as it’s certainly not that place!

The most perfect honeymoon spot! Would recommend everything. The room is soo dreamy and perfect! Breakfast is very varied and have a included a la carte, so you can order anything you want with an amazing beach view! The staff is soooo sweet! Also suprise us with different kinds of cookies every night and much more suprises! Loved the whole experience! Wanna come here again! 1000/10 🤌🏼

We stayed in a private villa with pool, which was fantastic and offered a lot of privacy. The private hotel beach has great potential but feels underutilized. The gym is currently under renovation, and the temporary setup in a large tent on the parking lot is nowhere near 5-star standard. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast—a mix of buffet and à la carte—was delicious. Overall, however, the hotel feels dated, and I missed the attention to detail in the infrastructure that I would expect from this category.
