My recent stay at the illustrious Castival Hotel in Antalya was nothing short of sublime. From the very moment I crossed the threshold of its grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine hospitality. The culinary offerings were an absolute triumph — each meal a symphony of flavors that spoke to both tradition and creativity. The buffet selections were not merely abundant but exquisitely curated, reflecting the chef’s meticulous attention to detail and the hotel’s unwavering commitment to quality. Equally enchanting was the beach, a stretch of golden, powder-fine sand. Whether basking in the sun or taking a leisurely swim, one could not help but feel transported to a realm of serene perfection. Yet what truly distinguished the experience was the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness transformed an already luxurious stay into a heartfelt encounter. Every interaction, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, was marked by an authenticity and grace that are all too rare in today’s world of hospitality. In essence, Castival Hotel is not merely a place to stay — it is a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, where every detail harmoniously contributes to an unforgettable holiday experience. I visited this hotel about a week ago , let's say going into this hotel my expectations were high. Dare I say I was really disappointed. Never the less here are some of my pros and cons for this place. I'll start of with my pros : 1.The beach is around a 10 minute walk. theres no rocks just sand , the water is nice and isn't quickly deepening. 2. The staff here are awesome , super welcoming and absolutely love kids. 3.Above the pool there is a porch there are sofas and armchairs to enjoy , it's quite nice for a break from the chaos. 4.The waffles and ice cream that are given out around 15 - 17 h are so good , I enjoyed them everyday! 5.The patisserie pastries are delicious - my favorite one was the cheesecake , definitely worth a try! Moving on with the cons : 1.The hotel only revolves around Germans , you walk by staff and they say "hallo" which is pretty annoying Sometimes even asking "how are you" and "what drink you would?" like in german. Also the late night shows are mostly revolving a round Germans , me as a Lithuanian have no clue what they were saying , like come on?! 2. The shows were awful , pretty pathetic. The dancers would slip and fall , mess up and just it looked like they didn't have a lot for the budget. 3.The rooms. We got the first floor , sounds coming from the lobby bar glasses shattering or making a bunch of noise , and then the room also went into the pools direction , people partying until 12 , getting a room like that with a baby was quite difficult to deal with. Along side that the rooms were filthy , the maids came in did a quick sweep changed the sheets like once or twice in the week I was staying there. The room needs renovation , the AC was dirty , laps would flicker , dirty towels not picked up after we left them there to be cleaned or changed. Paintings were crooked. 4. The food was definitely not a wow , I have a lot to complain about. I can definitely go to fast food place and eat much better there. 5. pools were cold , spa pool only works in winter , HUGE dissapointment.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, greeting me with genuine smiles and offering help with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities—made me feel pampered. The view from my window was absolutely stunning, and waking up to it each morning was a highlight of my stay. The facilities are top-notch: the gym was well-equipped, the pool area was immaculate and relaxing, and the dining options were outstanding. Breakfast was a feast with so much variety, and every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered seemed genuinely dedicated to making my experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both completely at home and completely spoiled—but this hotel managed to do exactly that. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Whether you’re visiting for business, a romantic getaway, or just to relax, this hotel is a gem. My sister and I really liked our stay at Castival hotel. Their staff is very polite yet professional. The whole hotel and the rooms were immaculately clean all the time. Even on the buffet table and hall, there was always someone cleaning the spilled liquids or food. I never saw even one table that had a stain on it because that is how quickly their staff would change it. Food was fantastic, numerous options and they change menu every day. There is cafe , Lobby bar ,ice cream and waffle dessert 3 pm to 5 pm and pool side snack and drinks bar ,all part of all inclusive deal if you get that. They arrange entertainment show almost every night and beach is not that far away within 5 min walk or 2 min via shuttle ( if you want to go to the hotel's designated beach loungers). My only feedback to improve is: Rooms can improve a little bit more with bigger and smart TVs instead of old small ones. For kids with families, there are two pools ,separate kids pool ,water slides, ice cream and fresh made waffles time 3 to 5 pm, kids club, and of course the beach ⛱️. For adults like us , apart from the hotel itself, there are shopping and market areas near by . We booked activities like pirate boat trip , Turkish hammam and we were happy with both! Overall it was a great trip and Castival hotel made a huge part of it and we will definitely book this place again. (ps : we booked via Loveholidays)

5/5 – A Fantastic Stay at Castival Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Castival Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, clean rooms and beautiful decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — a huge variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and delicious local and international dishes. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant, and everything was kept spotless.
