I recently visited for breakfast as an outside guest, and I must say — it was an absolutely delightful experience! The breakfast buffet had such a wide and impressive selection, with a great mix of both international and local dishes. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out even more was the warm and welcoming service from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, making me feel just as valued as an in-house guest. A special thank you to Chef COCO, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Chef COCO took time to make sure guests were happy and satisfied, which truly added a personal touch to the whole experience. Although I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I felt completely welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast — not only for the delicious food, but also for the lovely atmosphere and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

A truly wonderful place on earth. The people are so accommodating and friendly. A magnificent garden with great attention to detail. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. This hotel fully deserves its 5 stars. Great spa. Even on vacation, you can climb a few stairs. That's no problem. Otherwise, they happily chauffeur you around in buggies. Everything is very well organized. The beach is incredibly beautiful. You can look forward to it!

I don’t like to leave scathing reviews but I will in this particular instance - to ensure that the hotel management takes the appropriate action. The hotel is old - irrefutably so. But we were not fussed since the service was generally good and the beach was beautiful. However, on the last night that we were there, I was assaulted by bugs ( I suspect bed bugs). I reported this to the manager, who asked the housekeeping staff to check. I was told that they were ant bites, and that I had sensitive soft skin. (??!!) At check out, the receptionist coolly handed me a bill for incidentals of around $100 (the room was pre paid) - I was quietly indignant at this stage. Not only were there no apologies from management, and no admission that there were bugs in the room, we were handed a bill! By then I had repeated a few times that there was a bug-problem. I am assuming that the hotel has a ‘non-admission of guilt’ policy as the lady kept a cool demeanour, told me that she will waive the bill and waited for us to leave. We felt dismissed. This was really a most unpleasant experience especially since my husband is a Gold Elite Marriot member. We have since moved out to another hotel. My message to the hotel: it’s time to step up. This is not a good way to represent the Marriot brand. Disgraceful.

Sheraton Samui Resort was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the warm welcome to the stunning sea-view room with a plush bed, every detail made our stay special. The private beach access with golden sands. My spa experience was truly special—the expert therapists and calming ambiance made it incredibly relaxing. Dining at Blue Monkey Restaurant & Bar was another highlight, with delicious cocktails and fresh seafood enjoyed right by the beach. The staff’s attentiveness and thoughtful gestures added to the experience. For a romantic and peaceful getaway, this resort is an absolute dream—I’d love to return! 💙🏝️✨

Our stay at Sheridan Samui Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and refreshing welcome drinks that instantly made us feel at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious, huge, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with something for everyone—from fresh fruits to Western eggs and bacon to Thai noodle specialties and everything in between. I loved the fresh wheatgrass and rotating Thai curry omelette specials. The beach bar offered decent food with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for casual bites by the ocean. The shuttle service was outstanding—, smooth, and super convenient to get around the huge property. A special thank you to the team for not only arranging our airport drop off and pick up shuttle but also preparing a thoughtful takeaway breakfast for our early departure. That level of care and attention to detail truly sets Sheraton Samui apart. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for vacation experience. We can’t wait to come back!
