Sheraton Samui Resort was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the warm welcome to the stunning sea-view room with a plush bed, every detail made our stay special. The private beach access with golden sands. My spa experience was truly special—the expert therapists and calming ambiance made it incredibly relaxing. Dining at Blue Monkey Restaurant & Bar was another highlight, with delicious cocktails and fresh seafood enjoyed right by the beach. The staff’s attentiveness and thoughtful gestures added to the experience. For a romantic and peaceful getaway, this resort is an absolute dream—I’d love to return! 💙🏝️✨

This is a wonderful resort for a beach side retreat. My husband and I stayed here in December 2024 for three nights. The staff is wonderful, the room looked out to the Gulf of Thailand, and the restaurants are great. Cleo at the reception deserves a mention, she went above and beyond to help us. I slipped and sprained my ankle, and we asked Cleo for some ice, and she actually brought the medic back. Beyond this, the spa is beautiful and we had the pleasure of getting the "essential" Thai massages. My husband and I are also grateful to the Chef for making a custom vegetarian menu for our "dine under the stars" special dinner. All in all, caring staff, beach location, and great food. Perfect for a vacation.

Just throwing this out there: Like the majority of the reviews indicate - the pictures do not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. However, I would still stay here. So mentally prepare yourself. I stayed here for 5 nights in February of 2024, using my Marriott Bonvoy points, so I did not pay actual money to stay here. The hotel is literally on the beach. It has a couple of restaurants right on the beach. You get food service at the beach. The staff is very nice and attentive. What else can you ask for?

Eventhough the rooms are little outdated, they maintained it very well. And for the service, from receptionist to housekeeping to buggy drivers, best service as expected from Marriott. Every employees are smiling and greeting every single time. The buggy drivers are very nice and accommodating, one driver even played with my son and let him experienced how to be like a “driver” of buggy. We really appreciate all the kindness from all the employees. And very delicate to accomodate all our requests. It’s our first time in Thailand and we found a reason to come back to this hotel because of the employees. The view in hotel is captivating as well and you will enjoy it even you bring kids since they have enough amenities for all ages.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we honestly don't know how this place gets bad reviews. Our room was great, the breakfast buffet was top notch with so many good options. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The property is well played out with 2 pools and a bar right down near the beach with a nice happy hour from 4-6pm! We will definitely return in the future!!!
