I’ve been coming to the Sheraton Rhodes for many years, and it always feels like coming home. Every stay is a real pleasure, the warm hospitality from all the staff makes such a difference. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. This year, I especially enjoyed some excellent wines at the restaurant, thanks to Dimitris’ great recommendations. A real highlight! Thank you to the entire Sheraton Rhodes team for making every visit so special. It’s truly one of my favorite places to be, and I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Hi, 5 stars because of Dimitris at Castellania restaurant. He made every breakfast and dinner special. 1) beach view is the best, but beach has a lot of stones, so be ready to buy some swimming shoes, shoes cost around 10 euro and can be bought from the market inside the hotel. 2) dinner and breakfast has different varieties, and everyday is somehow different, which was very good. This includes veggies, fish, different meat, lentils so they cover almost everything. 3) Drinks are a bit expensive, like normal corona beer at super market cost around 2 euro and in hotel it cost 8 euros. Same for water and other beverages, everything 4 times more expensive. 4) Music, a bit loud even though I informed them about it but unfortunately no action, plus hotels nearby are fighting with each other, so you can hear different types of music at the same time and very loud. Even within the hotel we can hear different type of music at the same time and it is loud not comfy at all. 5) lindos trip, was very easy to book by reception, it cost 27 euro per person

The service was outstanding: Georgia at customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dimitris at the Castellania restaurant made every breakfast and dinner special with his friendliness and attentiveness. The food had good variety and changing dinner menus, though the quality could be improved. I booked a spa package — the facilities are outdated compared to other 5-star Sheraton hotels, but Mariana delivered excellent massages and facial. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable with great room service. The entertainment was lively but sometimes overwhelming, with overlapping music from the restaurant, bar, and even nearby hotels, which reduced relaxation. The location is excellent, with public transport right outside for easy trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos, and shops and kiosks close by. Overall, not on the same level as other Sheraton 5-star resorts, but a very enjoyable holiday.

Great stay at Sheraton Rhodes. Very nice room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially the room maids. The hotel was generally very accommodating to needs and requests. The only areas for improvement from our perspective would be to have complimentary bottles of water in rooms and also complementary soft drinks or water at the dinner buffet. All-in-all it was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely suggest booking a sea-view room, if possible.

What a remarkable experience. All the staff were fantastic. The aqua Latin in the morning was super fun and engaging. The pools were clean, with a good mix of depths. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. It was my partner’s birthday, and the team went out of their way to help us celebrate so early in the morning. Super easy to get taxis to and from the hotel too. Would absolutely return!!
