I stayed at the Sheraton during the first week of October, and the weather was absolutely amazing. The sea view was stunning! I highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room if you can! I also want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thanks Anna, who was super helpful and patient in explaining all the facilities and recommending great places to visit in Rhodes. She was also the one who replied to my emails before my arrival, which made planning my trip so much easier. Overall, my stay was perfect. It was my first time visiting Greece, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making it such a wonderful experience! :)

Great stay at Sheraton Rhodes. Very nice room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially the room maids. The hotel was generally very accommodating to needs and requests. The only areas for improvement from our perspective would be to have complimentary bottles of water in rooms and also complementary soft drinks or water at the dinner buffet. All-in-all it was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely suggest booking a sea-view room, if possible.

What a remarkable experience. All the staff were fantastic. The aqua Latin in the morning was super fun and engaging. The pools were clean, with a good mix of depths. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. It was my partner’s birthday, and the team went out of their way to help us celebrate so early in the morning. Super easy to get taxis to and from the hotel too. Would absolutely return!!

I’ve been coming to the Sheraton Rhodes for many years, and it always feels like coming home. Every stay is a real pleasure, the warm hospitality from all the staff makes such a difference. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. This year, I especially enjoyed some excellent wines at the restaurant, thanks to Dimitris’ great recommendations. A real highlight! Thank you to the entire Sheraton Rhodes team for making every visit so special. It’s truly one of my favorite places to be, and I can’t wait to come back again soon.

We were here for a week in late August and early September. The hotel is nice, with very spacious common areas and a nice beach where there were always free seats. Our room was panoramic with a sea view and I believe it was renovated. The service was OK. I would especially like to note that the hotel treated Bonvoy elite members very well.There was a special area for them both at breakfast and on the beach. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to Rhodes town (5 km) but public transport on the island is practically unusable and it is best to take a taxi.
