I stayed at the Sheraton during the first week of October, and the weather was absolutely amazing. The sea view was stunning! I highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room if you can! I also want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thanks Anna, who was super helpful and patient in explaining all the facilities and recommending great places to visit in Rhodes. She was also the one who replied to my emails before my arrival, which made planning my trip so much easier. Overall, my stay was perfect. It was my first time visiting Greece, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making it such a wonderful experience! :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes resort back in July 2025 and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were so nice and helpful and they had upgraded our room to a beautiful ocean view which was stunning. The food was incredible, the service was so great and I loved how easy it was to access the beach without crossing the busy road to get to it and instead you cross an underground bridge. I highly recommend this resort.

All the staff at the restaurants, the pools, the Beach, the cleaning were very friendly and made sure we had everything ! They were amazing !! But the front desk team… What a disaster !! We stayed 6 days at this hotel (2 rooms on half board for 4 people including a baby), and we left very disappointed. • Request ignored: one week before arrival, I emailed asking for two adjoining rooms to make things easier with a baby. At check-in, despite reminding them and waiting for 30 minutes, only one room was given immediately. The second one was not ready, even though a vacant room was being cleaned right next to ours. In the end, the second room we were given was on the opposite side, and we had to insist until the following day to finally get two rooms next to each other. • Lack of safety: my father slipped in the shower due to a very slippery floor and cut his head. Even after we reported it, no anti-slip mat was offered. • No management presence: during 6 days, we repeatedly asked to meet a reception manager, but not once did anyone show up. • Lack of cooperation: at check-out, I requested a written confirmation that I had occupied one of the rooms alone (despite the booking being for two people), in order to get a refund from my travel agency. The reception refused, only offering to confirm it by phone if the agency called, which was useless since the agency required a written statement. Overall, our stay was marked by a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and customer care by the front desk staff.

The service was outstanding: Georgia at customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dimitris at the Castellania restaurant made every breakfast and dinner special with his friendliness and attentiveness. The food had good variety and changing dinner menus, though the quality could be improved. I booked a spa package — the facilities are outdated compared to other 5-star Sheraton hotels, but Mariana delivered excellent massages and facial. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable with great room service. The entertainment was lively but sometimes overwhelming, with overlapping music from the restaurant, bar, and even nearby hotels, which reduced relaxation. The location is excellent, with public transport right outside for easy trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos, and shops and kiosks close by. Overall, not on the same level as other Sheraton 5-star resorts, but a very enjoyable holiday.

Perfectly located, this hotel provides quick access to important tourist sites while offering a peaceful environment. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms that are perfectly maintained every day. We were delighted by the pleasant dining room as well as the quality of the restaurant: the buffet is very varied and satisfies all tastes and the service team is always friendly and attentive. Special mention to Dimitris for being very attentive, to the kindness of Prodromos, and to the lovely Evi. Nadia
