Beautiful resort with an amazing view over the Aegean Sea and close to Rhodes town. The rooms are beautiful, functional and clean. For breakfast and dinner you have every time again an incredible choice of delicious fresh dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable.

No longer a 5 star hotel - worn down rooms, where a renovation is long overdue. The entire hotel, inside and outside, rooms and Public areas are just not well maintained and not kept up to date. We've been to many Marriott/Sheraton hotels and this one isn't meeting the standards across the board. On the food side, the team working here is very hospitable and trying their best to be helpful. The pools are good and the private beach is a nice thing too (if the beach bar was open it would be even nicer) Pricing in Bars and restaurants is the pricing of a 5 start hotel and would only be acceptable if the rest of the hotel would also still meet a 5 star standard.

Two Weeks of True Hospitality – A Solo Experience I’ll Never Forget I spent two weeks at the Sheraton Hotel Rhodes, traveling alone – and I can honestly say I’ve rarely felt so genuinely welcomed and cared for. The overall level of service was outstanding. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel truly seen, even as a solo guest. Two people, in particular, made a lasting impression: Dimitris, a waiter at the buffet restaurant, was exceptional. His warmth, attention to detail, and intuitive sense for guest comfort made every meal feel personal and relaxed. And Alexandra, who greeted guests at the restaurant entrance, brought a calm elegance and heartfelt hospitality that stood out every single day. Her smile and presence set the tone for the entire dining experience. After two weeks, I left not only recharged, but deeply grateful. This wasn’t just a holiday – it was a reminder of what true service and human connection feel like. Highly recommended – especially for solo travelers looking for more than just a place to stay.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel. The check-in ladies are friendly. It’s a big property so the check-in process can be a little lengthy. The breakfast buffet is exceptional with every choice of food you could think of. Hot meals, fresh fruit, meat & cheeses, pastries, bread, salad bar, ready to order omelets, jams/honey, etc. The platinum members and above have their own seating to the side with the sweetest lady to brighten your morning. Bringing us a fresh pot of coffee as well as a special treat of the day. Such a great experience. The maids are excellent as well. Fresh room daily with a turn down service at night and a chocolate left on our pillow. My kids really loved this. Also provided plenty of bottle of waters to keep us well hydrated. Things they could improve on though is the spa ladies (both of them) are ill mannered. You have to schedule the spa in order to use it. They don’t like you booking it more than once even if you’re staying 7 days. The pool entertainment is always late. We’d go out to a beach and rush back as our kids loved the water volleyball/polo. They were late everyday than what is posted. We were also there during the 5.8 earthquake. Which literally shook us awake, had us waiting in the doorway until it was over, and extremely loud. Not their fault in the least. Quite an experience. Next day, I phoned the maintenance ppl to inform them of some significant cracking on our over hanging balconies support beam. He come into the room and laughed. Later they wrote me to tell me it is a scratch. I’m all for carrying on, but let’s not pretend you didn’t have a significant earthquake. The seriousness of the situation after the event makes me question their protocols. They just keep saying, oh we have them all the time, nothing to worry about. We were not alerted during the event like other hotels in the area either. Make sure you download your own earthquake app to keep up to date, this hotel will leave you to your own knowledge which we had zero of before going through it. Honestly, this is partly our fault for not doing better research. Overall due to our breakfast, the beautiful sunsets you get to experience from this hotel, the clean rooms, and the pool when we are done with the beach makes this a relaxing place to stay. One last suggestion, they need to work on their elevators. Be sure to add this into your timing of trying to get to places! They need some adjusting to work more efficiently.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton and everything lived up to our expectations. We experienced great service from all staff on the hotel, but we want to highlight a specific employee, Dimitris, who gave us extraordinary service at the breakfast restaurant Castellania every morning. We were welcomed all days with positivity and smiles at the breakfast and his ability to adapt to all kinds of people professionally with help and curiosity was inspiring. It would not have been the same experience without such great service. The breakfast itself had various options for different preferences and the hotel had all the facilities you need for a good relaxed vacation.
