We went with friends to the rooftop bar and it was magnificent. The view at night was beautiful. We had drinks and appetizers. Our choices were sushi and grilled calamari, both were excellent. Our server, Liam, spent a lot of time talking with us. His English was excellent and he took many pictures of our party. It was a very trendy place for young people. The view of the beach was stunning.

"Exceptional 5 - star service that truly sets the Sheraton hotel & Spa apart. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like royalty. Special mention to Trang Phan at the front desk who greeted us. We even went out for lunch with Trang on her day off. Van - Mike and Celia Chou who was incredibly helpful, genuine, kind and caring made us feel very welcome. I miss their hospitality. The staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay in Nha Trang unforgettable. Thank you Steam & Spice for a beautiful lunch a must visit restaurant inside the building.Thank you again for your hospitality see you again soon.

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff was hands-down the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. They genuinely got to know us, talked with us about our trip, and shared great recommendations for places to eat in the city. Ana and Jane were awesome as well as the lounge attendants. They went above and beyond by making special vegetarian dishes for us throughout our stay and even prepared a 6am to-go breakfast bag with all our favorite foods. Truly memorable hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic hotel staff. I’m a titanium elite Marriott status room was upgraded with view of the beach unobstructed from all the rooms even the toilet had floor to ceiling glass views it is right across from the beach. Celia and Jolie, in executive lounge are fabulous, so is other staff one evening. I missed my share of small slice of black forest cake at the buffet. The next day they specially made a portion for me.

All are really good, tidy beach-view bedroom, nice breakfast and lunch, fancy pools and nice service. There are also some entertainment room, gym, yoga and cooking classes. The only minus is the pool table is too old and dirty, old cues, there are 4 cues but just only 1 is usable. With a pool lover like me, that is a minus. Hope they fix it soon. Overall food, room and service is 10/10, entertainment - gym available, special is gym cuz it open 24/24, nice beach view, including private beach. Lots of mall, shopping centre and market nearby. There is also a pub on 25th floor, u must be 18 to go up.
