My stay at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates was excellent overall, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting this side of Dubai. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and offered stunning views of the Burj Al Arab and Sheikh Zayed Road, which really elevated the experience. Breakfast at Besh restaurant was decent, though the service could be more attentive, especially during busy periods when the staff seemed stretched thin. One small navigation quirk: switching lifts to reach the ground level or the mall via 2nd floor can be a bit cumbersome. I do need to mention a concerning incident where my room was mistakenly given to another guest, who actually entered while it was still assigned to me. The staff were extremely apologetic, and while I personally wasn't bothered, this is the kind of error a luxury hotel simply cannot afford. In different circumstances, had someone been in a private or intimate moment, this could have escalated into a serious issue. Despite this lapse, everything else about my stay was fantastic. The hotel delivers on comfort, location, and overall experience. With a bit more attention to operational details, it would be absolutely flawless. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

The front desk team—Rechlle, Momin, and Osman—immediately stepped in with calm, professional support. They carefully listened to what happened, noted the key detailexplained my options, and offered to stand as witnesses to ensure my safety and fair treatment. Their kindness and efficiency turned a difficult night into a reassuring experience. I truly appreciate their help. They represented the hotel beautifully and made me and my visiting friend feel safe and respected. Thank you for going above and beyond.

My stay at the hotel was generally great, with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. However, I was shocked to find that they charged 50 AED for a water bottle that costs just 1 AED. They provide a kettle and coffee in the room but expect you to use tap water, which isn't ideal. I can't believe this is happening in Dubai. Most reputable hotels worldwide offer complimentary daily room service, including toiletries and bottled water. It's disappointing that Sheraton chose to be different. Authorities should be informed about this. Despite the high room rates, charging for water was upsetting. It was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.

The Sheraton Mall of the Emirates is a high-quality hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and spacious, with large and very comfortable beds, quality pillows, and all the amenities you might need: iron, fridge, TV, air conditioning, desk, sofa, and a large bathroom. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for resting, as there is no noise at night. One of the main advantages is its location: the hotel connects directly to the Mall of the Emirates, so you have everything you could need at any time. It also has a well-equipped gym and a 20-meter pool, perfect for swimming and exercise. The staff is very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. The only small downside was upon arrival: the luggage took quite a while to be delivered to the room after leaving it at reception. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended for staying in Dubai.

The Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The sevice was outstanding, the stuff was allwas friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to Anita, Arafat, Salma anfd Keka, who were especially courteous and helpful. Everything was very clean and well presented, wich made the whole experience even better. I woud definitely recommend it!
