My grandma and I chose this hotel as a special place to reunite after 7 years, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming, professional, and kind, which immediately set the tone for our stay. Breakfast was included, and the service there was just as wonderful. Everything was well prepared and served with great care. A special thanks to Pablo, whose warm hospitality truly stood out, along with the kitchen team who made every morning feel extra special. We’re very grateful for the experience.

Stylish stay with great access — but a few quirks Stayed at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates and overall had a solid experience – especially if you’re planning to shop, ski, or dine nearby. The direct access to the Mall of the Emirates is a huge advantage, and being able to walk straight into Ski Dubai or the shops is brilliant. The room itself was comfortable and tastefully appointed, exactly what you’d expect from a reputable five-star brand. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. However, a couple of things held it back from being outstanding: • Service was polite but reserved – front desk and restaurant staff were professional and efficient, but very much waited for you to engage rather than anticipating needs. • Breakfast buffet was decent – good variety, though nothing that really stood out. The eggs and pastries were reliable but not inspiring. • Pool area & gym are pleasant and well-equipped, good for a quick dip or workout, but they do feel a bit compact compared to resorts a little further out. The convenience factor cannot be overstated though. Whether you want to shop, ski, or catch a movie, it’s all literally on your doorstep. Conclusion: A smart, comfy choice if you’re visiting the Mall of the Emirates – especially for convenience and location. Clean and professional, though not the most memorable service or ambiance. A solid choice, but not one that’ll make you book a return stay just for the hotel itself.

Sheraton Dubai – Comfort, Class, and Great Service I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubai. The hotel combines modern elegance with comfort, offering spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and top-level cleanliness. The staff was always friendly and professional, ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with both international and local options. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. A reliable choice for both business and leisure stays — I would definitely return!

This hotel is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly, starting from the reception team. They are an outstanding team. If you’re planning a family trip or a shopping trip to the Mall of Emirates, this hotel is highly recommended. The entrance to the mall is so easy. Thanks again to all the staff.

We had a wonderful stay! Special thanks to Ms. Nwet, who cleaned our room — she was incredibly kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Also, heartfelt thanks to Ms. Audi at the reception for her kindness and for offering us a better room upon arrival — we really appreciated it. The Turkish restaurant served delicious and high-quality food, and the breakfast buffet had great variety and taste. Our room was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had great access to the mall and metro, which made everything convenient. We’re very likely to stay here again!
