Huge thanks to Amr and Safa at reception — they truly went above and beyond and made me feel taken care of from the moment I arrived. Their kindness stood out throughout my stay. I also want to thank Ihassane at the Premium Lounge for her attentive and friendly service. The hotel is great, but it’s really the team that makes the experience special. This has been an amazing experience! The hotel was just the icing in the cake. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, well stocked and the bed was comfy. The food... ok the food was really good. Free breakfast isn't usually much to talk about, but this was different. They had just about anything you could ask for even the coffee. Would definitely come back! The host Anita always had a smile on her face and our servers were top notch!

My stay at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates was excellent overall, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting this side of Dubai. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My room was spacious and offered stunning views of the Burj Al Arab and Sheikh Zayed Road, which really elevated the experience. Breakfast at Besh restaurant was decent, though the service could be more attentive, especially during busy periods when the staff seemed stretched thin. One small navigation quirk: switching lifts to reach the ground level or the mall via 2nd floor can be a bit cumbersome. I do need to mention a concerning incident where my room was mistakenly given to another guest, who actually entered while it was still assigned to me. The staff were extremely apologetic, and while I personally wasn't bothered, this is the kind of error a luxury hotel simply cannot afford. In different circumstances, had someone been in a private or intimate moment, this could have escalated into a serious issue. Despite this lapse, everything else about my stay was fantastic. The hotel delivers on comfort, location, and overall experience. With a bit more attention to operational details, it would be absolutely flawless. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel is exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Amir at the reception — he was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. He made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming, and his attention to detail truly stood out.

Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Dubai – Special Review: A luxurious and perfectly located hotel directly connected to Mall of the Emirates, ideal for shopping, dining, and easy access to Ski Dubai. Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious with beautiful city views. The rooftop pool and spa offer great relaxation, while staff service is professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, and facilities suit both families and business travelers. It can get busy during peak hours, and prices are a bit high, but overall it’s an outstanding stay combining comfort, convenience, and style in the heart of Dubai.
