Sheraton Mall of the Emirates truly touched my heart. The location alone feels like a dream — you simply go down to the second floor and you are already inside Mall of the Emirates. Everything is so easy, so comfortable, so thoughtfully done. But what made this stay really special were the people. At the reception, there was an amazing Indian lady 😍😍😍😍from Kerala, whose name starts with N. From the very first moment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome. It wasn’t just service — it felt personal, human, and heartfelt. In the restaurant, Ali Mahdi and Harun, Emran were incredible. Every tea, every coffee, every small request was brought with a sincere smile and such beautiful energy. Our table was always clean, and we always felt cared for. You could feel that they truly enjoy what they do — and that makes all the difference. This hotel is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel valued, seen, and comfortable. I genuinely loved every moment here and will recommend this hotel to everyone with all my heart.

In my visit, I dealt with the Guest relation manager Ihssane, she was extremely nice, respectful and professional. She resolved our issue quickly, provided us with alternative accommodation, and offered a late check-out, thank you Ihssane. I also want to thank Kibria the assistant housekeeping manager for his professionalism and excellent service. Thank you all for your excellent service, and this is the 5 star service we expect from Sheraton 😊.

As a Marriott Titanium Lifetime member for over 10 years, I have come to expect a consistent and well-communicated standard of service across Marriott properties. Unfortunately, this stay fell short in several key areas. At check-in, my status was acknowledged verbally, but I was not provided with any written overview of my elite benefits or the benefits associated with the suite I had booked. Upon entering the room, there was also no welcome letter or welcome amenity of any kind—no fruit, no note, nothing. This was genuinely the first time in over a decade that I have walked into a Marriott room with no form of recognition beyond a verbal greeting. Additionally, included suite benefits—specifically two Ski Dubai tickets—were not provided at arrival and had to be requested the following day. Breakfast was another disappointment. For a hotel of this size in a global destination like Dubai, the buffet was underwhelming and lacked the variety and quality expected, particularly with respect to Emirati and international offerings. Despite breakfast being included in my benefits, we chose to dine elsewhere on the final morning. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On two occasions during our four-night stay, we returned after being out for most of the day to find the room had not been serviced, requiring follow-up calls to request cleaning. Positives included the generous room size (design is subjective) and several outstanding staff members. The gentleman serving tea at the entrance consistently offered a warm and genuine welcome, and the valet and luggage staff were professional, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, while there were individual staff highlights, the experience did not align with the expectations of a Marriott-branded property at this level. As a Titanium Lifetime member, I was left underwhelmed and unlikely to return.

Excellent location and service. I am immensely enjoying the experience. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is so much more than you can eat, different type of cuisine and you can easily find one to your taste. Azchik, the waiter has been especially helpful and welcoming at the breakfast. 10/10 Memorable Stay & Outstanding Service! My wife and I had an absolutely awesome stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, in September 2025. We enjoyed it very much, and the incredible team made the experience truly memorable. Pros: Location: The location is unbeatable, especially being directly attached to the Mall of the Emirates. Check-in: Reception and check-in were seamless, easy, and fast. Team Stars: A massive special thanks to Jamie from the reception team. She not only handled a fantastic upgrade for us but also arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my wife during our stay, a truly personal and thoughtful touch. Housekeeping & Breakfast: Anise from housekeeping is another team star who looked after us with exceptional care throughout our entire stay. Similarly, Salman at the breakfast restaurant was brilliant and took very good care of us every single time we dined. Con: The only minor issue we noted was with the shower drainage in room 1605, which was not great; water accumulated very quickly every time we showered. Despite that small detail, this hotel deserves 10 out of 10. Thank you, Sheraton team, for making our stay as memorable as ever. We definitely will come back for more experiences next time!
