Everything has been awesome here at the hotel! Especially the buffet for breakfast has been delicious and staff is incredible. Everyone is very kind, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I’ve stayed in Marriott and Sheratons around the world I can say honestly that this is in the top two for service and professionalism, and the food is Exceptional. From checking in to the every day experience from the staff has been very Professional and I don’t wanna leave! You have an excellence staff here and you provide a great service! The staff in the breakfast buffet were very accommodating and other way to get us whatever we needed. One in particular was named Harum he went out of his way to get me coffees and juice and anything else I needed. He was very pleasant, professional, and polite. Also, the man making the fresh juices was awesome as well. He made me a ginger/lemon shot. I can’t wait to return thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Sheraton Mall of Dubai I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Mall of Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and very welcoming. The location is perfect, especially with direct access to the mall, making everything very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall environment felt safe and relaxing. What truly stood out for me was the restaurant service. One of the staff members, Harun, demonstrated exceptional hospitality. He was attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. He made sure we were comfortable, always checking in with a smile and ensuring everything was perfect. His positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more special. It’s staff members like Harun who make a big difference and turn a good stay into a great one. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

We have been enjoying the hotel breakfast for the past four days and had a wonderful experience each morning. The quality, variety, and overall atmosphere were excellent. We would especially like to appreciate Mr. Arafat for his kindness and continuous support throughout our stay. He was very attentive, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. Sheraton Mall of the Emirates truly touched my heart. The location alone feels like a dream — you simply go down to the second floor and you are already inside Mall of the Emirates. Everything is so easy, so comfortable, so thoughtfully done. But what made this stay really special were the people. At the reception, there was an amazing Indian lady 😍😍😍😍from Kerala, whose name starts with N. From the very first moment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome. It wasn’t just service — it felt personal, human, and heartfelt. In the restaurant, Ali Mahdi and Harun, Emran were incredible. Every tea, every coffee, every small request was brought with a sincere smile and such beautiful energy. Our table was always clean, and we always felt cared for. You could feel that they truly enjoy what they do — and that makes all the difference. This hotel is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel valued, seen, and comfortable. I genuinely loved every moment here and will recommend this hotel to everyone with all my heart.
