Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel is an exceptional place to stay in Dubai. The direct access to the Mall of the Emirates makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning views of the city skyline. The service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The rooftop pool and lounge area provide a relaxing escape with panoramic views. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, catering to all dietary preferences. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel guarantees a luxurious and memorable stay.

Crooked staff! Avoid this hotel!
I have stayed here for almost 7 weeks and spent in excess of $400 to $500 per day, and really got to know how it works here.
You want a better room? Pay them under the table!
Way too many hotels in Dubai to have to put up with this level of dishonesty.
On top of that, because of an $11 drink they had the audacity to talk to me like this.
Shame on them, I have a large group of co-workers and friends that are coming to Dubai and I will take the step to send them to another hotel.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent. Ahmed, in particular in club lounge, was very friendly and attentive, always quick to assist with any requests. His professionalism made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I interacted with the customer service team, I encountered rudeness that was quite unexpected. I had specifically requested a room with two beds and a separate sitting area for my family, who were traveling from outside . However, what I received was merely a connected room, which did not meet our needs.
To make matters worse, I inquired about any complimentary services, hoping for a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, nothing was offered. This lack of attention to customer satisfaction left a sour taste in my mouth.
Given this experience, I cannot recommend the Sheraton Hotel. I will certainly think twice before booking again. Customer service is key in the hospitality industry, and this experience was far from satisfactory.
