Rosette Nebula
The hotel is very convenient and good located. No problem with catching taxi, metro station is 3 minutes walking distance. Beautiful view on Dubai, especially from the roof top. Two swimming pools at 24 level.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the service was at highest level, especially at Club Lounge.
Delicous and varied food. Breakfast includes a wide selection of local, Chinese, Korean and typically European cuisine.

I am writing this review to note that the hotel rooms have been beautifully refurbished to be more modern and high end. The wooden floor is amazing. A Nespresso machine has been added along with the normal tea and coffee facilities, and the minibar quality has been upgraded.
The bathroom now has a walk-in shower instead of the outdated tub and its glass wall has been permanently frosted so it’s now private and not exposed like before.
The lobby and the public areas are still undergoing refurbishment which will hopefully finish within this year as confirmed by one of the staff.
Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing location as always. Will always be my top choice in Dubai. Special thanks to Ramadan and Sami.

Good hotel … part of the Marriott chain. As expected high quality in terms of service, cleanliness, quality of the hotel, furnishings. Only downside was the rooftop pool was not heated. Kind of shortened our time at the pool given if was a bit windy and made the experience far from ideal.
Location.. hotel is connected to Mall of Emirates and very convenient to shopping within the mall.

Parking is very inconvenient. We finally found the park area the third day, and updated with the 2nd floor employee that we parked there by ourselves. He warned us and told us the hotel would pay the bill for the parking, I don’t know he wants us to gratitude him or what?

The whole place is in renovation, which increase the inconvenience, let alone they put the member lounge in a narrowed room deep down, and have nothing to consume…
The room is tiny, and smells moist like a basement. And they cut off the hot water supply at 12 without any information in advance. I called the receptionist and he promised me it would be back at 2 at the latest. I waited till 3 and nothing came…

"The man (Sami) who gave us coffee and dates was very friendly and kind. He cheered the kids up and asked very good questions such as 'How are you?' and 'Is everything okay?' He really gave us a good vibe and positivity. It's a very good idea. The coffee is very delicious; it actually helps to start our day."
