The breakfast at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates was outstanding every single day. The quality of the food and the team’s exceptional attention to detail made it worth coming back daily. The omelets were always cooked perfectly, dirty dishes were cleared immediately, and they even remembered my juice order each morning — such thoughtful service! A special thank you to Borhan, Emran, Salman, Towfiq, and Aseem for making every breakfast experience warm, welcoming, and memorable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the Club Lounge team at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. Sohel, Arshad, Salman, Rasel, Mouthioor, and Malindu were incredibly kind and consistently attentive throughout our entire 5-day stay. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly elevated our experience. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to this wonderful team for making our visit memorable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible level of hospitality and the genuinely fantastic way the staff engaged with my toddler daughter. Check-in was smooth, and the team made us feel instantly welcome. But the real highlight was how the staff went above and beyond for my little one. Especially the staff in the executive club lounge - i would like to name some of the team members as well. Arshad, Motiur, Rasel, Salman & Sohel were all so nice to my daughter. We were constantly asking them to fill milk bottles and bothering them but they always made us feel welcome. . They were constantly smiling, talking to my child, and proactively offering assistance.

10/10 Memorable Stay & Outstanding Service! My wife and I had an absolutely awesome stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai, in September 2025. We enjoyed it very much, and the incredible team made the experience truly memorable. Pros: Location: The location is unbeatable, especially being directly attached to the Mall of the Emirates. Check-in: Reception and check-in were seamless, easy, and fast. Team Stars: A massive special thanks to Jamie from the reception team. She not only handled a fantastic upgrade for us but also arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my wife during our stay, a truly personal and thoughtful touch. Housekeeping & Breakfast: Anise from housekeeping is another team star who looked after us with exceptional care throughout our entire stay. Similarly, Salman at the breakfast restaurant was brilliant and took very good care of us every single time we dined. Con: The only minor issue we noted was with the shower drainage in room 1605, which was not great; water accumulated very quickly every time we showered. Despite that small detail, this hotel deserves 10 out of 10. Thank you, Sheraton team, for making our stay as memorable as ever. We definitely will come back for more experiences next time!

The service from Shanti servicing the room was exceptional. Table service from Borhan was attentive, thorough and gave excellent service, and Jason organised some superb Barista coffees. Salman organised GF food and the chef gave exceptional service. Salma was a friendly receptionist welcoming us every morning to breakfast. Reshmi at the travel desk, provided sound advice for tour options and her recommendation for the travel safari package gave us a fascinating and thorough desert experience. The food at the Arabian Heritage offered quality and broad choices.
