We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The service was absolutely excellent. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Harun, who was simply fantastic, very attentive, professional, and kind. Now we truly understand why this hotel has such high ratings. Highly recommended!

Sheraton Mall of the Emirates truly touched my heart. The location alone feels like a dream — you simply go down to the second floor and you are already inside Mall of the Emirates. Everything is so easy, so comfortable, so thoughtfully done. But what made this stay really special were the people. At the reception, there was an amazing Indian lady 😍😍😍😍from Kerala, whose name starts with N. From the very first moment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcome. It wasn’t just service — it felt personal, human, and heartfelt. In the restaurant, Ali Mahdi and Harun, Emran were incredible. Every tea, every coffee, every small request was brought with a sincere smile and such beautiful energy. Our table was always clean, and we always felt cared for. You could feel that they truly enjoy what they do — and that makes all the difference. This hotel is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel valued, seen, and comfortable. I genuinely loved every moment here and will recommend this hotel to everyone with all my heart.

The service has been excellent so far, especially thanks to Harun, who always makes sure we enjoy our breakfast to the fullest. His attention and positive attitude truly make a difference. My stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates was disappointing, mainly due to the service standards rather than the facilities themselves. While the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay, several key service areas appeared unable to manage even the existing guest load efficiently. The concierge service lacked attentiveness and proactive support, making even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. The valet parking experience was slow and poorly coordinated, often resulting in avoidable waiting times. Room service was inconsistent, with delays and a lack of attention to detail that fell short of the expectations of a hotel of this category. Most concerning was the reception team. The check-in and guest service experience reflected a lack of professionalism, organization, and problem-solving ability. Staff appeared overwhelmed despite the relatively low occupancy, creating the impression of inadequate training and weak operational management. The hotel manager was an absolute disappointment. Incompetent manager. The hotel's location, with direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, remains a strong advantage. However, service quality is what defines a guest experience, and unfortunately the concierge, valet, room service, and front desk teams did not meet the standards expected from a Sheraton property. I hope management focuses on staff training, accountability, and operational efficiency, as the property itself has significant potential.
