Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa delivered an experience that was, quite simply, exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set by a staff that was consistently warm, genuinely friendly, and unfailingly cheerful. Their professionalism never felt rehearsed; instead, it was paired with an ease and authenticity that immediately dissolved any sense of stress. Transportation to and from the island was flawlessly coordinated, allowing us to transition seamlessly into the rhythm of the resort without a single logistical concern. The food across the resort was extraordinary—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. Whether casual or refined, each dining experience reflected care, quality, and a clear commitment to exceeding expectations. Nothing ever felt rushed, overlooked, or transactional; everything unfolded effortlessly. The overwater bungalows were a highlight in their own right—naturally quiet, deeply relaxing, and perfectly positioned to immerse you in the surrounding environment. Waking to uninterrupted ocean views and watching rays glide beneath the surface or reef sharks pass by in the distance elevated the experience beyond mere luxury and into something genuinely memorable. There is a profound calm that comes from being so closely connected to the water, and the resort captures that feeling beautifully. What truly distinguishes this Sheraton, however, is the absence of friction. Every detail—from service to dining to transport—was handled so smoothly that the island felt entirely free of stress. Time slowed, concerns faded, and relaxation became effortless. It is rare to find a resort where everything simply works, and works well. This stay stands among the finest resort experiences we have had anywhere in the world. Spent couple of days at Sheraton in November and enjoyed the trip. Transfer was was very fast and was included in price which was a big advantage compared to other resorts. The resort itself is very green and beautiful, there are many locations to take photos. Room was spacious, clean, with amazing tropical shower, we like it. Management team was attentive, always ready to help, special thanks to Nuraly. The only thing can be improved is dining experience. We had breakfast included which was good, but for lunch and dinner we had to go to reastaurants, usually we went to Anchorage and it was overpriced for average food and limited choice.

We really enjoyed our Maldives trip, thanks to the Sheraton and its amazing crew. They are the BEST. Starting from the restaurant helpers, buggy drivers, everyone is ready to make your stay happy. Particularly, shout out to the AMAZING kids club! Maria, Enuu and Pammy took care of our kid EVERY DAY of our stay, and let me and my wife enjoy a wide range of water activities. Huge thanks to them, our kid enjoyed to the fullest both inside kids club, and around the resort. They have a lot of kid friendly activities which makes this an amazing family friendly resort. They even gave our kid an amazing present! We simply love this team! We can't wait to visit Sheraton again for our next trip!

As others have said this island is fantastic. It’s 20 minute speed boat ride from the airport. Which is great after a long flight. The staff are friendly and attentive and always happy to help, the rooms are fantastic and the beach and activities also great. I read a few reviews about people complaining that the resort doesn’t have its own reef, which is true. But I saw an abundance of life in the water which included Black Tip reef sharks and sting rays. The day trips they offer are very nice, we went on the snorkelling safari and the dolphin cruise. I 100% recommend these! We went with breakfast only as the half / full board and all inclusive deals aren’t maybe what you think they are. There are several exclusions that you have to pay for on top, or maybe you only get an amount towards your final bill. We drank well, ate well and worked out we were $40 per person better off per night by only going breakfast only. That being said the breakfast is amazing and the restaurants are great. Highly recommend the Indian. The spa was very nice, again lovely staff and a very relaxing experience. I wish we had time for another massage before we left. It was a fantastic holiday, I just wish I could have stayed longer!

Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa – Overwater Villa I recently stayed at Sheraton Full Moon Maldives in one of their Overwater Villas, and it was a truly memorable experience. The villa was beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained — offering direct access to the crystal-clear waters and stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff throughout the resort were generally excellent — friendly, helpful, and attentive. They handled all requests promptly and with professionalism. A special mention goes to the hotel management team, especially Mr. Megan and a few others, who went above and beyond to resolve a minor incident during our stay. Their approach was calm, respectful, and solution-focused, which left a very positive impression. Most of the team displayed great hospitality, especially at reception, housekeeping, and concierge. However, the only slight downside was at "The Feast" dining area, where a few staff members appeared less engaging and rarely smiled — a contrast to the otherwise warm and welcoming service standard across the resort. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious yet serene getaway in the Maldives. The exceptional setting, well-kept facilities, and strong service culture (with minor room for improvement at the buffet restaurant) make it a destination worth visiting.
