This is an extremely lovely hotel and what makes it more special are the staff who are all so friendly and kind. Nothing seems too much trouble. From our arrival to leaving there was a warm atmosphere. I really appreciated that. The rooms are very comfortable and there are plenty of areas to sit & relax by the three pools. We went to the Japanese restaurant - Yakuza. The food was delicious. We also liked the location with La Caleta a very pleasant 5-10 minute easy stroll & other areas too with a variety of good shops. I have only good things to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it and hope we will return.

Very nice hotel. The check-in experience was warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms. The two main outdoor pools are excellent with plenty of sun loungers surrounding the. The additional pools within the quieter, more secluded adults-only area were also nice to spend time around. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of high quality food and drinks. The on-site restaurants are also very good and worth visiting even if you're not a guest at the hotel. Good selection of other restaurants nearby and a Hiper Dino convenience store just a short walk away. With our departure time being much later in the day than the room check-out time, a courtesy room with shower facilities was offered which is always nice to freshen up before travelling home.

Perfect stay! We spent 8 nights on a half-board basis, and everything was absolutely flawless. The food was varied and excellent every day, which is quite rare for buffet dinners that can often feel repetitive. We traveled with our 1.5 year-old son, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, from breakfast to housekeeping, reception, and dinner service. We truly felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. The pool was warm and perfectly suited for the spring season, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Fanni and Carla, who organized a wonderful excursion for us to see whales and dolphins, it was an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be coming back, as this was a truly relaxing and perfect holiday. Coste Family

Fantastic hotel!!!!! We stayed 7 nights in February, and we absolutely loved it. We like peace and quiet which we found by the “Adults only pool”. Had lunch and dinners at Guilty, Seen and Yakuza - all just delicious and well assorted. The breakfast is equally delicious - and so many different items. Throughout the hotel the staff is so friendly, serviceminded and attentive - they make you feel at home and relaxed. We will be back!!!

Tivoli La Caleta is hotel unlike any other, a real experience in opulence and relaxation. From the moment we arrived staff were warm and friendly with lots of information on local cuisine and facilities offered by the hotel. Their staff are so attentive and welcoming, with their Guest Relations surprising us with a gift to celebrate my 40th birthday. I can honestly say after visiting Tenerife for so many years, this place is a true jewel and surpasses expectations at every turn. Naming staff that I can recall, Inma, Alexander, Fanni, Giovanni, Marlene, there are so many others that have been exemplerary I just can't recall at the time of writing! Thank you so much for a brilliant experience.
