A fantastic beachfront resort with a huge lagoon pool, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The 'Star Club' keeps kids entertained with its kids club and games room, making it ideal for families. Highly recommended! This resort offers a wonderful escape with its beautiful location and excellent amenities. The pool is a highlight, and the staff are very attentive. The spacious rooms, beautiful beach, and delicious dining options further enhance the experience. A truly memorable destination for a vacation.

A Wonderful Resort for a Relaxing Escape We always enjoy our stays at this beautiful resort, and it remains our favorite getaway when we want to escape from Bangkok. The low-rise buildings create a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, making it feel uncrowded despite the large number of rooms. There are plenty of cozy spots with sun loungers, and the resort’s design, surrounded by water features, adds to the relaxing ambiance. The rooms are comfortable, and there are few dining options for lunch, dinner, and casual snacks. We were pleased to see that the food has improved compared to our past visits. However, it’s a pity that the Italian restaurant is only open two days a week, especially since the hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city, limiting dining choices for longer stays. Breakfast is a highlight, with a large selection of quality food and a daily rotation that keeps things fresh and exciting. The service is attentive, and it’s evident that some staff members have been there for years, as they handle everything with professionalism and warmth. A few small things could be improved: • No placemats and proper napkins at breakfast means silverware is placed directly on the table, and only paper napkins are provided. • The French press coffee was a nice touch in previous stays, and it’s a shame it’s no longer available for enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace. • The empty minibar setup doesn’t seem to work well, as we’ve noticed this decline over our past visits. Despite these minor points, the resort remains a fantastic place to unwind, and we look forward to returning.

FANTASTIC NEW YEARS EVE EVENT. 31st December 2024 Things started poorly. The toilets beneath the elephant statue were filthy, stunk of urine and the sink was blocked. We had to wash our hands using the showers! Really not acceptable and the Sheraton needs to address this. Then we went to our table. As we were amongst the first to confirm our reservations, we were able to select a table overlooking the beach. However, further tables had been added to the floor plan we had selected from and, as a result, we were now on a small coffee table a row back from the beach. Not happy. Fortunately, we had arrived an hour early, so this gave the staff time to adjust our seating arrangements and all was good. From this point on, it was perfect. The food was superb. I went mad with the king crab, which is surprisingly filling. There was so much that I wanted to try, but I was just too full. There really was something for everyone. The deserts! Oh my, the deserts. Delicious. The staff were fantastic and the pastry chef was particularly kind; when I explained my daughter's nut allergy, he brought deserts direct from the kitchen so there was no risk of cross-contamination. Very very kind and it made her day. Thank you so much. The band was excellent, but the singing in English was so bad it was good; at points, I was crying with laughter. A very happy event and, looking around, I think everybody was satisfied with their decision to see the New Year in at the Sheraton. The fireworks display at midnight was great and the taxi the Concierge had booked was waiting as planned. Shaky start, but it turned into a fantastic evening. If I am in Hua Hin for New Year 2026, I will definitely be seeing it in at the Sheraton.

Hotel staffs are attentive and polite. We can get room before check in time if there is available room. The buildings are classic style and no elevator. It’s quite long way to the beach front, however the trees and flowers along the way make me feel refreshed and relaxed. There are many pools and all of them are clean and well maintained. Room is specious, bed is comfortable, bathroom has a huge bathtub. Dinner seafoods are fresh well cooked & grilled, grilled pork is so tender and juicy high recommend! Breakfast is good as well I like fresh fruit juice.

The management thoughtful to keep both wedding ceremony and hotel guests to enjoy the facilities at the same time. The hotel maintains in very good condition like just opening. And clerks serve as Thai hospitality, friendly and respectful. Looking forward to visit again soon!
