⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort – Warm Hospitality Beyond Expectations Every stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort is always memorable, and this recent visit was no exception. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the wonderful staff who made our stay truly special. Special thanks to Khun Nam, FOM, who always takes great care of us every time we stay. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality make us feel at home. A big thank you to the Front Office Team – Khun Gek, First, Mie, Pang, Chi, Oil, O, Aom, and Ni. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. The Concierge Team – Ble, Golf, Big, Pek, Nock, and Tai – also provided excellent support. Thank you for the warm welcome and great assistance throughout our stay. At the Sundara Sport Lounge, N’Lyn and N’Aoy were absolutely lovely. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling — you made our time there so enjoyable. At Luna Lanai, a big thank you to Khun Surat and all the wonderful staff at the restaurant. Everyone provided warm, attentive, and heartfelt service that made every meal truly delightful. And last but not least, all staff at The Deck breakfast restaurant — thank you for your dedication and passion for service. The warm service every morning truly brightened the start of each day. Sheraton Hua Hin always delivers outstanding hospitality, and this trip once again proves why it remains one of our favorite places to return to. Looking forward to our next stay! 🌟

Most relaxing resort stay, staff and food was amazing. Swimming pool out of this world. Room was adequate, clean, comfortable. Only negative is proximity to town, but of course we knew that before we booked. Was an amazing stay, wish we had longer, oh and did I mention the gorgeous beach it sits on.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa. The place is beautiful, relaxing and perfect for families. My son absolutely loved the kids club and talked about it nonstop. A huge thank you to P. Boi, she was so cheerful, kind and really great with the kids. Her energy made it such a fun experience for them and my son can’t wait to come back. Everything from the staff to the atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommend this resort for families.

stayed here for 5 days and received such an awesome and wholesome hospitality from hotel staffs. Seems like it's a popular wedding destination as I experienced parties everyday of my stay lol. still would give 5 stars to the service and especially how clean my room really was. Thanks to Khun Ying, our maid who took care of my room everyday.

It was a short trip for relaxing and rejuvenating. The rooms are spacious with pool access. The beach is clean and at a walking distance. The housekeeping service needs to improve a lot as dirty dishes were not cleared till we checked out. Daily room cleaning not done, shower faucet not perfectly functional. However, I must add the reception staff is very courteous and go out of their to assist with travel plans, buggies, etc. Kudoos to the staff even the bell boy knew it was a birthday and wished.
