Really enjoyed our stay here. First of all, the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious but not new (but okay). The water is suspicious, a little bit. The pool is great, big, clean. The restaurant food is delicious but not too much variety between three restaurants. There is a decent kids center. The beach isn't impressive but I guess it's not their fault. One negative is the location. It's 20-25 minutes ride form town center and nothing is nearby. There is 7-11 bit about 20 minutes walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is a relaxing beachfront escape known for warm, attentive service and an easy, holiday-ready atmosphere. The resort feels spacious and comfortable, with well-kept accommodations and a standout spa for unwinding properly. Food is a strong point too—plenty of variety, nicely done flavours, and satisfying Thai spices alongside international options. What really adds to the charm is the lush greenery: landscaped gardens, tropical plants, and a resort layout that feels calm and full of nature, making it ideal for slow mornings, sunset walks, and a genuinely restful stay.

Nice and clean hotel. It has a very big swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Very childfriendly with a really good kidsclub. Thank you Kimmy and Pui for the fun entertainment of our kids. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variances and a separate children’s corner.

I was very impressed with the hotel. When we arrived, there was no one to tell us we're to park . No welcome drink. Room was smelly, like mold. Smelly never went away. No fruit in the room. Fridge was empty . The room was ment to have a garden view, more like green weed. No flowers. We asked for a quiet room, as we were told there was a wedding the following day. We got a room next to a service lane for the hotel. Noisy most of the night. We had to have the doors open due to the smell In the room. We had a pizza in the evening, the bottom was burnt. For the money we paid , it was poor. We have stayed in the Hua Hin several times. This was the most expensive and the worst. Saying all this we did like the hotel. Michael and Phon Tucker

Had two stops here, on the way to Bangkok and returning from Bangkok. Loved how large this resort is, far away from the busy city of Hua Hin so you get peace and quiet. Overall rooms are huge and clean, service by the hotel was excellent as well as the team there was super friendly and attentive. Will return again next time for a longer period!
