Just got back from a stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek and thought I’d share a quick recap. The hotel itself has some age, and the room décor reflects that slightly dated vibe—but they’re immaculately clean and really well cared for, which counts most. I lucked out with an upgrade to a Junior Suite boasting a gorgeous Creek view. Now, if you’re an elite member, the lounge access is the standout perk. Happy hour runs from 5 to 8 PM with generous pours flowing freely and food is served. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city. Breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular. It gets busy though, so be wary if you are coming in around 9:30am. All in all, the Sheraton Dubai Creek delivers great value, especially when stacked against other, pricier Marriott options in town. The pool and gym are modest, so don’t expect anything flashy there. But for a comfortable, well-serviced stay with fantastic lounge benefits, this one’s a solid pick.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The property itself is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the creek—an Instagram-worthy spot. However, what truly made this place special was the incredible staff. They exemplify what true hospitality is. From Sukhram, Himanshu, Zeeshan, Rahul, and Charan in housekeeping, to Subu and Upeshi in the lounge, and Sherouk, the duty manager and Anees at the front desk, every team member went above and beyond. Even the valet team—Jamshed, Bishal, and Khalid—made sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their exceptional service made the entire experience unforgettable and will definitely make me want to come back.

A very nice Sheraton location on Dubai creek. Room and service were both good. Location wasn't bad, slightly far from most Dubai attractions but close to the metro station. Loved the dining at the hotel. Also tried the spa and was very pleased.
The Dreamteam
Location is very good and it doesn’t have a nightclub so you can sleep at night. I was upgraded to a club room with a wonderful creek view. Only wish is that it was bigger and had a smart TV as the rooms are a bit small for a five star hotel. Regardless service is very good and attentive. Nikhil did a great job keeping my room clean on the 8th floor. There are also smoking rooms in this hotel. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of cuisines and dishes which changed everyday. Some of the continental items weren’t as good as the Arabic and indian food. The pool was a disappointment due to it not being temperature controlled and its very small size yet being 2.5M deep at its most. Walking through the lobby was fun as it is massive and has a lot to see. There is this water feature that I found really beautiful to have breakfast by.

A very nice Sheraton location on Dubai creek. Room and service were both good. Location wasn't bad, slightly far from most Dubai attractions but close to the metro station. Loved the dining at the hotel. Also tried the spa and was very pleased. Pool area is nice and once the construction is complete between the hotel and the creek, this will be a very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again.
