If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The property itself is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the creek—an Instagram-worthy spot. However, what truly made this place special was the incredible staff. They exemplify what true hospitality is. From Sukhram, Himanshu, Zeeshan, Rahul, and Charan in housekeeping, to Subu and Upeshi in the lounge, and Sherouk, the duty manager and Anees at the front desk, every team member went above and beyond. Even the valet team—Jamshed, Bishal, and Khalid—made sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their exceptional service made the entire experience unforgettable and will definitely make me want to come back.

A very nice Sheraton location on Dubai creek. Room and service were both good. Location wasn't bad, slightly far from most Dubai attractions but close to the metro station. Loved the dining at the hotel. Also tried the spa and was very pleased. Pool area is nice and once the construction is complete between the hotel and the creek, this will be a very nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Stopped over here for 2days on way to Norway. Checkin / reception experience made you feel at home welcome and timely. Room was clean and bed comfortable and pillows excellent. All hotel staff who assisted us were polite and respectful. The hotel staffs service commitment to their guests is first class, the ‘feather in the cap’ of an enjoyable stay.
