Let me first begin with praising the front like working staff (the valet, the house keeping). These guys were incredible. Each and everyone excelled in their roles. They made us feel so important, so welcoming that I literally didn’t want to leave. The people at reception were amazing as well. Sneha was the one who checked me in and she made the process very smooth and quick. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was amazing as I opted for the creekside view. Didn’t get the chance to try any of their restaurants but I bet they would be great as well. Once again, the staff made our entire experience to a different level. I highly recommend to stay at least once at this location.

The service here is truly exceptional — every member of staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making each guest feel special. It’s rare to come across a team that consistently goes above and beyond, but the staff at this hotel do exactly that. I would also like to give a special thank you to Nandan, whose thoughtful attention to detail made my stay even more memorable. My room was always impeccably clean, and each day he added a small personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. His dedication and warm hospitality really stood out. We stayed there for 10 days and we can only recommend this hotel! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. You can truly feel that genuine hospitality is a top priority here. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Everything is clean and well maintained and I felt completely at ease during my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. From fresh fruit and pastries to warm dishes. The breakfast staff were attentive and made sure that nothing was ever missing. What stood out the most was how caring and accommodating everyone was. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping every single person went out of their way to make our stay perfect. You really feel like a valued guest, not just another booking. The location is also excellent. All in all it was a perfect stay! I will definitely come back. A big thank you to the entire team for making our time here so enjoyable! 🌞

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai. The service quality was outstanding — the staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it’s one of those hotels where you truly feel welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

sheraton dubai creek is the hotel I often come back to since I first landed in dubai many years ago. It always amazes me for my stays business and vacations. I am back again during the Diwali weekend after last trip 2 years ago. Still Very impressed as soon as we stopped out of my car at the Ground valet, by its friend and helpful staff. and I particularly like the lounge at the center of L1 with great romantic atmospheric here, surrounded by a few Asian themed good restaurants. The experience at the checkin counter was supreme, as welcomed by Mr Apnees Balaporia. Plus the excellent services at the lounge. The creek view from the room and convenient access to the creek side walkway make my stay in the hotel an exceptional experience of being close to nature and history of Dubai as a maritime port
