We arrived from the airport as soon as we made the booking due to a flight cancellation and Sneha was so kind to quickly get the rooms ready and checked us in smoothly. We stayed for a night only as we thought our flight would push through the next day. Jason was very kind to check us out as well. We would've definitely stayed longer, but due to the unforeseen expenses and unknown departure date, we needed to transfer to a much cheaper hotel. Nonetheless, the service from the breakfast staff was amazing, although there were booming sounds from the intercepted drones or whatever they were. Suresh at the pool restaurant was very helpful to our requests since we have children with us. An amazing location with a stunning view from our room.

We stayed at the Sheraton Dubai creek hotel on Dec 16th for four nights. Our room was lovely and we had a view of the creek and the city that was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the staff provided excellent service and care. Everyone from the front door staff, bell attendants, front desk, lounge staff and housekeeping. We would like to especially recognize the thoughtful service of Nandan from housekeeping. He did a wonderful job of keeping our room clean and fully stocked. He always greeted us with a big smile and was happy to help in anyway he could. We would also like to recognize Pallab the housekeeping team lead who checked in to confirm that everything was in order during our stay.

We had a great overall experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything nice and clean plus the daily creative decoration on the bed made my toddler very happy. The rooms and the lobby looked really nice, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a great Time. Viewing the new year fireworks from our room was an excellent experience.
