A massive shoutout to Jessica, the Duty Manager, who truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated what genuine hospitality looks like — proactive, attentive, professional, and effortlessly warm. Elite recognition was handled perfectly, every request was managed with care, and you could genuinely feel that guest experience mattered. It’s rare to find someone who not only understands the Marriott standard — but exceeds it naturally. Jessica is an asset to the Sheraton brand and a credit to Marriott. We stayed at the Sheraton Dubai creek hotel on Dec 16th for four nights. Our room was lovely and we had a view of the creek and the city that was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the staff provided excellent service and care. Everyone from the front door staff, bell attendants, front desk, lounge staff and housekeeping. We would like to especially recognize the thoughtful service of Nandan from housekeeping. He did a wonderful job of keeping our room clean and fully stocked. He always greeted us with a big smile and was happy to help in anyway he could. We would also like to recognize Pallab the housekeeping team lead who checked in to confirm that everything was in order during our stay.

We had a great overall experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything nice and clean plus the daily creative decoration on the bed made my toddler very happy. The rooms and the lobby looked really nice, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had a great Time. Viewing the new year fireworks from our room was an excellent experience.

Special thanks to Nikhil and Rahul, who were always available to assist us whenever we had any requests. Overall, our stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek was absolutely worth it. From the reception team, the rooms, and the facilities, everything was excellent. Thank you for the great experience.

Large clean and fairly modern club executive room. Friendly and helpful staff - especially at the concierge desk. Inclusive breakfast was of a great quality and had a decent selection overall. I think that the one standard asians have come to expect in such places like Dubai & India is a live Dosa station which was missing. Great restaurants in house which give discount for Marriot members and points too. We had paid extra for the club executive room which gives access to the lounge, which has free drinks when open, free food at certain times and finally alcohol 17-20:00 daily. They had some variety of the free house drinks, however no brandy options which I missed. Final note I felt for £250 GBP per night value wasn't there compared to same standard of hotels in other cities.
