We had an incredible honeymoon here. From the start, the customer service was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of. The resort is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, with plenty of activities to choose from. A special shoutout to Soppy, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff was also fantastic, making our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort!

We stayed at the Ocean Wing and absolutely loved it. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was warm and attentive. We also enjoyed playing tennis during our stay — the facilities were great and well-maintained. One thing to note, we visited in August and found that the beach felt quite far from the resort. Not sure if it was just the season, but it wasn’t as convenient as expected. Overall, a very relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, great food, and plenty of activities.

It is a very big hotel and it actually feels like that the Garden wing and Ocean wing are two separate hotels. I recommend the ocean wing. The breakfast not only offers à la cart options here, but it is much calmer and better food. The pool is also nice and generally there are a lot of amenities, particularly for families with kids (kids club is nice too). The room is awesome and the bathtub on the balcony is perfect to enjoy the sunset. The team is very pro everywhere and make you feel actually staying in a smaller hotel. I'd recommend certainly.

I was really shocked to see the seafood dinner buffet priced at RM258 per adult. Honestly, it doesn’t make sense. Sabah is famous for its fresh seafood, which should be more affordable here, but the pricing feels like it’s only meant for tourists. It’s quite unfair to local visitors who also want to enjoy what our own state is known for. Suggestion: Please consider making the buffet more reasonable for locals, maybe with special resident rates or different packages. This would not only make it fairer but also encourage more local support.

Location is probably the only downside. But they hotel has a lot of entertainment with other options near. The service off the bell boys and at the reception is second to none. Late night check in was very smooth and fast. ( although during the day it was just fine) Rooms are clean and large (ocean wing) Buffet restaurant is good. Japanese could be better. Spa was great. Atmosphere around the hotel is fantastic.
