We had an amazing experience here. We wanted to spoil ourselves at the end of a long trip and we were easily able to do that here. It felt like walking into a palace. Our river-view room was beautiful with the most comfortable plush beds. We ate at the Next 2 Cafe breakfast every morning and got room service every night and every single thing we ate was unbelievable. I also got a spa treatment here and it was wonderful and relaxing. Everything was a great value. The hotel is very close to the Sathorn Pier which has ferries across the river. It was a really convenient location. Maybe we are easy to impress but we were really blown away by this place.

This hotel is five stars all the way. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early which made a huge difference in getting settled and ready for our cruise. Food at included breakfast and in the Tuscan Restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle ferry to mall across the river. Concierge very helpful in booking local trip for us.

What a beautiful hotel in such an amazing city. Please be aware the room you choose will most likely dictate how your stay goes. If you choose the most basic rooms they may be a bit outdated but for the price you get what you pay for. We booked a horizon club room and upon checking in @ 12pm the room was not ready so we were upgraded to a suite on a different floor and we still had horizon club access. The suite was great very spacious and clean and had a complimentary mini bar. The room service food was great as we're all the restaurants on site. The daily breakfast buffet had everything you could hope for including vegetarian/vegan options. The horizon club was a nice touch especially afternoon tea with little snacks. The spa was also fantastic we had a wonderful experience. Book a higher class room and you will really enjoy your stay here.

A beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the well serviced central pier (we found that river travel is the best way to get around to avoid traffic). The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast selection outstanding.
The fabulous Icon Siam mall is right across the river and worth a visit. There are some great local restaurants around this hotel too for those who want to venture out.
We plan to return and would recommend this hotel.

We had our dinner at the bar.
Service was super friendly and great.
After dinner we went to the lobby lounge.
It's a beautiful lobby and I noticed they have a singer and a pianist.
I was just thinking of having another drink and then leave.
But the female singer there captivated me with her style and voice.
I found out that her name is Jean.
I ended up staying the whole night until they finished.
It's was a great night for me..👍👍👍
