Me and my husband had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the rooms offered lovely views that made the experience even more special. The location is excellent, with everything you might need close by, which makes it very convenient. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and exceptional quality. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The Executive Club deserves a special mention—it felt so welcoming, almost like being among friends and family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. It truly offers the best in hospitality.

Great experience at Shanghai La Dubai. We had a warm and friendly check in experience with Zineb at the horizon club. We appreciated the upgrade to a suite with fabulous views of Dubai. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of making our stay comfortable. Saw and Keith in the horizon club did a great job of providing a personalised services during evening drinks despite how busy it was. Special mention to Zamier who did a fantastic job during the breakfast service in the foyer. It is a very busy place, but he provided proactive service and is a real asset to the service team. We look forward to coming back.
