Scenery was beautifully nestled in the mountains. Our taxi guide was one of the most hospitable and friendly men. Muscat itself is beautiful - the people and its palaces, museums etc. However, the hotel itself - the Al Waha one - needs a lot of refining. The most salient issue - the room - was completely different from what is advertised. The bathroom was pretty much as advertised, the bedroom not so much. I would ask them for pictures of your bedroom in advance to see if it actually matches to the photos. We booked the superior twin bed. There was alcohol automatically stored in the fridge - very surprising and inconsiderate considering it was booked under a Muslim surname. Charges for snacks were extortionate - £6 English pounds for Pringles, or an orange juice, so we could see why they were so against anybody bringing in their own snacks. Ultimately, the whole vibe was of a very transactional nature. Thank goodness for the city of Muscat itself and its local residents.

The breakfast is delicious, there are lots of variations on the menu. The staff is also very friendly. The mattress is soft and comfortable, everything from the room to the bathroom is very clean and beutiful place for taking pictures and a lot of activities for family

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and kindness throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the remarkable breakfast spread, which boasted a diverse array of dishes. Our waiter, Ali, provided impeccable service, ensuring all our needs were promptly addressed, including catering to the preferences of my baby during her meal. However, there was room for improvement in the breakfast organization; the dual waiting lines, one inside and one outside the restaurant, caused inconvenience, particularly for guests accessing the poolside rooms like ours. Despite the availability of numerous unoccupied tables, delays in clearing and setting them up for new guests were observed. Nonetheless, the room consistently maintained cleanliness standards, with delightful towel artwork on the bed that delighted my baby. In summary, our experience was overwhelmingly positive.

The Location is amazing If you are in Muscat you should surely stay in this hotels, it is in outskirts of city. Food is soo delicious. The rooms are extremely clean and well arranged, We had sea facing room. The Lazy pool is really something you can relax on. The beach is extremely clean. There are many beach activities to enjoy. Overall must recommended for Families and couples.

The hotel is amazing. Rooms are very clean, staff are extremely polite and attentive and facilities are great. Samba and Al Tanoor restaurants are both great and have really good selection of foods, especially their dinner themed buffets. It is highly recommended for a stay to just relax or even a day use on the pool and beach.
