Everything considering the Hotel facilities are fantastic! The staff and the service, 10 out of 10. The breakfast was amazing. Just one thing should be better, the restaurant type options! Few restaurants, lack of options like 'À la carte' (just one). Paying 11 Omani Rials per child who eats 3 spoonfuls is more than acceptable.

The professional and Welcoming staff made the hotel one of our favorite family gateway destination. Although it was very crowded, the valet staff were very efficient and made the arrival and check in process smooth. Special thanks to Mr Osama, from front desk for his kindness and professionalism in facilitating guests requests, I extend my thanks to Ms Dan from front desk for the great hospitality and support to fulfill our needs, she truly appreciate valued guests and I wish her all the best. I don’t forget the wonderful concierge team who are always fast and greet us with a big smile. Regarding the hotel facility the pool is clean as usual and the beach with the surrounding are great. The breakfast was well handled and the food was delicious.

I recommend more option for dining. Buffet food had limited chicken option . Ala cart menu need improvement or Samba Restaurant. Starter , main course was too basic for such 5star hotel and overpriced for such basic meal. I would love more variety in chicken or Arabic cruise. Others wise It was perfect lovely stay . Beautiful surprise devote in room with chocolate cake just awesome. Definitely recommend friends to visit .

It was one of the best resort I have ever stayed in the pool Activities was amazing water sport activities was available. Everything was just perfect about Faith for breakfast and dinner was more than delicious. The greeting and the hospitality was beyond amazing thank you for everything 100% we will be back to visit again.
