A truly special atmosphere with exceptional service at Shangri-La Hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were complete and well maintained, including the fitness center, sauna, and steam room, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I would like to sincerely compliment the staff, especially Khun Nuch, Khun Fon, Khun Tar and Khun Champ, for their professionalism, warm smiles, and friendly service. From the welcoming greetings to the attentive care throughout our stay, every detail was handled with genuine care. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and memorable stay. My stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok was exquisite from the moment arrived to the moment I left. I arrived 30 minutes before check in and my room wasn't ready yet, but it was still ready by the standard check in time. Our bags were handled for us immediately upon exiting the taxi, and we were greeted with refreshing lemongrass water while we checked in at the front desk. The room was nice. I wouldn't describe it as outstanding, but met my expectations for a luxury hotel. The amenities were excellent. The included breakfast downstairs was very impressive. Lots of options to choose from that changed every day. It was a great way to start the day. I used the sauna and steam room every day. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. I attended several fitness classes (yoga, muay thai). They were a great value. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes from the nearest train station and has security all hours of the day and night.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel truly valued and at home. The service throughout the hotel is flawless—attentive, professional, and always delivered with a smile. Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping standards are outstanding, with a level of cleanliness that clearly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Dining was a real highlight of our stay. The Salathip restaurant offers not only delicious and refined Thai cuisine, but also a stunning riverside setting and impeccable service, making the experience truly memorable. The breakfast buffet is among the best we have ever experienced, with an impressive variety of high-quality dishes, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection of both international and Asian options, all served in a calm and elegant atmosphere. The Shangri-La Bangkok perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service. We highly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning in the future.

My stay at Shangri-La Bangkok was exceptional in every way. The hotel offers excellent facilities, a high level of cleanliness, and a relaxing environment that made my entire visit truly memorable. What stood out most was the staff's outstanding service—always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Alice for her remarkable professionalism and kindness. Wonderful hotel in a great location. The evening entertainment was terrific. Customer service especially in the club lounge was excellent. The food and drinks in the lounge were amazing in variety and quality . Check-in and Checkout were seamless. Our room was on the 24th floor of the Shangri-La wing was fabulous. If you can get a river view. The views from the club lounge (also on the 24th floor) were breathtaking. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of local and international dishes. We did have some problem with noise due to ongoing refurbishment but this was resolved immediately and we were moved to another room. All in all our stay albeit brief was very pleasant.
