I have been here to pick up my tourists and also inviterd to the dinner Cruise...so no comment on the room. From the front to inside, the staff provide a professional services. Good hospitality as their stars. Clean and neat lobby and restroom, as well as restaurants Riverside. I do much appreciated the dinner Cruise, not to big in size just perfect. Not crowded, perfect for a romantic and wonderful dinner among friends, couple and family. Food indeed délicious, hygene, and always wonderful service from the staff. They keep you inform every moment tonnot missing while you are having dinner along Chaophraya river. Glass never been empty. Food quickly filled. Explanation provide for everything. Can't say more, but worthwhile to réserve ! Save time to check-in and drop off of the cruise not as a huge cruise that take so much time and very crowded. However, it is perfect for those who seek calm and beautiful night, not for party and animated with light and sound during evening/night. In conclusion, I love it and I will recommend to my future tourists.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The evening entertainment was terrific. Customer service especially in the club lounge was excellent. The food and drinks in the lounge were amazing in variety and quality . Check-in and Checkout were seamless. Our room was on the 24th floor of the Shangri-La wing was fabulous. If you can get a river view. The views from the club lounge (also on the 24th floor) were breathtaking. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of local and international dishes. We did have some problem with noise due to ongoing refurbishment but this was resolved immediately and we were moved to another room. All in all our stay albeit brief was very pleasant.

Absolutely phenomenal stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. The service was world-class from start to finish — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The breakfast was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had: incredible variety, top quality, and excellent options for different dietary needs. Every meal, from in-room dining to lobby drinks, was outstanding. A special shout-out to Takon at the concierge desk, who went truly above and beyond. His recommendations were excellent, and he somehow secured us last-minute ringside seats for a Muay Thai fight when everything was sold out — without charging us extra. That level of effort is rare. Another huge thank you to Jongkie, who gave us an exceptional tour of the floating markets and railway markets. She was funny, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and even helped us find amazing local food along the way. She made the day unforgettable. An unforgettable experience overall. We will absolutely be back.

This was my second time at the Shangri-La and I loved it both times. We chose a river view room and the night views over the lit up skyline and river were just stunning. The location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk from the SkyTrain and the river boats. There main pool is lovely and surrounded by palm trees and vegetation that give it a tropical feel. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in any hotel with a huge selection of food from all over the world, all delicious. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Bangkok.

My partner and I stayed at the Shangri-La Bangkok for one week in January. From the moment we entered the hotel we were spellbound by its beauty and grandeur. We both were celebrating our birthdays that week and the hotel staff made us feel very special by marking both occasions with a birthday cake and we even had the Horizon Cruise staff sing us a beautiful version of happy birthday while sailing along the Chao Phraya River. We spent most of our week relaxing by the pool, enjoying the delicious morning breakfast buffet and heading off on short journeys to visit places across Bangkok. The hotel is located right next to a BTS SkyTrain station which made it very easy to go to Si Lom, Sukhumvit and Lumpini Park. The hotel also has a hourly ferry boat to the awe-inspiring IconSiam shopping mall. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Bangkok to stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok.
