Firstly excellent value if you are going all inclusive. Rooms very clean and a great size. All staff were very polite and helpful. Food was better than many all inclusive hotels we have been to. Great size pool with plenty of sunbeds. I have only marked 3 stars for location due to the noise of nearby bars which were pretty loud and not everyone partaking in the karaoke were in tune. But its actual location is great, lots of bars, shops close by and the beach isn't far at all. It's a 4.5 for me.

Im always honest in my reviews, Room was really clean. Shame we werent informed that the hotel behind us was having building work done and the noise at times was frustrating. The short haired lady who spoke to us at dinner time practically shouted and angrily waved as we ate "no more need to leave" (snack time was apparently almost over, it was our first day) was absolutely uncalled for, Weather was really raining one day and they still expected people to get soaked to get a drink (illogical) And so far my biggest thing is the waiter stamping on a sick pigeon made me so angry, animal cruelty is uncalled for in any country. The only saving grace for the hotel is the entertainment staff , they work tirelessly and as for rhe food.. pork is a staple every single day... so when i get home i wont have to eat it again for a long time And the bath towel with the giant hole in it about sums up my week Oh and trying to get a sun lounger is ridiculous. The pool doesnt open till 10 but there are towels out at 4, 5, 6am so by the time us normal folk try to ger a bed (its barely daylight at 8.30) we went down for 9.30 and all beds gone so where do we even sit? All inclusive where you end up in your room as seats all gone. Same on entertainment nighrs as minimal seatung so either back to room or out to bars costung us more. This isnt a 4 star hotel its a 2 pushing a 3 at best. Would i stay here again absolutely not..

Good stay here at the Playa Bonita. Good location, rooms really nice and the air con works a treat in the room. Comfy beds and nice balcony. Really quiet location. Only thing in room was shower would take a bit of adjustment always go hot and cold. Parking is available but very limited 1st night had to park couple of blocks away but able to get a space in the car park for rest of the stay at a small charge. Food was great usual buffet affair but rotated different theme nights each night.

We stayed for 7 nights, all inclusive here as a couple. Overall, a lovely experience with polite, friendly and hardworking staff. Every member of staff would say hello when they walked past and were happy to help with anything. Food was great and varied. Drinks were small but good (each person could have 3 at a time). Pool was a decent size for the amount of people there (we went just before UK May half term so was not very busy and not many families but towards to end of our stay it got quite busy). Downsides to the pool are that the hotel state no reserving sunbeds but do not enforce this and the area around the pool gets extremely slippery. There is a pool bar for drinks which was great. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Rooms spacious and cleaned well. Evening entertainment was not great but we would just have some drinks at the outside bar and play cards etc. Again, it was pretty quiet when we went so it was nice to just chill at the bar before going to bed. Specifics for each category as mentioned. Overall, we had a great stay and lovely time here. Would definitely say a 4* hotel.

Checking in was super clear and easy the staff member spoke very good English and spoke us through all the meal times and gave clear instructions on how to get to our room. The food was all good and replenished quickly our favourite was the carbonara ! All poolside was clean and not too busy, however it does say sun beds cannot be reserved but everyday we came down most sunbeds had towels on by 9am but no people on them. Not saving sun beds is hard to enforce so it’s a good idea to get down as early as you can for a decent bed or one at all. The pool bar was very quick service with great cocktails same as the chill out bar. They also made new cocktails each day at 2pm and handed them out to guests which were lovely! The entertainment was also great and the staff are very engaging with the crowd so don’t be shy! The location of this hotel is also great as you are super close to the shopping centre and little supermarkets if you need any essentials, there was also a large market time thing a couple days during the week just a couple minute walk from the hotel. We spent one day at the beach and walked down there most days as it’s only about 10 minute walk down to the sand where there are loads of local food places and shops to look in. Overall was a very great visit and right near Aqualand water park which we had an easy short busy journey to and spent the day there. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful so definitely would recommend!!
