One of the best, if not THE best hotel we have ever stayed at and there have been many. From the moment we arrived we received incredible friendly and personalised service. The room was really lovely and clean and we also had a Jacuzzi which was well used. As far as the breakfast and A La Carte dinner was concerned we cannot think of anywhere which was better from such friendly service to an amazing selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. It was all delicious and we were so well looked after by all of the staff who had many smiles for us and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful hotel run by Wonderful people. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you all.

I would like to give this hotel a better review, but unfortunately the marketing pictures and reality do not match. I had an "okay" experience, and I would stay here again if I had no other choices, but there are definitely better places to stay. This is a typical Canary Islands hotel where everything is worn down, and places are not in a very good condition, and the age of the premises is very apparent. There's nothing major wrong, but when one looks at the details, you'll notice that a full and complete renovation is way overdue already. Small things here and there broken, or just extremely old and sad-looking, other things very dirty with a closer look and should have been replaced a long time ago. The spa section was a complete joke. There is literally paint falling off the ceiling to the swimming pool. Nobody cares - Welcome to Canaries. The gym was also rather hazardous since there was no a/c to speak of, and the temperature was around 30C in the gym room. Extremely poor WiFi at the corner room. Can't do anything with that. Location of the hotel is on top of a steep hill, but still very centrally located, so if you don't mind walking the 100-200 steps uphill, then you're fine, but you can't go out to the town just for fun back-and-forth many times a day since the walk is hard when it's hot ouside. Still, many other hotels in the village have a much poorer location (you don't need a taxi to get to this one). Note that parking can be a problem - the hotel has only a handful of parking spots which are all extremely tight, and street parking can be limited. We had no issues, but noticed that on some occasions all spots were taken. On the positive side, the rooms were relatively quiet, considering the close location of the village's central white-trash-bar-area just downhill. A/C, while really old looking, worked well enough. And the breakfast was as expected - nothing fancy, but completely adequate for the location. Also the pool area, while really small, had enough sunbeds. And most importantly the hotel is located on the "correct" side of the valley making the sun shine to your balcony for the entire day (so perhaps no need to go to the pool at all?). In comparison to the better high-class resorts in the islands, this is perhaps a "local standard". It's okay if you don't expect too much, and get a reasonable (100€/night) price. Mixed experience of good and bad.

Just back from our 2nd yr visit to this Hotel. We were on 8th floor this time. Fabulous views and my husband just loves the whirlpool bath on balcony. Loved breakfast every morning. Only downside was the Spa which is important to us. Needs work done .Sauna not hot enough. Metal beds in spa pool need to be cleaned also which is why im giving 4.Apart from that all staff are brilliant and a great Hotel.

Gorgeous hotel stay, probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in abroad. It is located up on the hill which was grand for my partner and I. it’s a short walk from all the restaurants. there are quite a few steps. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff have to be commended, they were wonderful and work very hard. We paid for the jacuzzi on the balcony in our room which we used once, such a luxury. I gave the room 4 stars as there was a hole in the side of the jacuzzi so we could not fill it above a certain height. Overall I’d recommend to couples.

Hotel rooms and balcony are very nice. Steep walk uphill with loads of steps to get to hotel but that just comes with the area. Most staff were very helpful but the big issue is with the pool area. Lifeguard was extremely rude. It’s an adults only hotel and not allowed a ball (which I kinda get) in the pool or even a float to lie on. Life guard watched us bring the float down, set up in pool and only when we went to use he came over with an attitude telling us you’re not allowed a float in the pool, cannot understand why you can’t have a normal float in the pool.Never seen the likes of it for what would other wise have been a great stay.
