I just came back from a week in here. I have nothing but praise. For this hotel and their staff. The hotel is in a great location. I stayed in a suite. Which was fabulous and really spacious and had a large balcony. Hotel was spotlessly clean and also had a supermarket. Food was delicious. But I have to give a very special mention to the staff. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. But the staff in the restaurant were amazing. So professional, attentive friendly and humorous. They were exceptional. So much so with everything combined. I hated leaving. But cannot wait to return. Thank u all so much.

Fantastic experience. Spotlessly clean hotel, hard working staff and amazing superior junior suite with jacuzzi on the balcony and stunning sea view. Room cleaning and towel change every day. No complaints except maybe more vegan choices at breakfast, as I was limited to fruit most days, which was a good selection, but no hot vegan options except mushrooms and cooked tomatoes. Special mention to bar tender on rooftop, he was so happy and clearly enjoyed his job, didn't get his name unfortunately as it was always dark when we ventured up there! All in all a 5 star experience, we are already looking to return next year.

Absolutely blown away by the service received during our stay. First of all, I had booked the best room in the hotel, but unfortunately, two days before our trip, I was informed that there had been a mistake and the room had been double booked. Although I wasn't too happy with this, the hotel offered me a very similar room and made a deduction in the cost of our stay. Also, to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a FREE evening meal, for our entire stay, that's 10 nights! The room was well laid out and equipped and the view was lovely. there was a bit of noise from the town at night, but once the windows were closed, you couldn't actually hear anything The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the moment we entered reception, right up until we left, we were always met with friendly, polite staff, always smiling, courteous and pleasant. A big thank you to Jennifer Cedres in the dining room and to Leonora on reception. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very well looked after. The food quality at breakfast was good and it was always fresh, there was an excellent choice available, including GF options for my wife. Evening meals consisted of a three course meal, starters and desert were buffet style, (they even had Tapas every night), with the main course A la Carte style with a great selection. The onsite gym was really well equipped, although it could do with a water dispenser. I used the complimentary spa a couple of times too, it was okay, but sadly, some of the spa stations in the spa pool were not working. The pool deck area was never over crowded and no-one reserved sun beds, which is refreshing. We will be heading back next year for sure. Keep up the good work.

I only go there for my massages, I stay in Puerto de Mogan. The Massage Shop ladies are amazing. Honestly, do not hesitate to go for a massage, you will walk out a different person! As for the location: you either have to be fit (steep uphill walk with many steps) or you need a cab to get you around which is not my gig. Puerto Rico in general isn't my cup of tea other than shopping and ... my massages!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Servatur Casablanca in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, from April 19th to 26th, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and it truly felt like home. We stayed on the 8th floor in a room with a jacuzzi, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay – even a small kitchen! It was clear that the staff put a lot of effort into maintaining the space, and we were grateful for the thoughtful touches. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, and we were impressed by the variety and quality offered. The cocktails were particularly exceptional – truly a level above the standard hotel fare! One of the things we really appreciated was how peaceful and relaxing the hotel was. It’s located in a quieter area, making it perfect for a restful getaway, but it’s still within easy reach of everything you might need. Playa Puerto Rico beach is just a 15-minute walk away, and Amadores and Amfi Del Mar beaches are only a short €6-7 taxi ride away. The bus stop is also only about a 10-minute walk, so getting around is super convenient. A nice bonus was the on-site supermarket, which was incredibly handy for any essentials. We also made use of the laundry facilities, which only cost €4 per wash – a great convenience if you're staying for a while. Above all, what stood out to us was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They really made us feel like valued visitors rather than just guests. It’s not often you encounter such kind and attentive service that goes beyond the typical “tourist experience.” It was clear that the team at Servatur Casablanca cares about creating a memorable and welcoming stay for everyone. We truly had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning. A huge thank you to the entire team and management – you’ve made our holiday unforgettable!
