Absolutely the Best Hotel I’ve Stayed at on the Islands! From the moment I arrived, even though it was a late check-in, I was welcomed with a thoughtful touch — they had prepared sandwiches for me. That small gesture set the tone for the entire stay. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every day. Whether you prefer local cuisine or international dishes, there was something for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily to keep everything spotless. The swimming pool was lovely — a great place to relax, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm atmosphere. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, and although it’s a bit uphill on the way back, it was a pleasant walk. If you don’t feel like walking, a taxi back to the hotel cost only €3.85. Public transport was also very reliable, and it only took about 5 minutes by bus to reach the neighboring town — or you could take a taxi for around €7. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would return in a heartbeat. Had the best time here for the week went with my 6 year old son, can't fault the staff, the hotel is lovely, food is actually edible, compared to alot of other hotels, a park in the hotel was a life saver mini disco in the evenings was OK, would like to see them doing a bit more but the kids loved it! Loved the restaurant staff. Always smiling and always so friendly and interacted with my son! 1 downfall, we weren't allowed a late check out, our flight wasn't till the evening, so it was hard sitting around hotel for all them hours but over all, I 10/10 recommend. I think we will 100% be back soon!!

Beautiful surroundings was once a lovely hotel been coming to this hotel for 15years plus and what a difference this time since Servatur has taken ownership, no Jamie best man for the job, since he has been gone absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever, entertainment absolutely dismal, food where can I start cold repetitive very poor variety last night’s meal sometimes for breakfast extra protein from the flies on the food and in the restaurant, many many flies not just the odd one, building work without pre warning, hotel nearby getting renovations so Jack hammer noise most off the day, staff at hotel great, room very comfortable, end off an era for our family as definitely would not return unless big changes were made, many many families complained that have been going to this hotel for many many years, such a shame. Had booked for Sept 2025 but now having to find an alternative hotel, I have read previous reviews and don’t really know what to say about the 5 stars as I would certainly rate it at 2 stars at this present time.

Wonderful holiday so relaxing, this was our second time at Servitude Altamadores. Staff are amazing and are always go above and beyond in helping, food has improved with much more variety rooms are very clean and great views. Recommend very highly and we look to visiting again

Third time at this hotel although it’s changed hands over the last year ! We love it !! Small & friendly !! Great food we asked to move rooms as we didn’t like the room !! Was sorted out next day no problem !! Fredrico our favourite staff member but we miss Jamie the entertainment person from last year !! We will still return 😁we lost our suitcase in the transfer and got it back at the airport on the return !! Brilliant week away !! Thanks again !
