The place is so clean no mosquitos or any bugs appeared. The food on peak days was super but ordinary days is with good quality but not diversified the bakeries not wow but oriental desserts are so good. The aqua is wow and stuff so helpful. The sea is not for swimming but is wow for snorkeling. The hotel is of huge space with nice shows at the theatre at night and the snacks is good the Luna park is very entertaining for kids and adults.

The resorts are beautifully maintained with stunning pools, comfortable rooms, and plenty of activities for all ages. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to make your stay perfect. The food is delicious with a great variety of options to satisfy every taste. Whether you want relaxation or fun-filled days, these resorts provide the perfect balance. Highly recommended for families and couples alike!

Serenity Alma heights was the best holiday we have had, my daughter loved it from start to finish. This hotel has everything you would need especially if you have children. The man who overlooked the aqua park was more than friendly and took care of our seats and towels every morning and was so thoughtful and caring, such a lovely man who made our stay extra special. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again for our next holiday. 10/10 with no fault at all on our stay, only positive! Can’t wait to go back.

Just came back from a week long stay here and I've been left SPEECHLESS!! The staff and animation team were just the best. Tiger: The most sweet and hype person ive ever met. Truly knows how to bring life to a party! Sami: The patience this man has to be able to have dealt with our family deserves a standing ovation 👏🫢😅. But all jokes aside, he was honestly really sweet and always interacted with us in the most respectful and cheerful way! Naty: Such a cool person to chill with! Definitely deserves recognition for his dance moves and is truly a jolly person ✨️ Mohammed: He is the most relaxed person ive ever come across. So sweet and is just such an open person! Ahmed: Ai Ai Ai!! Always knew how to lift up a crowd 🙌 Angel: Such a sweet personality and is really welcoming. DJ Zika: A really warm and humorous person! Put a smile on everyone's faces and really did have the best taste in music!! 🎶 Honestly really sad that my stay is over but hopefully I'll be able to come back real soon 💯!
