Our holiday at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and beach facilities. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you for everything! We would like to give a special thanks to boödy and Khalid from the animation team. They were both full of energy, super friendly, and so much fun. They truly made our holiday more enjoyable. We're grateful for their kindness and daily attention. You guys are amazing!

The place is so clean no mosquitos or any bugs appeared. The food on peak days was super but ordinary days is with good quality but not diversified the bakeries not wow but oriental desserts are so good. The aqua is wow and stuff so helpful. The sea is not for swimming but is wow for snorkeling. The hotel is of huge space with nice shows at the theatre at night and the snacks is good the Luna park is very entertaining for kids and adults.

We had a lovely stay at Serenity Alma. The hotel is beautiful with great facilities, and the aqua park is perfect for families—our kids really enjoyed all the rides! At the beginning of our stay, we faced a small issue, but it was solved immediately thanks to the quick support of the General Manager. We truly appreciate his help and the way he made sure our children were having a great time. Overall, it’s a big, clean, and well-managed hotel with good service. My visit was in May 2025. I enjoyed my stay there very much. The beach is not sandy. The aqua was very good with clean water. The room was clean. The landscape was very nice. The food was good. In general a very good experience.
