The place is so clean no mosquitos or any bugs appeared. The food on peak days was super but ordinary days is with good quality but not diversified the bakeries not wow but oriental desserts are so good. The aqua is wow and stuff so helpful. The sea is not for swimming but is wow for snorkeling. The hotel is of huge space with nice shows at the theatre at night and the snacks is good the Luna park is very entertaining for kids and adults.

I wanted to share something from my heart — not to argue or impose my beliefs, but because I care about you and wish you goodness, just as I wish it for myself. I am a Muslim, and my faith — Islam — has taught me that true belief is built on love, mercy, and honesty. We believe that God is One, without partners, who created all of us to worship Him and to live with peace, justice, and compassion. In Islam, we believe in Jesus (peace be upon him) as a great Prophet and one of the messengers of strong resolve. We love and honor him deeply. We believe in his miracles and that he was born of the pure Mary by the will of God, and that he called people to worship the One true God. We also believe that the message of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ came as a completion of the messages of all the prophets before him — uniting people under the truth that only God is worthy of worship. What I love most about Islam is the inner peace it brings — knowing that everything happens by God’s wisdom and mercy. Whenever I read the Qur’an, I feel that it speaks both to my heart and my mind — guiding me toward goodness and teaching me how to be a better human being. I’m not telling you to change your faith — only to read, reflect, and seek truth sincerely. For it is God alone who guides hearts. May God fill your heart with light and peace, just as He has filled mine with faith 🌿

I recently stayed at the Serenity Alma Heights Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and approachable staff. Serenity Alma heights was the best holiday we have had, my daughter loved it from start to finish. This hotel has everything you would need especially if you have children. The man who overlooked the aqua park was more than friendly and took care of our seats and towels every morning and was so thoughtful and caring, such a lovely man who made our stay extra special. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again for our next holiday. 10/10 with no fault at all on our stay, only positive! Can’t wait to go back.
