I would like to express our gratitude to the managers, especially Mohammed and the reception staff (Ali) and all the rest of the staff of the restaurants and the pools and everywhere else on the resort. Our stay was exceptional and we had a very nice and memorable time for sure. I recommended Alma heights to my friends and family and would love to come back with the rest of my family in the near future. The food was amazing and the variety was abundant. I was amazed by how hardworking, professional and extremely friendly the guys at the restaurant were despite the long working hours, yet they always smile and ready to help and make sure we had the best experience every time we dinned at the main restaurant. They are truly an asset to the resort. We also loved the “fresh juices” served at the bar near the lobby, especially the fresh mango juice was so fresh and scrumptious. WIFI needs improvement though. There are major renovations to the rooms to update them which is nice. I can not forget to mention how magical the see is and the snorkelling experience was something I will never forget. I look forward to coming back with all my family.

We booked this hotel last minute. The reviews to me looked sus after booking. But after being there i have to say we really enjoyed it. Its really fun for the kids as the slides are great and theres a fun fair. The evening entertainment was great for all. The food was good and the al carte was great too. Just remember the food in Egypt isnt the same as in the west. The only drawback was the beach which you have to walk 10 mins or get a free bus. The sea it self is very rocky and hard to walk in. And the sand isnt the best. My kids prefer the water park so wasn't a big issue. But if you want a good beach resort then this resort isnt the one. But for us everything else about the hotel was to a great standard (bar the dated room which were still clean and decent). The service was good, not pushy. Note the hotel is like 20-30 mins outside of Hurgada so you would have to taxi to places if you want to go places. I would definitely recommend the hotel for families. The food was better than other hotels id been to in Egypt.

Special thanks to all the team! The Resort is awesome! I couldn't recall something good in life that was not present there generously! The service team all deliver the best service! Everyone I've dealt with through my stay was super friendly and helpful. The food was awesome! With unlimited premium dishes all meals present. The beach is cool and sea water is magical. You just leave your body and float to the 70 cm natural pool. The aqua-park is crazy good! All games are easy and very enjoyable. The animation team are special and full of life. They gave us one extra shot of enjoyment even between the entairtainment shows. (national and international artists preform every night) I would like to truely thank the owner-family for inspiring such a masterpiece! The stay at one of your houses was truely remarkable!

Our holiday at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and beach facilities. Honestly, perfect. This went beyond my expectations. First the pools are very clean and transparent. There are lots of slides to choose from, including the Black Hole Slide, which is based off its name and there are restaurants and clean cafes that offer most varieties one would like to choose. Also there is a system where there are waves in the water from simple to huge tsunami-like waves. It's only implemented in one pool or so. But it's actually very fun, it doesn't get boring fast. Second, the beach is very nice and gives a nice, calming vibe. There is a cafe or two there for food and drinks. There is a volleyball activity, and the waters are very clean. Also not too busy. There's just a very nice balance and there are playgrounds and fun sports and activities there. Third, there is a wide variety of activities for kids. Such as bumper cars, bicycles, parks, but there are way more. As for adults, they perform dance shows, there are golf carts for family where you can freely explore the resort. And there are lots of shows, a wide variety of shows. There's even an entire court dedicated to activities, with bowling, ping pong, and tennis. And fourth, the food and drinks are amazing. Exceptional taste and flavour, there are lots of drinks, cafes, restaurants. The food court is very clean, organised, and huge. There is a huge variety of cafes and restaurants. There's one at the beach which I personally think it's drinks taste very good. There is an Italian restaurant which is extremely huge with a water fountain and etc... Personally, I think this is one of the best resorts you can visit. With a very good location, it's extremely spacious with a wide variety of activities, cafes and restaurants.
