We just got back from a week at Sentido Mamlouk in Hurghada and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel service was excellent — everyone from reception to the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The entertainment team stood out; they were full of energy, super friendly, and always had something fun going on without being pushy. Our kids had a blast at the kids club — it was clean, and well-run, and the staff was great with the little ones. It gave us parents a chance to relax, knowing they were in good hands. Would come back!"

The location is fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, and we were quite impressed with the food and service provided. The team did a wonderful job ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the rooms. While everything else met our expectations, the rooms themselves did not quite reach the 5-star level we anticipated. Specifically, the air conditioning units are quite old and loud, which affected our comfort during the stay. I believe renewing the rooms and updating the air conditioning system would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see improvements when we visit again. Keep up the great work!

Rooms were nice , and clean! We had an issue with a clogged sink called the front desk and they addressed it immediately! We didn't get to try any of the 8 restaurants on property but food options at the buffet were always delish! Staff was excellent, welcoming and attentive! Zizo showed us to our room and made sure that we were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer but would definitely stay again!!

The traditional architecture of the hotel was lovely. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The grounds we beautiful and well kept.The beach was well kept and the pier was nice particularly at sunset. The resteraunts were nice although the nasaya had sushi that we paid for and it was available in the main resteraunt. The big pool was a touch too cold and the flooring was really slippy even when dry. The food in the main restaurant was not great and quite repetitive, the quality could of been better. The level of interruption from people trying to sell you trips when you are lay around the pool is not acceptable, even having a red flag did not stop them. The beauty salon was very expensive even compared to UK prices and they ripped you off trying to sell medical massages that were not required. Our room cleaner block 30 was amazing! The evening entertainment was very poor and most of the night was children's shows. The singers were awful. The hotel seemed to close down between 5-7pm with the only bar for refreshments being the lobby, an outside bar staying open would of been nice. The sports facilies were excellent, including a running track that was in good condition. The gym was also large and full of good equipment in working order. Overall this is a perfectly good hotel.

Stayed in sunrise garden visited the Spanish restaurant for a meal. One meal wasn't to our taste (no fault of there's) however, when spoke to the staff they cooked us all fresh meals with no hesitation. View is lovely, food is delicious, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Even go the extra mile to cook food for the children that isn't on there menu. Definitely recommend!
