Have been at this hotel 10 times & returned again for my birthday. Food is always 1st class, customer service exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. We have watched the new animation team grow in confidence over the past week in entertaining. All are friendly & will go out of their way to make guests happy. An amazing holiday as always! We'll be back.

Very nice hotel and top service. Everybody is very friendly and attentive. Good location. Everything was perfect. A special thanks to the staff from the island pool bar (especially to Omar for his good mood and good cocktails)!

Very experienced and friendly bartenders Hossam and Ahmed work at Splash Bar in the hotel. They pour all kinds of drinks and make wonderful cocktails. They like to do their job and are very pleasant to their guests. The drink menu is large, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, the cocktails are perfect and wonderful, and there are also various types of coffee. Really a place to enjoy and have a real vacation. I recommend.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is great and there is a lot of variety in the choice of food. The room we were in is spacious and clean. Island poolbar is the best bar. They have the best cocktails and the bartenders are very friendly. The quality of the drinks is perfect. We really consider coming back here since we had a lovely vacation.

Splash pool bar is the most beautiful place to enjoy in the hotel. Here the smiling bartenders Hossam and Ahmed serve excellent drinks, everything you want. They make wonderful cocktails, which are perfect. All praise and honor.
