We had such a wonderful 7 days at the Sunrise Mamlouk Resort Hotel. I wouldn't hesitate. It's such a good hotel. The resort is very clean, the pools are beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really make your holiday even more enjoyable. We had a blast. We participated in karaoke, a music quiz, aqua aerobics, and more. They're always there for you. I hardly ever return to the same place, but we want to come back next year in February. That says it all. Thank you Victor, Dennis, and Abdo! We had a wonderful time! Greetings Janneke and José from Holland.

Seven days here was really wonderful in enjoyed my vacation with my friend,nice resort though its my first time here i will definitely come back next year the daily activities here is really nice , aqua Gym, zumba from the animation team and also the evening shows was wonderful involved in karaoke and music quiz it was really fun the food here is delicious and also the cocktail are nice. Victor from the animation is very nice. Also Abdo from the bar is very friendly and they do everything for you. The room was very nice, we asked for a room on the ground floor and that was no problem. The food is very delicious, also the Indian restaurant is very good.

I have had the best stay at Mamlouk, i couldn’t fault anything from the start to the end of my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. But the highlight of my stay was the animation team, from the first day they got to know my family and ensured they would help with any needs. The activities had a good atmosphere and the evening entertainment was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

The service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The hotel is spotless, with very high standards of hygiene throughout. What really makes this place special is the team: kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to giving guests an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended—we would happily return!

Visit number 7 to Mamlouk and it doesn't disappoint ! The facilities , staff and service make Mamlouk my favourite place in all of the world! It really is about the people here, special mention to Mahmoud who works the coffee station in the mornings, terrace at lunch and Mexican in the evenings. This gentleman is always so welcoming and friendly,providing quality of service, my husband and I do look forward to seeing him when we stay. Also Manal the omlette lady (she has a wonderful happy personality) and Omar in the main bar is first class at his job! All area's of the hotel are clean and well maintained. A la carte restaurant are all worth a visit too. The spa is really good but the beauty salon isn't great. Mamlouk has a special quality that can't quite be described!
