The Sentido Mamlouk Palace offers a truly unforgettable experience in Hurghada. From the very first moment, it impresses with its architectural design, combining grandeur, elegance, and the authentic atmosphere of a tale from One Thousand and One Nights. The staff deserves special mention: attentive, efficient, and always with a smile, they make all the difference and contribute to an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the necessary amenities for total relaxation. The main buffet offers an impressive variety, with high-quality and fresh food for all tastes, at both breakfast and main meals. Additionally, the resort has several themed restaurants. With just one week at the resort and with excursions to Cairo and Luxor, I didn't have the chance to try all the themed restaurants, but from the ones I visited, the Mexican and Spanish ones are excellent choices. The outdoor areas are a spectacle in themselves, extremely well-maintained and floral, creating a paradisiacal setting. The pools are spacious and inviting, the beach is wonderful, with a sea of dazzling colors. The pool bar should be larger... or perhaps they should consider building a bar at the other pool, because the existing one has few seats and is always crowded. And this is probably the only slightly negative point I can mention about this hotel. The Sentido Mamlouk Palace is the perfect combination of exceptional service, impeccable facilities, and a privileged location. It was a fantastic vacation that I hope to repeat in the future. I recommend it to anyone looking for a dream stay on the Red Sea.

We stayed at the Mamlouk Palace (Executive suite) with my family for five nights over Christmas 2025. The resort itself is stunning, spacious, immaculately maintained, and extremely well equipped. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the extraordinary level of service provided by the hotel staff. The exceptional service began even before we arrived. Mr Zizo stayed in touch with us throughout our journey, ensuring everything was going smoothly and making us feel looked after from the very beginning. During our stay, Mr Mohamed Mousfafa Sayed Ahmed took outstanding care of us, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that all amenities met or exceeded our expectations. Despite the large number of guests, the team consistently found ways to make us feel genuinely special—something that deserves particular recognition. The beach was extremely clean and well organised, with staff ensuring that every guest could enjoy it exactly as they wished—whether that meant lively beach parties or absolute leisure for those wanting to unwind in the tranquillity of the Red Sea. A very special mention goes to the Christmas dinner, which was truly out of this world. Having experienced many cruises and five-star resorts during Christmas, I can confidently say that Mamlouk Palace delivered something extraordinary. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and the after-dinner party were all exceptional. In the restaurants, Mr Haitham consistently ensured we were happy with both the service and our overall dining experience. Mr Mohammad from housekeeping maintained our room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Senses Spa and the Paparazzi photoshoots. Our family massage and family photoshoot were wonderful experiences, delivered by warm, professional teams who provided excellent service. While it’s impossible to name everyone individually, the combination of a beautiful resort, a pristine beach, and truly outstanding service made this a perfect Christmas holiday. We are sincerely grateful to everyone at Mamlouk Palace for making our stay so special and would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday experience.

I recently visited Mamlouk Resort in Hurghada, and overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The resort has a beautiful layout, with wide open spaces, a long sandy beach, and large pools that are perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. The atmosphere is lively, and there’s always something happening, whether it’s music, entertainment, or activities around the pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with balconies that give a great view of the pool or garden. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The food experience was good, with several restaurants and bars to choose from. The buffet has plenty of options, although it can get a bit repetitive, but the à-la-carte restaurants help add some variety. The staff in the dining areas are friendly and work hard, especially during busy times. One of the strongest points of the resort is the service. Most of the staff are polite, helpful, and genuinely interested in making guests feel welcomed. The animation team also adds a lot of fun to the environment with games, shows, and evening entertainment. If there’s one thing to keep in mind, it’s that the resort can get quite crowded, especially around the pool and dining areas, so you may need to go early if you prefer quiet spaces. But that’s expected in a large, popular, all-inclusive resort. Overall, Mamlouk Resort offers great value for the price — beautiful beach, good food, friendly staff, and a full resort experience. I would recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Hurghada.
