My time here was great. In the lobby bar the people were so patient and hospitable with us. Omar was very friendly and funny. He always checked up on us and was very happy. The beer, wine and cocktails were so good. I’m a coffee guy, and their coffee was probably the best I had in my month here in Egypt. Fast, good and friendly. Honestly can’t complain.

The best hotel i visited!!! Amazing place, delicious food and fantastic people. Breathtaking shows on the arena, i never saw such a performance. Hotel really pays attention to details, everything was prepared perfectly and it was very fun. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and really pretty. Big choice in foods, everyone will find something for themselves. A lot of activites to do, so you won't get bored easily. I will definetly come back next year! Victor the best animator!!!

We enjoyed two weeks at Mamlouk Palace in January and had the best time. The staff were amazing, the facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was second to none. There was so much variety of things to do, places to eat and activities to become involved in. The food was outstanding with so many options and the detail and care taken to create beautiful displays in the buffet restaurant was amazing. There are several reataurants to choose from via the booking system and these were all excellent too. Drinks are available at all of the bars and we sampled some very nice cocktails too. We even received complimentary mojito's on the beach by surprise. The lobby bar staff are so attentive, providing waiter service and always ensure you are having a good time. The animation team made us feel so welcome and came to speak with us daily at the beach/pool. Every evening too, they would check that everything was ok for us. There was never any pressure to be involved in the activities, but we always knew that we would be welcomed if we wanted to join in the fun. Mido, Victor, Momo and Jess were always focused on ensuring we were enjoying our time at the hotel. I highly recommended this hotel and have booked to return in April this year again already. We are really looking forward to it.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Sentido Mamlouk Palace resort! From the moment we arrived it was absolutely wonderful. We felt welcome right away and that was because of the staff! A warm welcome from the staff, guiding us to our rooms with lots of space (big beds, bathroom with a good shower) carrying our luggage, cleaning the tables, getting our drinks etc. Throughout our stay they made sure we got everything we needed. So many activities during the day by the animation team. We had an archery event with Victor, nice dance at the poolside and even joining a Zumba session was a possibility. In the evenings there was animation in the theatre with shows and quizes, there even was a big party in the arena twice a week where nothing was lacking. Nice private beach where there also was some windprotection available surrounding the beach beds. Good restaurants with excellent food. Varying from buffet to á la carte (Mexican, Italian, Indian, Asian/Mongolian, Egyptian, Spanish and even a Burger restaurant). The Indian restaurant 'Manohar' was our favorite – the dishes were outstanding and they had te best beer (Stella). Towel service is also wonderful. We even did some massage sessions, as I was curious how that would be like for my lower back pain. Well I can ony say, try it as it were some awesome professional sessions! To anyone looking for a fine, relaxing and fun vacation, we truly recommend this resort!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this 5-star hotel. Mahmoud from the sales department was very attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Abdulaziz from the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and solution-oriented. I would especially like to thank Kareem, who took care of all our needs during our stay and provided support in every aspect. Thanks to him, our stay was exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The evening entertainment programs were truly impressive. The dinner-themed restaurants stood out with both their atmosphere and quality. The heated pools were a great advantage, especially for our children. The rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and tidy. As an architect, I was particularly impressed by the landscaping, environmental design, and overall cleanliness, all of which were handled with great care. Before our stay, I was somewhat cautious about the high rating due to the large number of reviews across different platforms. However, after experiencing the hotel, I can confidently say that even the current rating feels low — the hotel truly deserves at least a 9.9. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
