We came for one week on 4th January. On arrival we were greeted with the loveliest welcomes, some staff remembering that I’d visited before. We were upgraded to one of the refurbished rooms, which was lovely, shower area is so nice, and UK plug sockets are a nice added bonus. The room was kept spotless by our lovely cleaner. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you and are so helpful. I’ve never met happier, more helpful people. We really enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, including Asian, Indian, Mongolian and Spanish. Shakes and bakes do lovely crepes, either sweet or savory. We enjoyed the spa where we had a message. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.. we can’t wait to come back again. The only downsides were that the loungers, although plentiful and I love the shade protector at the top, are very uncomfortable. Also we were booked to go on a trip on the Thursday. We ordered lunch bags the night before, we were told to collect from reception before our trip. I asked at 10.30am for the lunches, by 11am they still weren’t there and we had to leave without them so ended up being hungry that day. Overall fantastic

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really made us feel at home. Special thanks to the chefs, Sherif and Mohamed, and many others. The animation team was also fantastic, especially Victor. It was our first time trying archery, and he was very supportive and kind while helping us learn. Two other members of the team also joined us for volleyball and made the experience so much fun.

All the employees were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, and they really made our stay enjoyable. We had dinner in several of the restaurants, and we noticed something in particular. I wanted to share one small point of improvement. It would be appreciated if the manager of the Indian restaurant could show a slightly friendlier attitude towards guests. During our stay, we also heard similar comments from multiple guests, so it seems others felt the same. Thank you again for the great hospitality. We stayed at the Mamlouk Palace (Executive suite) with my family for five nights over Christmas 2025. The resort itself is stunning, spacious, immaculately maintained, and extremely well equipped. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the extraordinary level of service provided by the hotel staff. The exceptional service began even before we arrived. Mr Zizo stayed in touch with us throughout our journey, ensuring everything was going smoothly and making us feel looked after from the very beginning. During our stay, Mr Mohamed Mousfafa Sayed Ahmed took outstanding care of us, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that all amenities met or exceeded our expectations. Despite the large number of guests, the team consistently found ways to make us feel genuinely special—something that deserves particular recognition. The beach was extremely clean and well organised, with staff ensuring that every guest could enjoy it exactly as they wished—whether that meant lively beach parties or absolute leisure for those wanting to unwind in the tranquillity of the Red Sea. A very special mention goes to the Christmas dinner, which was truly out of this world. Having experienced many cruises and five-star resorts during Christmas, I can confidently say that Mamlouk Palace delivered something extraordinary. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and the after-dinner party were all exceptional. In the restaurants, Mr Haitham consistently ensured we were happy with both the service and our overall dining experience. Mr Mohammad from housekeeping maintained our room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Senses Spa and the Paparazzi photoshoots. Our family massage and family photoshoot were wonderful experiences, delivered by warm, professional teams who provided excellent service. While it’s impossible to name everyone individually, the combination of a beautiful resort, a pristine beach, and truly outstanding service made this a perfect Christmas holiday. We are sincerely grateful to everyone at Mamlouk Palace for making our stay so special and would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday experience.

Thank you for a wonderful time. The location and facilities were superb - we loved the pool area, the beach and the well-equiped gym. The premises were clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
