Amazing hotel and wonderful experience! Sunrise Hotel is truly fantastic. The staff are very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The animation team was amazing, especially Karim, Ahmed, and Jessie — they were wonderful with the kids and kept them active and happy all day long with activities like ping pong, football, volleyball, and many more. The food was delicious, varied, and always available, and the drinks were great, refreshing, and well presented. The decor is unique and beautiful, and the pink pool party was such a fun idea — the kids enjoyed it so much! Highly recommended for families and a relaxing, fun vacation.

We enjoyed two weeks at Mamlouk Palace in January and had the best time. The staff were amazing, the facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was second to none. There was so much variety of things to do, places to eat and activities to become involved in. The food was outstanding with so many options and the detail and care taken to create beautiful displays in the buffet restaurant was amazing. There are several reataurants to choose from via the booking system and these were all excellent too. Drinks are available at all of the bars and we sampled some very nice cocktails too. We even received complimentary mojito's on the beach by surprise. The lobby bar staff are so attentive, providing waiter service and always ensure you are having a good time. The animation team made us feel so welcome and came to speak with us daily at the beach/pool. Every evening too, they would check that everything was ok for us. There was never any pressure to be involved in the activities, but we always knew that we would be welcomed if we wanted to join in the fun. Mido, Victor, Momo and Jess were always focused on ensuring we were enjoying our time at the hotel. I highly recommended this hotel and have booked to return in April this year again already. We are really looking forward to it.

I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Sentido! Everything was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff made us feel welcome right away, especially Kareem from the Guest Experience team, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. There were so many fun activities every day, such as archery, Zumba, and many others organized by the fantastic animation team. A special thanks to Victor and the other animators who made every activity enjoyable and full of positive energy! The restaurants are beautiful, and the food was excellent. The Asian restaurant was definitely my favorite – the atmosphere and the dishes were simply outstanding. On my birthday, they surprised me with a fantastic celebration, complete with cakes and candles. It was such a special and unforgettable moment that made my stay even more magical. I truly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable holiday. I can’t wait to come back!

What a fantastic stay! This hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. Everything was perfectly taken care of, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and excellent service. A special thanks to the animation team 👏 They really made our stay unforgettable. Every day they were energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic. The activities were fun and varied for all ages, and the evening shows were professional and very entertaining. You can clearly see they do their job with passion and always bring a smile. Overall, an amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was great, starting from the check-in and the welcome drinks until our checkout. We tried the Italian and Mexican restaurants, and both were more than amazing! The food, the spirit, all of it ! The heated pools were really good despite the cold weather of winter. Overall, it is highly recommended to spend vacation there 👌🏻
