Fine hotel at a fine location! Cala Gran, shops and eateries are all within couple of minutes' walk. Splendid breakfast with a huge and delicious spread. The hotel is well maintained, clean, and has a decent pool, jacuzzi and a bar. We booked through their website and were welcomed with an impressive upgrade to a sea view room on the topmost floor and a welcome drink. East facing balconies overlooking Cala Gran and the sea horizon, allowed us to wake up to see beautiful sunrises right from our rooms. Highly recommend!!

This hotel is a bit dated but location is great for bars and restaurants. Journey from the airport is about an hour by taxi. Staff are friendly. We didn't visit the beach nearby but past it in the taxi on way back to the airport and regretted not visiting as looked idyllic. We didn't see the evening entertainment but the day stuff seems the same each day. You need to be early to get sunbeds that are in the sun all day (it was September). The big sunbeds have to be paid for and reserved at reception and I would recommend doing it at least once as very comfortable.

My husband and I have been to this hotel many many times over a thirty year period. It was always excellent but this year it did fall below par. We had a room on third floor and when we had a thunderstorm the rain poured in through the bathroom ceiling . We were given another room on the first floor. Disappointed that we were not offered any assistance with this. The domestic even came to clean our original room before we moved out. It was our last night too. The receptionists were not really helpful We feel that the bedrooms need updating especially needing USB points. Corridor and stair carpets need replacing Hotel is clean and breakfast is good We booked the comfortable sun beds and paid for three days - one of these days it rained all day and we were not offered any refund May go back as we love the hotel position but would certainly not want third floor. Flat roof needs good repair

We loved our stay here! Perfectly located in Cala D’or, close to all the shops and restaurants but so quiet at night! We had breakfast here which had so many options. Didn’t feel overcrowded and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for more! We would love to come back here!!

Really nice and clean hotel, food reasonably priced, great location, and the staff were very friendly. We left something in the room after we had departed and after reaching out to the hotel they confirmed it was handed in and shipped it over to me without any hassle! Would definitely recommend this hotel :) big thanks to the team.
