Group birthday trip 8 in total. We all booked separately but were located close to each other. Check in and check out so easy and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the store before our room was ready and also after check out, but was allowed to use the facilities, bar & restaurant. All staff were friendly and looked happy. All requests dealt with quickly. We called reception for an iron which was delivered to our room. Location fantastic 5 min walk to the beachfront with restaurants shops and bars. No complaints at all thank you for making our trip so special.

We stayed for a wk and have booked again for next yr. great way to start January. Hotel is excellent, food is what is expected from a buffet. All good quality but all the same most nights. The restaurant which we book two nights out of the 7 was lovely and relaxing. Maybe a little more choice for the kids please. The cleaning of the hotel is so good. Came back from breakfast and room was cleaned and everything replaced. Very trustworthy and approachable. The kids club is a great advantage. The girls are fantastic. Emili and stefi are very friendly. Kids loved them. They were part of the entertainment in the evenings. They really try to involve everyone. Pool areas are great and bars are well staffed and no issues with ordering more than 2 drinks at a time. We were all inclusive+ and it was great having the option of anything on the menu this cost about £150 more each. One of our meals in the restaurant was over €100 so it did work out that we got the worth from going +. Depends what you like. I got the cocktails and some would have been €7 extra. This way it was all inclusive. The hotel is about an hr walk into the town but it has plenty of bar and is on the sea front . Bus and taxis r just outside the on the sea front and very handy.

Loved every minute of our stay, there is something for everyone here! Kids pools, splash park, or a chilled adults only area. Entertainment is great, clean rooms, food is lovely, outdoor cinema, location is perfect only 5 min walk to the beach. Kids club is also fantastic, staff are great with the kids! Shout out to Emilia for making our kids feel welcome. I’ve also had a treatment at the spa and it’s one of the best massages I’ve had! Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely go back. The staff can’t do enough for you and the rooms and hotel in general were very clean. My only slight complaint would be that the hotel doesn’t have any lifts and we were put on the 2nd floor with a baby. I would advise anyone staying with small children to ask for a ground floor room to save you having to lift a pram up and down to the room/ pools. Other than that, great stay and it wouldn’t stop us going back!

Just got back from 7 nights here and absolutely loved it. Great rooms and facilities, really clean, great pools and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Kids pool a bit varying in temperature but mostly warm enough. Food was delicious and fresh and we never felt it lacked variety. Staff super friendly, smiley and professional. It was our little girl’s first time at a kids club and Steffi and Emilia did such a great job, our daughter didn’t want to leave! A good mix of planned activities and free play along with the mini disco every evening of course! Would definitely return.
