Hotel was amazing! Clean rooms, lovely choice of buffet foods that changed every night. Entertainment staff were so lovely and friendly. So many activities to do and they always kept the energy up! Tefi was particularly incredible. She answered our many questions and always checked up on us to make sure we were okay. We had all ages with us and it catered for everyone. Really enjoyed the white party as well! Literally cannot fault this hotel and will definitely come back!

Amazing views out the front and back, amazing locations. The hotel is placed about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and placed near loads of lovely shops. The service was FANTASTIC, so kind waiters and staff. The reps and animation team were so nice! One of the reps Maria was so nice and welcoming. She was so inclusive and engaged with our conversations. I really would love to go back and hope I do next year!

Edit: Great news! The hotel have now sorted the issue with the mini bar and provided a direct contact for any further issues. That is brilliant customer service, the kind of thing to make you want to come back again!. Very kind of them to take time to respond. Thank you very much, we really appreciate it. We are currently on holiday here and are really enjoying it. There is one but... no matter how many times we ask reception for something they are very polite and say they will sort right away and then nothing happens. It's really frustrating as we have reported a problem with our mini bar/fridge every day for 5, yes 5 days straight and still nobody has even been to look at it. This is frustrating as we now buy ice each day as our own solution. I know this sounds trivial but when you have a real reason for it, it's not! We are regular travellers to the island and this would stop us coming back to this otherwise lovely hotel.

Wow what a lovely surprise this holiday was. When you book fully inclusive, you don’t expect too much, but this hotel doesn’t disappoint. It very clean, well laid out, close to the beach and the food is great. But above all that, the staff are exceptional. Especially the entertainment team were superb. Tefi and Maria and all of the team were so good. Not pushy, not sales oriented just friendly and warm. I don’t write many reviews but had to let people know. Should’ve kept it a secret really!!

This was our 3rd year in a row to stay at this hotel. It is amazing, the staff, cleanliness and animation team. Can’t fault any of them! I had a double buggy and the tyre bust not once but twice and I went to reception and they sent somebody to the apartment immediately who took the pram and brought it back to the apartment(free of charge) the entertainment is great, kids love the kids club, there is a movie on a projector every evening outside by reception. live music in the bar and a live show in the Maris theatre! so lots to choose from! The main attraction for us was the kids pool the first year we booked and then we fell in love so we came the next year and then booked again, the hotel renovated after I had booked the 3rd time and changed the kids pool to a splash park which was lovley but children get bored and want to swim, this caused an issue because we would have to move throughout the day and then there was no room or beds by the coral pool! I’m unsure for the reason but apparently it’s safer now, does that make the other pools unsafe? Unfortunately we won’t be returning due to this..but we still made great memories 🥰
