Sentido Aequora Lanzarote Suites

What a fantastic week we have had at the Sentida Lanzarote Suites. This was our first family holiday with our twin girls and it’s been a brilliant experience from start to finish. The hotel is everything we wanted. The rooms were perfect - cleaning was to a high standard and everything we needed was there. Food - there was something for all of us, not a single day was there nothing anyone could eat. There was a good variety in the main restaurant and the snack bar gave a seperate option and was great for the kids out of the restaurant hours. Kids Club - we asked our girls what they wanted to do and they repeatedly asked to go to the kids club - counting down the time between its opening because they wanted to go back and play there more! Emilia and Candy have been absolutely fabulous. The girls have made such a good bond with them and they always provided a fun and happy experience. The timings of the programme also gave us a break and allowed us to have family time as well as time on our own to use the adult only facilities. The evening disco was at the kids club location and we found this such a good experience because it was a space they were familiar with and felt they could be themselves. The animacion team have been great, tirelessly working to give options and a good show. Angela, Cristina and Andrea really shone out going the extra mile to get to know us all especially after seeing the girls at the kids club and then greeting them everytime they saw them around the hotel resort. Overall, we have had a great time and will definitely look at returning. Would highly recommend to anyone with children or without.

We don’t normally stay in hotels- so staying here and staying all inclusive was a real change for us! The rooms were spacious and well equipped with all you need. There was a huge variety of food on offer- and when to have churros for breakfast you know it’s going to be a good holiday!! The hotel is very family orientated with pool and kids activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings. We got to know the staff well during our stay and they were so kind and helpful. Svan was so good with my children and we all had lots of fun with the aqua gym and water basketball. We have all said that it was a fantastic place and would definitely be back! Thank you

Had a fun time playing french bowls, was a good laugh with Svan who was one of the reps... Was a great laugh. Lovely place to go on holiday definitely coming back next year, all reps are amazing... My daughter really liked Andrea, 💞 also Christina & Martina... We will miss you all loads. Such a lovely family friendly hotel.

Really nice hotel. We don’t usually come back to the same place more than once because we like to try different places but with this we couldn’t resist. The hotel has everything to cater for both adults and children. The food is fantastic and there’s so much choice. The resteraunt staff are great and always on hand to fill the glasses and take the plates. They all work very hard keep things running smoothly and clean. The kids entertainment team are top tier. For us we have a 14 and an 8 year old who both loved it. They usually love to spend all day at the pool with us but after meeting Amelia last year they were desperate to see if she was still here and she was. Amelia is amazing with the kids, her energy is next level and she has made our kids holiday the best experience for two years running. The hotel is very well situated close to the airport for quick transfers and 5 minute walk to the beach. Theres also bars, restaurants and shops close by If you fancy a stroll. You can walk to the main strip in Puerto del carmen in 30 mins or a taxi is €5 give or take. All in all the Sentido Aequora is a really good place to stay. We will be back

A hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We were here for a week in February and although windy at times the temperatures were OK during the day but a bit chilly at night. The animation team work tirelessly to give everyone a great holiday without being too pushy. Emmanuel is particularly good at the aquagym and brings a lot of humour to the exercises. He is very approachable and we enjoyed his company. One of the best in the team, definitely. The food in the hotel was varied, although sometimes could be warmer. The waiting staff were first class was was the cleaner in our room All in all a very good hotel and value for money. Eric is also lovely and helpful. He cares about your holiday experience and your custom feels valued. We will be back.
