I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family for a holiday, and while the overall atmosphere was pleasant, my experience was overshadowed by the disappearance of an important envelope. I left it in my room on the day of my departure and promptly informed the hotel. At first, I was assured it had been found, but due to what was described as a misunderstanding between staff members, the envelope ended up missing again. I do appreciate the staff members who genuinely tried to assist me. Nonetheless, it is simply inconceivable for personal belongings to vanish without explanation in a reputable establishment. This incident has left me quite disheartened and makes me hesitant to recommend or return in the future.
