This hotel is truly exceptional! In terms of comfort, cleanliness, service quality, and hospitality, it far exceeded our expectations. I have a food allergy, and eating out while traveling is usually a stressful experience for me. However, the level of care and attention I received here was simply outstanding. From the moment we checked in, the staff took note of my allergies in detail, and every day, the kitchen prepared a personalized menu just for me. The chef was incredibly attentive, and the kitchen team made sure everything was safe and tailored to my needs. The restaurant staff were also very understanding and supportive, which made me feel completely at ease during every meal. Beyond the food, the hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and perfectly clean, offering a great environment to relax and unwind. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether you’re traveling with dietary restrictions or simply looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation. A truly memorable experience!

Our vacation at the hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully organized and delivered with a high standard of service. Our room was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their consistent attention to detail each day. Excellent Guest Relations and Outstanding Service! From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed by the level of hospitality at this hotel. The guest relations team went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was arranging last-minute reservations, providing helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about making each guest feel special. This hotel sets a high standard for service, and the guest relations staff deserve special recognition. I highly recommend this place not only for its great facilities but also for the warmth and professionalism of the team.

The hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately the service does not live up to that standard. It feels like the staff has truly stopped making an effort. Our checkout was scheduled for 12:00, yet at 10:30, when we returned to our room, our key no longer worked. Until 12:00, we were going back and forth trying to resolve the issue, as no one was able to let us into our own room. When we finally got in at 12:05, I received a call from the receptionist, Marina, who was extremely rude and accused me of intentionally delaying checkout. It was a hot day, and we had a small child with us, without access to our personal belongings or basic hygiene items for him. Instead of understanding the situation, we were made to feel as though it was our fault. As an apology, we were offered a sunbed — but it was dirty and unprepared. We sent photos and a request for it to be cleaned, but received no response. This is not the behavior of a true 5-star hotel. On the third day of our stay, the hotel asked us to write a review together with the manager. I explained that in such circumstances, my review could not be objective. On our last day, after yet another absurd situation, I wanted to finally leave my feedback — but was told it was no longer possible. The local buggy service is more like a public minibus — you wait 15–20 minutes, and it only leaves when full. The chat with the managers works, but each department seems to be a separate entity that doesn’t share information and responds only when it suits them. Unfortunately, the hotel left us completely disappointed.
