We spent a-week at the resort. Everything was great. The room service took longer than expected. But once the food arrived it was good. My wife really enjoyed the jerk chicken person. Who would be in front of world cafe from 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM. You must try the buffet for breakfast and lunch at the world cafe (variety of foods). The pasta station for lunch is to die for. Also the Jamaican style food at Blue Mountain ( Braised Oxtails) was excellent. The staff was pleasant.

We spent 3 nights/ 4 days at this resort. From the moment you get in property you are treated very well. Welcomed with champagne and a cold towel. We arrived before check in time so our room was not ready, but we still had access to all amenities. We changed right away and headed to the pool.
The room we had at first had a slight issue that was out of the resorts control, but they were quick to move us to an even better room! Very pleased that they were quick to help. I wouldn’t recommend any drink with tequila as it did not taste like tequila at all, but if you stick to rum based drinks you will be okay. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing getaway.

My husband and I had an amazing 7 Day vacation together at this resort! Food was amazing, entertainment was great, drinks strong and room was clean the entire stay. The views are to die for! We’ll be back for sure!

This was our 9th trip to this resort We always stay on preferred side with butler service . It was twice the price ever since Hyatt took it over and it has gone downhill -
No service what so ever , we will get your own towels , drinks, and get totally ignored even it you tip well which we do
They didn't have alcohol like Malibu or coconut rum in stock, which is beyond ridiculous
If you do not Deadbolt your door be prepared for people to walk in your room , there is a buzzer that they are suppose to ring however twice the person that stocks Mini bar has walked in on us twice while my wife was naked . NOT OK !!!!!!
The food is bad half the stuff on the menus at the restaurant, they don’t have, room service is also disgusting. I mean like honestly gross
If you’re celebrating an anniversary or birthday, they don’t do anything special like they used to. We had to remind them so they could put a ribbon on our door and decorate our room and draw baths , they couldn’t be bothered
Hyatt has totally ruined this resort and scrapped all the employees that took care of the guest .
It was so bad if it wasn’t for the beach we would have left early . Such a disappointment , it truly is so sad we had such beautiful memories here before

The resort was a very short drive from the airport, and also has a shuttle service for a very affordable price to/from the airport. As soon as we got on the resort’s property, the hospitality was over-the-top fantastic. We were greeted by the bellhop with cold towels for us to cool down with. While checking in, beverages were offered. Every staff member we had come across in the first 5 minutes were absolutely lovely.
The room was beautiful and pristine, and very spacious. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon entry! Daily housekeeping and nightly turn down service was a great touch. Also, the clothing steamer in the room was a plus! There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. I’d say 99% of the staff we had come across was extremely hospitable and engaging. The resort itself was always kept and clean.
The food was fresh and fantastic, and the service at the restaurants were always top notch. I was not drinking on vacation, and every time I asked for a non-alcoholic beverage they were always creative on what they made. This was a great treat.
Night time entertainment, typically live music, was a nice touch to end each day!
The only bad experience we had, which really wasn’t that big of a deal, was the woman who ran the water sports pavilion. She seemed to have 0 interest in what she was doing and it always felt like we were an inconvenience.
Make sure to take the complimentary snorkel tour, it was so cool. One of the beaches also has schools of fish right on the shoreline that we spent most of our time at.
The resort was the perfect balance of party and relaxation. It was quiet most of the day, but guests were still having a fun time. I was very glad it wasn’t loud and too party hard.
We can’t wait to visit again! 9.3/10 experience
