The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere perfectly balances relaxation and fun, and every detail is thoughtfully designed to create a truly luxurious experience. A huge highlight of our trip was the entertainment team: Arturo and Gretel are simply amazing! Their energy, professionalism, and contagious positivity truly elevated our stay. They create an engaging, welcoming, and fun atmosphere that makes every activity memorable. A very special mention goes to Timoteo, our server, whose service was impeccable throughout our stay. Always attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, he made every dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort and would return without hesitation. Amazing trip to Secrets Tulum (first timers). Room was amazing (new, clean, and amenities were all perfect). Room service was fast. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was great! Asian à la carte was the best of 4 for dinner. Coco coffee was delicious. Beach club was the best part of our trip. Bracelet making with Jhonny was my wife’s favourite part of the whole trip!! Food at the beach was can't miss, bar service attentive, and we enjoyed the open air bus from resort to beach.

Spent 2 weeks at this resort and loved it! Bluewater Grill was the fantastic food and ambience and our favorite. Easy to find quiet if you want it but plenty of activities if you prefer to be active. Live singers most nights, 2 foam parties each week, plus silent disco, trivia, fire show and prehispanic show accompanied by dinner. E- team made this property shine, thanks to Gretel, Sebastian, Arturo, Samara, Enrique and Cristal, plus jhonny at beach club. Already booked for next year!

I spent an incredible week at this resort. The food is excellent. We favored some restaurants over others as expected, but even the Market Cafe for breakfast/lunch and the beach club restaurant was fantastic. For me, the experience was exceptional because of the staff; particularly the entertainment team, but really, the people who work there really made you feel like family. From the moment we drove onto the property, the older-ish security gentleman greeted us like we were coming home. Jhonny, at the beach club, always made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions. The hostess at the Market Cafe knew our room number by the end of the week. And finally the entertainment staff, Samara, Cristel, Gretel, Sebastian, Eugene and Arturo, they were the best at bringing the fun and getting the guests to enjoy all the activities. I am really going to miss them. Oh yes, I would be remiss if I did not mention the yoga! Melissa put the namaste into each day. Whether you took her 8 AM class or 11 AM beach club class, everyday was a special experience; including one day where she invited us to try couples balance poses and Sebastian came in early to attend her class. (Actually, I believe Gretel also came to class the first day I was there.) I could ramble on about how much I enjoyed my stay, but you get the idea!

We spent 8 nights at Secrets Tulum after travelling from Miami. We loved it, from start to finish. The room was beautiful, service was very good and nice restaurants to choose from for evening dinner. Breakfast was very good and we loved the omelette station in particular. Lunch was good in the buffet, we only discovered the pasta station a few days in, delicious. Lots of area to relax around the pools and good drinks. The pools are extremely cold but it didn't stop us enjoying them. Great availablity of snacks and treats in coco cafe 24 hours. Room service could be slow and food cold at times, not faulting the staff as they did their absolute best, maybe this was just a particularly busy time. Overall, a wonderful experience with lovely facilities and staff. We enjoyed the beach shuttle and visiting the beach was lovely. Thank you
