We had an AMAZING time at Secrets Tulum Resort! The service was fantastic from check in to check out throughout the resort. ! I want to especially recognize Laura Cruz who is AMAZING and who made our trip so very memorable morning, noon at night. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and very luxurious (especially the swim outs). The pools were all beautiful (especially, the roof top). The restaurants were ALL elegant and the food and the service were stellar . Especially, the steakhouse which was unique and romantic in an outdoor setting. Since Laura and others treated us like VIP and excellent customer service, I can’t wait to return to Secrets Tulum Resort. One of the best resorts that I’ve vacationed at in a long time.

This resort is amazing! Amazing customer service, food, and hospitality. The drinks are also top tier. The ONLY negative about this property is it's not on the beach! You have to take a shuttle (20 min) to the beach, and there isn't a lot of shuttles to choose from. I think if they had a shuttle running NONSTOP from 6am - 9pm, then the resort would practically be PERFECT. Regardless, I'd still recommend, but if you are a huge beach person like me, just remember it is not located on a beach.

I will give this resort for overall view 4 out 5 as a member I feel so accommodations should given or made to be an expection or special occasion as member of not for the entire day, but at least a day or two here and there given the time they are spending on the property overall we had a wonderful time Stay and we have memories. Very happy also, far as were really nice as well the concrete floor to absorb the moisture I guess because it’s in the jungle only problem that we had was one of our lights in our room. Bathroom area had an shortage We stated room jr suit swimout 1112 but they were on it right away and they fixed it little dim there But they had a nice makeup mirror where I can do my make up very hot though, really did need to where . Lol …the bugs was not as bad as I expected it to be, and they have bug spray in the room for you , and you definitely need sunscreen as well if you forgot to bring your Lovely resort apply you with some in room I would recommend very laid-back romantic for couples lotta young adults was there for newlywed weddings, girl trips and I guess any occasion as well for individuals that celebrate. I will recommend secrets Tulum. Very get away . Also Enjoy our Concierge Laura that was very nice by sending updates every morning during our stay very pleasant young lady and friendly. Also there was so many names ones that hosted the front at the market Café young lady that was training at the time I cannot remember her name, but she had flash cars because she wanted to be so involved in communicating with the guest pleasant. Also, we enjoy Sergio at the preferred bar which we end up upgrading our stay for the benefits because it was our 30th anniversary very kind and always there to help and refill your drinks when you be. also, Ajax, we call him very nice young man that worked there as well. There was a young man name. Sangtino was at the Bluewater Grill that at first was not as forthcoming until later he loose it up and helped us out so much with refill in my glass of Chardonnay. Daniell was another man member that was there at the front lobby and help us out with a afternoon morning trip to Alkumal when we did our members update was very nice and pleasant to talk with as well, which it was no pressure on his end for us to go over very considering you enjoyed it even though we did not upgrade anything at the time enjoy that beautiful resort as well. The hydrotherapy spa treatment was very nice for my husband and myself. We enjoyed it as a couple together. He enjoyed Jordan over there. He was very nice and kind and very friendly.. he also had the floating breakfast that we enjoyed together during our visit with our outdoor pool very nice. He helped us with our wonderful celebration together. Favorite restaurant was Ollie’s and Jasmine restaurant I am a big foodie And cater myself YouTube channel LadyTee’s kitchen and ig being_LadyTee’s …again we enjoyed ours as well was there they enjoyed it also. definitely enjoy The capture marinated beef at Ollie’s . and Jasmine enjoyed the green curry dish. Pretty much all the stuff there was very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed Juan at the lobby bar and. Marco Very friendly dynamic dual love how they all get along together. Also enjoy the staff at the Amstar desk can’t remember everyone’s name, but they were really nice as well.There is no Beach there they have to drive you to the beach by shuttle comes every half an hour to every hour not to seaweeds, but we didn’t go. Some people said it wasn’t nice. I guess you have to try for yourself. We did also the cenote on Thursday morning May 30, noon trip was really nice. The conductor of the the trying to remember his name is on the tip of my tongue, but he definitely made the trip very nice with his lively music selection and was taking request. We love that part as well. We had a nice lively group. All in all the trip is one for the Books. Thanks again secrets Tulum. Team and staff. Very hard working .

We had an amazing time at Secrets Resort! The food, service, and room were all excellent. The staff consistently checked in on us and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The shuttle to the beach was super convenient, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun. One of the highlights was having a personal concierge available 24/7—they truly made us feel cared for. With multiple restaurants on-site, we loved being able to switch things up and enjoy different dining experiences. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived at Secrets Tulum, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort – modern design, lush jungle vibes, and stunning pools everywhere you look. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Johnny. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and having a great time. His attention to detail, warm personality, and local knowledge elevated our entire experience. The food was top-notch, especially the seafood options and authentic Mexican dishes. Our swim-out suite was luxurious and peaceful – the perfect escape. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, grabbing cocktails at the beach club, or exploring nearby cenotes, this place has it all. We’ll definitely be back – and when we do, we’re asking for Johnny again. He made Secrets Tulum feel like home in paradise.
