I absolutely loved the aesthetic and feel right when you walk in the door. Greeted with a towel and a drink. This resort is adults only. There are several all inclusive restaurants and some upscale ones that do charge depending on the meal in which we did 3 times and the steak and lobster did not disappoint. The services immaculate and the staff is kind and friendly. The bathrooms were always clean on the property and there was always something to do. You can even dance your night away in the piano bar at the end of the night. It is right off the main strip so not as lively outside. It is a smoke-free property so they do ask you to go outside on the street. My only issue was the housekeeping that walked in our room without knocking and them grabbing our bags before check out. Other than those things , I would definitely recommend. It has a very romantic vibe to it, the rooms are beautiful and its right on the water. There is alot of choices for food so it should fit anyone. If you get a prestige room , you get access to additional floors and a butler.

This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts as it’s where we got engaged. While there was an issue during our original stay that initially left us disappointed, the way the team handled everything afterward completely changed how we feel. We are truly grateful. We were invited back and stayed again in the Preferred Club Master Suite Ocean Front, and the experience was exceptional. The stunning ocean views, breakfast in the room while looking out over the water brought back our special memories. It allowed us to relive such an important moment with nothing but positive emotions. We recommend the Preferred Club. Out of the many benefits, having access to light food options and a bar on the Preferred level, separate pool and lunch area was very convenient. Having a dedicated concierge we could easily reach via WhatsApp made things easier. We also want to highlight our outstanding dinner at the steakhouse during our second visit. We ordered the specials of the day(salmon and the filet) and both were excellent. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service felt incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the team went out of their way to make the evening smooth and memorable. We noticed the hotel did not have beach volleyball anymore - it was one of our favourite activities. It would be amazing if the hotel started having its own airport shuttle given many reviews mention the taxi experience upon landing + would help with delays getting through the gate of the property. Regardless, this return stay allowed us to reconnect with the joy of such an important moment in our lives, and we now look back on this hotel with nothing but appreciation and gratitude.

Secrets The Vine is an excellent hotel, with great staff, such as the pool waiters Gabriel and Daniel, and also Mr. Alejandro, the Food and Beverage Manager, who is very attentive and always makes sure that guests feel happy and well taken care of. Many thanks to Mr. Carlos, the manager of the Italian restaurant, for the excellent food and great service at this restaurant. I also cannot fail to mention Mr. Juan de Dios, who makes the best cocktails in the hotel. Thank you very much to all these people who made our vacation wonderful. We will be back very soon — it was the best hotel choice we could have made.

Belated review following a visit in early November for two nights. Fantastic stay. Very nice pool areas with very attentive service. The sea was delightful with no sea weed. The entire service from staff was what makes this place stand out. It was so friendly. A special mention to the entertainment guy (I think his name was Jose) - such a lovely lad who put so much effort in and spoke perfect English. Food was largely really good with the exception of the Asian restaurant which we found to be over salted and of poor quality.

Stayed here with 4 of my sisters to celebrate a 40th birthday. This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very nice with every interaction. The only interaction that wasn’t so pleasant was at the beach, but they quickly turned it around. Room service and all the restaurants were really nice. Food and drinks were very tasty and the events every night were a bonus!!! I’ll certainly be visiting again.
