Overall great experience and would even go again!
Pros: clean beach and poolside area, easy to get a table for dinner (we went right at 6pm though), good drinks, attentive wait staff, good poolside entertainment but not a ton.
Cons: guest rooms were a bit used and abused (but sort of expected for an all-inclusive in Cancun so set your expectations appropriately), getting chairs by the pool was weird (needed to get down there by like 7am to get a good spot and then sometimes people reserve spots and NEVER COME DOWN), not a lot of evening entertainment (could step it up there).
Highlights: the food for an all-inclusive was GREAT (and I can be picky with food), we upgraded to the Honeymoon suite, and it was AMAZING. The views in the morning, the tub, the balcony. Just splurge and get it you won't regret it.
We were only there for 3 nights and stayed on the resort the full time. If you plan to stay longer I would recommend doing things off property as 3 days on property was plenty.

The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. There were nice restaurants to eat at with lots of different options on the menu. There were a couple of buffets with nice options as well. I really loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere at Dragon and Sea Salt Grill. Esteban at SSG was definitely my favorite server of the bunch. Everyone went above and beyond with their service, but he really stood out to me. I will definitely be visiting this resort again!

Pros: close to airport, friendly staff, good food (not great but decent), the view of the ocean is stunning
Cons: if you get stuck in an older room the rooms are very dated and dirty. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you. No reservation system for restaurants so you might have to wait over an hour for a table. Limited pool chairs so if you don't get there early, no pool or beach for you. Resort is a tower so the wait for an elevator can be long.
I'm leaving this review on day 3 of a business trip. The original room that I was given was so close to the pool and the music is extreme loud, I asked to be moved to another room on the other side that would be quieter so I could get work done. The room I was moved to is worse than my previous room. While it is quieter because the music isn't as loud, the headboard has some very disgusting stains on it. I would not expect this at a five star resort. I would not come here by choice.

I was nervous racism when I saw the review before checking in, but I changed my mind because of the kindness of the staff on the 21st floor.
However, afterwards, I received an answer that the menu I ordered at each restaurant, cafe, and bar was not possible.
At first, I thought it could be, but I thought it was a racism I had heard only about.
1. When it comes to racism, you made fun of Koreans. I think I've seen a couple who will open their doors to Koreans only here today. This means that Koreans spend a lot of money in Cancun, but as soon as i return, i will protest against the travel agency that recommended this place and take the lead in boycotting Secret The Vine. There are many resorts in Cancun. Do you want to make money while ignoring Koreans?
2. If it's not racist, pay attention to the hotel's maintenance. I heard that three of the restaurant's course meals were finished today. Lobby's cafe only has an only americano, latte, and cappuccino. Even though there are dozens of menus on the menu.
The bar's bartender says it's not even a basic cocktail.
This is all what happened this evening.
If the service is not good, don't take customers.
The worst hotel ever. Sorry for the view.

Very nice hotel, the staff are so attentive and hard working. Great drink selection. Have given 4 stars as some of our meals were underwhelming. Loved the steakhouse and the Mediterranean restaurant but I wasnt impressed with the main courses in the Italian or Asian restaurants (asian food is my all time favourite).
Having some more evening entertainment would really elevate this hotel. There is only one pool table in the sports bar but even adding a dart board and a few other games would give you some options to entertain yourself.
