What an absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are so immaculately dressed and so friendly and happy with nothing being too much trouble. Our Junior Suite was HUGE and had superb sea views and of the other pools - mind you, on the 27th floor, you don’t get a bad view in any direction. To the left the beach and the Caribbean and to the right, the massive lake. One of the best things we enjoyed was the live music- especially wonderful pianist, Frank May and the fabulous sounds and singing of Trio Aroma. This was one of the things that made our holiday so special. Food was amazing and plentiful everywhere and we favoured the Bluewater Grill for their tender and beautifully cooked steaks. At breakfast in the Market Café, we were served by the smiley pair of Abigail and Wally - giving us such a special start to every day. Bruce and Hector, sharing shifts as our personal concierge for our floor, were very happy and helpful in organising a special breakfast on our balcony on my wife’s birthday and a birthday cake in the afternoon. Everything was more than we could have hoped for and an amazing place to celebrate my wife’s special birthday.

Stayed here with 4 of my sisters to celebrate a 40th birthday. This hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very nice with every interaction. The only interaction that wasn’t so pleasant was at the beach, but they quickly turned it around. Room service and all the restaurants were really nice. Food and drinks were very tasty and the events every night were a bonus!!! I’ll certainly be visiting again.

Solid Cancun based hotel. Food was excellent and cleanliness was exceptional. We prefer a more "spread out" property (this is a tall tower) however the views from up top are gorgeous. You won't go wrong here. We upgraded to preferred... Not sure it was necessary (other than the high floor and views). If you're looking for nightly entertainment is a bit quiet (fine with us) as we enjoyed the sports bars where they will put on any game/sport you request. Beautiful walkable beach and excellent Wi-Fi

This resort definitely stands out in the hotel strip and is quite a modern lowkey design that doesnt scream flashy in your face. It felt more like a hotel with all inclusive amenities rather than your typical resort. The welcome was great as usual but lacked a tour of the resort. Albeit this resort was small, we had to do more exploring to ourselves. If you booked a preferred room, you get a private check in desk on the 21st floor. It does get quite loud up there depending on other guests so it doesnt feel as intimate or relaxing. Eduardo, our butler, was amazing and friendly. He answered any question we had for him and provided us with information about going off resort. The pools are great on a hot sunny day, but they are super cold when the sun isn't out or if its windy. Getting poolside chairs or even beach chairs was a pain. People wake up early and claim the chairs and sometimes you dont even see them there at all. This is more on the guests than it is the Resort, but it wouldnt hurt to enforce a rule or something so every guest can get a chance to relax. The restaurants are questionable. Dont get me wrong. The food was amazing and I enjoyed it. The wait times is what got me. Waiting 45+ min for a dish to come out is quite abysmal I must say. Sea salt grill, bare foot grill, the market cafe & buffet, and the market cafe a la carte Mexican for dinner is what stood out to me the most and we're the best in terms of good food, fast service, and excellent staff. The beach was exceptional. No seaweed, good waves and nice sand. Due to the property restrictions, the seats were limited. The location is quite great. The bus stop is close by for you to go to the mall or playa delfines. Amstar and other companies are on site to provide you with excursions as well if that interests you. Would i come back here again? Maybe. It was good for the price I booked it at, but nothing too crazy stands out for me. It felt like it was trying to be a high end resort without having the ample space or staff to manage it. I would come back for those Market Café pretzels, though 😂

Today is the second day of our 7-day stay, and unfortunately, our experience has been mixed. Although we booked a "Luxury Room," the room quality does not truly reflect a luxury standard. Furthermore, the "Sea View" we were promised is very limited and can hardly be considered a proper ocean view. ​One of our main frustrations was the room assignment. Despite requesting two rooms together, we were initially placed on different floors. As a result, we had to spend our second day—a time meant for relaxation—moving rooms just to be near each other, which was both time-consuming and exhausting. ​Additionally, the noise levels are quite bothersome; one side of the hotel is affected by generator noise, while the other side deals with loud music until 11 PM. We were also offered a $200 package on our first day to tour another property, which felt misplaced as we came here for peace and rest, not to spend time visiting other hotels. ​On a positive note, the hotel staff are wonderful, professional, and very kind. The beach is excellent, and the hotel grounds are kept very clean. While there is a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, we appreciate the staff’s effort in providing us with an umbrella. ​We sincerely hope that the remainder of our stay improves and becomes the relaxing experience we were looking forward to.
