We had an amazing time at this Secrets location! We upgraded to the preferred club upon arrival which was well worth it, as it grants you access to a pool that is a bit more relaxed and private. Our bartenders Sammy, Ruddy, Argeni and Rosa were incredible. They were attentive and remembered us all by name! All of the restaurants were excellent as well! Service overall is a 10/10 as all staff is extremely attentive. Shout out to our butler Marcos for answering all of our questions! We extended an extra night and be made the process very easy. I would absolutely stay at a secrets again, specifically this one!

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff! You have a private butler when you're in the Preferred Club, which I highly recommend. We had Manny as our butler and he was great! Definitely request him. Omar, a bartender at the Showtime bar and the nightclub, was great too. He helped make our trip so much fun. The staff is absolutely amazing. I spoke with probably 40-50 people during our weeklong stay and had a great experience with every single person. Everyone is so nice, sweet, and attentive. They want to make sure you have a great experience. There are several pools and swim up bars, as well as a beach. You can request a room with a private pool. I would highly recommend staying here during your next trip to Punta Cana!

Overall we had an amazing time. This is our 3rd secrets we stayed at. By far this one was the best because of the entertainment and people. It’s a lot more lively than the other two we stayed at which I loved. The food was delicious. I only put 4 stars for the rooms because we were having issues with our lights not working and we had called 3-4 times to get it fixed. But honestly this was the coldest room we’ve ever stayed in at an all inclusive which was nice ! The beach and pool was clean and nice Our butler Ramses was great. He took care of all of our needs. He also made sure the lights got fixed and sent me pictures showing they were actively fixing it. He put rose petals in the room and set everything up for us such as breakfast in our room hibachi and spa. He was amazing ! Julio Baez … bartender in the preferred club … 10/10 !! He was theeee besttt. He played music. And even took request. He was dancing and singing. So much fun and super sweet! He also made amazing drinks ! We will definitely be back to the resort !

I stayed for a total of 8 days during the end of May. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. However, I did notice that the resort appeared to be understaffed, especially considering the number of guests present during my visit. This impacted the overall experience slightly, as the buffet was unexpectedly closed one evening due to a corporate event, and it seemed there weren't enough staff available to keep it running alongside the event. However this is on upper management. It took over 2 hours to receive room service one night. This is not on the staff, who were extremely apologetic and kind. Upper management needs to step it up and hire more individuals, instead of firing due to May not being the hotels “busy season” The staff was amazing and the best part of my stay. I would like to shout out Lady, who worked poolside. She made my experience incredible! She really livened up the atmosphere, made me feel important, and welcome. She was absolutely incredible, kind, and overall awesome! All of the bartenders at the main pool, and servers were incredible as well. As I said before, it was really the staff that made this experience so great. I would also like to shout out, Alex (by the pool bar) who created such a fun and great atmosphere! There was not a single person without a warm smile on their face. Every staff member from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out was fantastic. Everything was very clean and extremely well upkept. I did have a few issues with my room, the electrical socket was coming out of the wall featuring exposed wiring, and there was a socket at the same height as a table, making it completely inaccessible unless the table was completely moved out of the way. Not too much of an issue but definitely an inconvenience.

Beautiful beach, food was so/so… you won’t starve, but you won’t rave either.Everyone was nice but not everyone had a smile or a greeting. They try to entice you to buy a vacation package, reviews about are horrible, we didn’t buy it. Pool was very nice, basically 3 main pools, left was preferred club only, quiet pool, had nice tiki huts and hammocks over the pool. Middle pool had all the action…. And the food buffet was setup there. The 3 was also preferred club only was very modern and cool. Had the infinity edge pool. All 3 had a swim up bar. Drinks were good.
