It was a very nice experience at this resort. It’s adults only so it’s kind of small compared to a kid friendly resort like next door at Dreams. Food was alright. The buffet is no good with limited selections. Best food on the resort is probably Seaside Grill and Oceana. Not much entertainment at night like we’re used to. One thing that needs to be noted here is the awesome golf cart transportation.. the fastest and most efficient we’ve ever been to. We never waited more than 3 min for a ride which is spectacular! To be honest, we spent most of our time on the Dreams side while we were here at Secrets.

The resort is good, but it isn’t a five star all inclusive resort. The rooms are fine, but worn with not enough upkeep. The public bathrooms are not kept clean and are sometimes disgusting. There are not enough umbrellas and chairs on the beach with numerous broken chairs and umbrellas. The food was good at most restaurants, but I had many meals that I did not enjoy. I was advised a one restaurant that some of dishes were not on the menu this evening and at another that they had no forks if I ordered the salad. Came back from the beach once and my room had not been cleaned. Had to contact concierge three times regarding my safe not functioning. Finally changed the batteries on the third call. The beach is outstanding and the staff are wonderful. I would rate the resort as a three to four star all inclusive. Overall I would rate my experience at this resort as a seven on ten.

Very nice resort. My first time at that big of resort. Very well maintained and staff was amazing. Personally....i wish it had at least one casual dining place. During the day the pool bar/restaurant you can get a good variety of food. In the evening you had to dress up for all restaurants. Would have liked a more casual spot that i could get a burger or something similar. 80 degree beautiful evenings....last thing i wanted to do was put on pants and closed shoes. But would recommend to friends.

This is a beautiful resort, that is very meticulous. The entire place is continually being cared for. Staff are very attentive, with servers running all say long poolside. Friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful as well. Lots of restaurant options especially coffee considering you can shuttle over to their sister resort, Dreams (family friendly). We tried most if the restaurants onsite (we didn’t visit Dreams) and all were good. They keep guests entertained at the pool with a variety menu f games such as volley ball, and even did a water aerobics class. There is also a jetski rental on the beach and a service to assist with booking excursions (book before hand to save money). Highly recommended this resort.

This resort is amazing. It was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I did come with a very large group so we didn't experience the pressure to purchase timeshares. The first night we had some issues with our room but staff were polite and quick to fix the issues. During the entire stay I felt that the staff was extremely professional, very friendly and helpful, and truly cared about making our vacation relaxing. They were very appreciative of tips and humble when receiving them. I never felt like they expected tips. The staff took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy our time. The only advice I could offer is to make sure you take plenty of tip money! They deserve to be tipped well for the great quality service they provide!
Truly all the staff, even the staff that doesn't work directly with guests, they all went above and beyond.
The room was beautiful, we had an amazing view, the beach is wonderful, everything was breathtaking.
The resort went above and beyond to entertain the guests. The activities and shows and other forms of entertainment were fun and thoughtful.
Our only complaint was that the app didn't work. If it worked it would be great to order room service. We had to make calls for it but it was fine because the staff was friendly. The app would have been nice. We loved the pool side food and the special entertainment food. Room service food was pretty good. The buffet was amazing. We did not care for the food at the restaurants but we loved the experience of fine dining.
The water they serve, coffee, tea, ice, all beverages served were safe to drink. That was a concern for us when we read about the resorts in the area. We did not get sick from anything we ate or drank.
I would definitely recommend this resort and I would stay here again. It exceeded my expectations and set the bar very high.
