We just came back from our vacation! We spent a week there for our honeymoon. We wanted to recognize the great service that Jorge (bar supervisor) gave us. He made us feel special and took care of us ! All staff made our stay memorable and they treated us so well everyone was very nice and the food was delicious specially Suki , the seafood restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious every single day. We ordered room service at night a couple of times and we have gone to different all exclusives and these by far has the best late night room service Food. We requested that our room to be cleaned every day and they always did an amazing job. This hotel is more for relaxation ,unwinding & disconnecting great place to be. The views were immaculate!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, we were group of seven! Everything was very clean, the staff were attentive and friendly, and there were so many great restaurants to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxing and overall we had a great experience. The only downside was that the drinks felt a bit watered down, which was disappointing compared to everything else.

My husband and I got married here this June and it was so dreamy! The accommodations were wonderful and made for a romantic stay/wedding and honeymoon! The food was incredible. If you want to get married here, highly recommend! Our wedding planner through the resort, Violeta, was a dream to work with and made the whole process so easy.

As beautiful as this resort is, the service for a 5 star luxury hotel is just not up to par and we were VERY disappointed. We stayed for a week and were preferred club. We had multiple issues with concierge ignoring our messages. We’d request to book something and not get a response for 2 days and lo and behold there would be no more availability when they finally responded. We had informed the reception at check in, and also our concierge on WhatsApp that we were celebrating our anniversary yet it was never acknowledged. I went to speak the concierge in person the next day after it had passed, to express my dissatisfaction and later in the day they put a banner on our door and placed about 6-8 rose petals on our bed. The whole thing was very lazy and lacked thoughtfulness and far from what I expect from a secrets resort. We requested our tub be filled up and were promised this would be done by the time we return from dinner and once again they failed to follow through. I did express to the manger the next day that we had received terrible service from the concierge our whole stay and he did kindly allow us to check out of our room 1 hour later than normal which was appreciated. I had called the same morning to see if there were any hospitality rooms available for the day as our flight wasn’t till 8pm and check out was originally at 12, to which we were informed they were all booked which is understandable as July is a very busy month. Once we checked out we asked the concierge would it be possible to have a shower at the spa before we leave for the airport and they informed us we’d have to ask the spa, which I found very weird. When it was finally time for us to prepare to leave the resort we went to the spa to ask if we could have a quick 5 minutes shower before we depart to get on a 10 hours flight back home. The spa staff were very unhelpful and stated that showers were only for spa guests, baring in mind we were at the spa the day before. We literally pleaded with them and promised we’d be no more than 5 minutes we just wanted to freshen up and they still denied the request, although the spa looked empty and not 1 person had walked by or went in/out the changing rooms while we were speaking to the staff. I’ve been to so many 5 star hotels and even the cheaper ones offer you to use the showers in the spa if you’re checked out of your room. For the price you pay to stay here it’s unbelievable how you get treated. I used to be a loyal secrets fan and have been to plenty of their other resorts but this one let them down. The rooms were beautiful and the food was good. The beach wasn’t great and had a terrible smell which wafted over to the pool through the day. There was a good variety of busy and quiet pool areas.The servers at the pool and restaurants were so lovely and seemed to be the only people who cared about making our stay enjoyable along with the entertainment team. Unfortunately the level of service just does not align with what is expected from a 5-star resort. If you don’t need anything from the staff then I’m sure you’ll enjoy yourself however, service is priceless to us when vacationing.

A lovely paradise! Incredible service! A bit of a drive from the Cancun airport. Spa service attendants were good but procedures were not as well planned as most spas. Extremely high prices with less overall offerings. We were disappointed. Food was art on a plate! Great restaurants! Beach was not the best because of a great deal of seaweed. Very fishy smell. Really sad because visually the beach is so well appointed. Only other disappointment was that Hilton tries to sell you on so many more things after you’ve spent so much to book the stay. We were slightly pressured to attend a time share presentation. Very annoying. Some construction happening but hopefully they will finish soon. Facility, service, food and all the pools were extravagant!
