This place is amazing.
Stayed here a few days for my birthday and it was the best customer service I have ever experience. I had to start the review off with this - staff such as Vanessa, Enriquez and Simon to name a few really make the stay welcoming and enjoyable.
The check in and check out process is efficient and smooth. From the time we stepped out of the transport and into the resort it was an unforgettable experience.
The resort is beautiful. Between the numerous restaurants, pools and bars there isn’t a shortage of options. I had 3 different cuisines a day 😂.
Multiple pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment and a beautiful beach with cabanas.
Room maintenance is fast and reliable. Preferred rooms have unlimited room service (not from the listed restaurants) but still worth it when you can’t make breakfast or want a late night snack.
We’re already planning another visit. I can recommend this location to anyone.

Went here with my wife for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did! Their food is amazing! They have every different kinds of restaurants to pick from, the pool side bars are also so good! The bartenders always made my drinks with a smile and small talk, and just the whole vibe at this place is so nice, everything looks new and the rooms look spectacular. Definitely get the preferred club with a swim out pool, everybody that gets that room recommends it. Also the speakeasy is very fun and has great music! The only downside to this resort is the beach, it wasn't the best, but the pools and man-made lagoons are amazing so we didn't mind too much.

The property is simply stunning. The bar and spa experiences were top notch. The hotel staff were attentive, kind, and always helpful. The restaurants lacked refinement for the expectation and price. The food was always on the bland side and nobody seems to know how to cook fish on this property (it should not have the consistency of chicken breast!). Room service took FOREVER and the food we ordered was horrible (rubbery & overcooked burgers). The preferred club junior suite is the same thing as a regular room with a bathtub on the balcony... not worth the extra price at all. The Preferred Club restaurant and coffee shop were great. The only reason to go Preferred Club is the restaurant on the roof... it has the best food on the property aside from the fish we caught ourselves --- which the chef did an amazing job preparing!

Wow!!! Amazing service, food, and location. Some of the best bartenders ever. Make sure you see Alfredo at the preferred club bar and William at the pool bar. Some of the coolest people at the resort! So much to do and enjoy. This place makes a perfect vacation. From the room service to the spa, everything is perfect in paradise. Only complaint was the pressure for the time share. Everyday we were pressured into taking the ‘presentation’ for the Impressions side of the resort. It was frustrating and a total distraction while trying to relax. Other than that the resort is absolutely amazing!!!!

Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. We loved that there were so many pools! We loved SeaSoul. The food was incredible as was the service - Emmanuel took incredible care of us. Room service was nice touch - Elias delivered! We appreciated the room bag drop and mini tour of the property from Jose! David at the pool as the best and helped us get settled daily. The places where it fell short were the hard sell on the time shares at check-in, we are there to relax not be shaken down and the food was just ok.
