Amazing experience! Best resort we have ever been. The food is delicious, staff is amazing and luxury is felt throughout. I would 10/10 recommend. Fun little speakeasy to enjoy as well as well great tacos everywhere. Hurry and book now!

My wife and I just had our wedding here, and I could not have been happier. The property itself is breathtaking. Violeta (wedding coordinator) did a magnificent job the day of the wedding, and she works extremely hard heading into the event.
Francisco, bartender at the swim up bars, works also so hard and serves some great drinks.
Overall, the food was above my expectations, high quality food. Often people expect Michelin star restaurants for the price they are paying, but that is not realistic. In my opinion, they do a great job for the large variety they provide.
Two small points of feedback. They should be a little stricter in checking for preferred status to access the rooftop pool, given we paid a premium. I know of certain members of my wedding party who did not pay for preferred, but were able to access and eat here. Second point, the swim up bars can be understaffed from time to time.

Greta trip for us. Overall the rooms and resort were immaculate, food was excellent and service was top notch. Only issues was room service food I wouldn’t recommend but all of the dinner restraints were phenomenal. I also didn’t like being hassled by the VIP team every time I walked by the third floor trying to get me to come take a tour of impressions and waste half a day trying to sell me something k don’t want. Had to avoid the 3rd floor. Other than that everything was outstanding.

Let me start out with—- we are well traveled and this was by far our WORST vacation in 25 years.
We paid extra to be a part of the preferred club. Other than getting a rooftop view (if you chose to visit that area)and a few snacks, there is no difference in regular versus preferred club. The food is the same the drinks are the same. We were not able to finish a meal at any of the restaurants because the food was so poor. Our expectations for all inclusive food is not too terribly high however this was something awful. The liquor out of the bottles is not the same as it is in the states. You could have 10 drinks in a row and be just fine. When we spoke to management, we were chastised for not being in our rooms awaiting their call. They spoke so poorly to my husband and myself. Patronized us and treated us like children. After we said some thing about the food situation, the service throughout the resort went downhill. The resort itself is pretty, the views are nice. The hot tubs are the same temperature as the pool water. Our preferred club oceanfront room smelled so badly of mildew. We had to burn incense whenever we were in the room and that didn’t even help. Again, we are not hard folks to please. The pool bar food that is open from 11 to 5 was by far the most edible things that we had. Thankful I brought snacks from home!!!
Before coming to this resort, I read many of the reviews. Several of them read similar to this review. But you think “hey why not give it a try?” Big mistake. BIG.

The hotel is beautiful and we loved the rooms! The pools outside are by far the best and we enjoyed all of the different areas you could relax. The only issue we had was the food quality. Unfortunately there were certain restaurants where the food tasted microwaved or simply was not of good taste.
Hotel room/pool/service 5 stars!
Food is 3 stars, and would unfortunately keep us from coming back here.
