We took a 6 day trip to Secrets Maroma Beach earlier this month and absolutely loved our time there! The staff and service were definitely a standout — it was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and everyone was so genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Shout out to Marvin, Dario, and all the other wonderful waiters we had by the beach and pool! The food was fantastic! I loved being able to have a different cuisine at a different restaurant every night, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. I especially loved the Mexican restaurant, El Patio. Every course was delicious beautifully plated at all the restaurants we tried. The beaches are the most beautiful I’ve seen, and we also enjoyed a wonderful massage and water treatment at the spa. Overall, absolutely incredible across the board — service, food, rooms, beaches, and activities were all 10/10!

Our concierge - Daniel- went above and beyond for us on our trip! Our buffet server was Alejandro and he was our favorite part of waking up in this paradise! Very impressed with the entertainment staff. We had a foam party, made macrame plant hangers, did a wine and cheese painting activity, tons of beach volleyball and beach yoga- it was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous and felt very luxurious. I did order room service one morning and that was lovely and piping hot. We also had access to the preferred beach club which was a lovely little respite from the big pool in the afternoon. Our group had an amazing time and would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at Secrets Maroma! From our incredible concierge Erik to the friendly bartenders like Peter (“Spider”), the service was top-notch. Erik went above and beyond to accommodate our requests — including arranging an extra wine bottle for our anniversary and another special surprise. The resort itself is stunning — the beach is powdery white and crystal clear, the pools are relaxing, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Our swim-out suite was spotless and well-stocked, and housekeeping was excellent. The food was consistently fresh and delicious at every restaurant we tried, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Having visited other Secrets resorts, we can confidently say this one truly stands out for its warmth and attention to detail. Highly recommend Secrets Maroma for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time at a Secrets and it didn’t disappoint! The rooms are well appointed (I love the jetted tub that has shutters you can open to see into the main part of the room). The food is fantastic- the French restaurant was our favorite. The service is TOP NOTCH! Everyone you encounter is friendly and anticipating what you may want or need. They treat you like royalty! Our concierge Katya was wonderful- so easy to talk to and attentive. And a shout out to Roberto the Machine at the breakfast buffet- he made every morning delightful! Truly an amazing staff, a beautiful resort, worth every penny!

The food was excellent at every restaurant, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The beach was truly outstanding — clean, clear, calm, and beautifully warm — easily one of the best we’ve ever seen. Lovely atmosphere, delicious dining, and amazing people made this a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!
