The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism, immediately making us feel welcome and valued. Every member of the team went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect, they would never forget your name. Special shout out to Alberto at the swim up bar, he made us laugh daily and made THE best cocktails, he is always smiling and never made it boring!! Another shout out to Aldo, concierge manager, he was nothing but professional and helpful at all times, he made us really feel at home, and was always available for us, a really valued member of the team. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable — our room was spotless, with pristine linens, gleaming surfaces, and every corner meticulously maintained. The attention to detail truly stood out and made the experience feel luxurious and comfortable. The amenities offered were outstanding, every aspect was designed to enhance guest comfort. Little touches, like complimentary refreshments, 24 hour room service and thoughtful extras in the room, made a huge difference. The food was absolutely phenomenal. This place was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the hotel offered many fun amenities! My favorite was the sun glass cleared cart that came around the pool to clean your glasses! Also they had a cute fruit cart that offered melons on a stick that you could add sugar, salt or tajine to! The food was also absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go back! All about the details and they met our expectations!

This was our first time at a Secrets and it didn’t disappoint! The rooms are well appointed (I love the jetted tub that has shutters you can open to see into the main part of the room). The food is fantastic- the French restaurant was our favorite. The service is TOP NOTCH! Everyone you encounter is friendly and anticipating what you may want or need. They treat you like royalty! Our concierge Katya was wonderful- so easy to talk to and attentive. And a shout out to Roberto the Machine at the breakfast buffet- he made every morning delightful! Truly an amazing staff, a beautiful resort, worth every penny!

We took a 6 day trip to Secrets Maroma Beach earlier this month and absolutely loved our time there! The staff and service were definitely a standout — it was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and everyone was so genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Shout out to Marvin, Dario, and all the other wonderful waiters we had by the beach and pool! The food was fantastic! I loved being able to have a different cuisine at a different restaurant every night, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. I especially loved the Mexican restaurant, El Patio. Every course was delicious beautifully plated at all the restaurants we tried. The beaches are the most beautiful I’ve seen, and we also enjoyed a wonderful massage and water treatment at the spa. Overall, absolutely incredible across the board — service, food, rooms, beaches, and activities were all 10/10!

Our concierge - Daniel- went above and beyond for us on our trip! Our buffet server was Alejandro and he was our favorite part of waking up in this paradise! Very impressed with the entertainment staff. We had a foam party, made macrame plant hangers, did a wine and cheese painting activity, tons of beach volleyball and beach yoga- it was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous and felt very luxurious. I did order room service one morning and that was lovely and piping hot. We also had access to the preferred beach club which was a lovely little respite from the big pool in the afternoon. Our group had an amazing time and would definitely return!
