I was fortunate to stay this last week and my biggest positive is the staff. They truly are so kind & the highlight of this hotel. Our concierge at 12, the cleaning staff, the bellmen — so kind. I also had the honor to spend a good deal of time with Hugo & Gloria on the event staff who were an absolute highlight of my trip!! Everyone was wonderful!
Hibachi dinner did make us feel poorly for about 24 hours but staff was made aware. Would recommend the resort.

I came to this resort for a work engagement and I must say that this Resort is absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was the check in process, the man who checked us in was not friendly, not helpful in any way. He showed us a map in which I wanted to hold on to and he took it right back. He didn't let us know that there was an app to download. Nonetheless, the rest of the experience was exceptional. The service from the other staff was amazing. From the room service, to the restaurant staff, to the staff on the beach, it was amazing. This experience has truly been one of a kind and I will be planning personal vacations to this resort soon!!

This review is very much over due. Before I start I need to acknowledge and applaud our concierge Vertiz. He went above and beyond, did everything in his power to make sure the my wife and I had the best stay possible. I ended up getting sick that trip, Vertiz took notice. Without asking he brought us a tea kettle so I could make gargle mixes (I had strep throat) and brought several comfort items.
We went there to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. Every time we went back to the room we had a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us, even a bubble bath hot and ready with rose petals floating.
Maroma is breathtaking. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This resort is amazing! We have only been here a few days and still have a week to go! (Woo-hoo!) Let me tell you that the staff here work extremely hard to make your vacation a wonderful experience. So please take a minute to thank them if you come here. The resort is top notch. The grounds are impeccable, the beach is the nicest around. The staff cater to you to ensure you want for nothing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The dining experience is amazing with so many choices and great atmosphere. The pools are awesome and there are always activities happening so there is always something to do if that's what you're looking for or you can just relax and unwind and take in this beautiful place. But again the people here are what makes this place what it is. We will definitely be back!

Estrella who made the fire drinks, William who was our server at the French and Italian restaurants, Antonio who waited on us at lunch, the woman who makes the breakfast Harauches are just a few of the amazing people who made us feel welcome and well cared for. The people make this place really special!
Loved our group trip here. Amazing weather, lovely beach and pool, luxurious rooms, it was amazing. The cafe has the best desserts. Would absolutely recommend!
Mostly set up for couples, the only thing we could have asked for would be cars tables to play games at.
