This All Inclusive resort has it all! Extremely comfortable rooms, beautiful beaches, and an amazing atmosphere. Most of all, the staff at this resort are phenomenal and are so welcoming! Elisaul went above and beyond when it came to participating in playing pool volleyball and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The 24 hour room service was used throughout the entirety of my trip with ease. Staff members would go above and beyond when it came to the daily detailed cleaning of the hotel rooms and throughout the resort. Drinks were strong and came in plenty! The food was amazing with the hibachi restaurant being my favorite. I plan to come back to this resort without question. 10/10 recommend with ZERO complaints starting from the champagne greeting upon check-in to the luggage service departing the resort. Amazing trip! Our vacation rocked!! Everyone is so nice and there is absolutely nothing more they could have done to make our stay more perfect! We had an amazing time and look forward to coming again. The food and drinks were so good. You will not go hungry or thristy. This is be FAR the best resort I have been to. The resort is breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the staff is top tier!

Unbeatable service and perfect beaches! The preferred suites are worth it for the Rosewater restaurant, breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious. Italian and French restaurants were also incredible.

Great customer service. Very friendly and professional staff. We stayed in a preferred suite. Maria was fabulous taking care of us all week at beach. Miguel was our butler and helpful when needed. Very relaxing resort. Food is 5/10 ok. All inclusive resort food isn't the best.

This is a nice resort for adult couples with a very nice pool, beach, and restaurants. The service by everyone was wonderful! The staff in all areas were very polite, friendly, and ready to help in any way. Our Concierge, Angelo Mercedes was especially great! He kept us informed daily and helped us in any way we needed. He went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed in our room and anything we needed for getting around the resort. I would recommend requesting Angelo for anyone staying here.
