My group and I had an absolute blast. Even so much that some of us added additional days to our stay. The location is a little isolated but if you're coming for some relaxation time without all the hustle and bustle this may be the perfect location for you. The food was really good as well as the options that were provided. They are still a fairly new property so there are some service kinks that need to be worked out bit but nothing so drastic that I wouldn't return. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We went to Secrets Baby Beach for our honeymoon and had a great time. Since it is a a new resort and gradually opening up more to people we went during the perfect time. It was not too crowded and enjoyed some peace and quiet. It was definitely getting more packed after we left. The food and service was amazing! Honestly the wide array of food options was great. The restaurants were really unique too. We loved the 24 hour Coco cafe and the entertainment/music each night. It was exactly what we needed after heavy wedding planning. The hotel is still new and working on some logistical things that will improve over time. The taxi service can improve especially since Baby Beach is isolated. Also it is a public beach so you do not get umbrellas and lounge chairs, we had to pay for rentals each day we were on the beach but that is expected in some islands. We enjoyed the beach experience. My concern is the spacing when the beach gets full, so something to keep in mind. We loved the time at the beach and the staff was super nice with the sunscreen and water station. That was so helpful. So I give it a 4/5 because of some issues we encountered but it did not take away from the experience.

I stayed a couple of weeks ago and to quickly recap. This resort wasn’t ready to be fully open and should’ve offered soft-opening rates. While the staff was friendly, they lacked proper training and systems. At check-in, long wait and bag service was a mess. Although, I was on the same reservation - I was placed on a different floor than my group and was told the resort was fully booked and they couldn’t make any changes—clearly untrue, as the pool and restaurants were never crowded. Staff often couldn’t answer basic questions, like directions to on-site restaurants. Food was another issue—limited availability, long wait times, and poor quality (tasted like frozen meals). Room service wasn’t 24/7 and took hours. WiFi barely worked, and the property was isolated. The "ocean view" room mainly overlooked a parking lot. Housekeeping didn’t replace towels or clean properly—just made the bed. Overall, there were too many issues for me to recommend or stay again, especially being so far out from the main attractions of the island

We just spent 10 days at this resort for our honeymoon. This resort is amazing and we will be returning. It’s new and there are some things that need to be worked out but overall a great resort. The staff was very accommodating and nice. This was our first time staying at a Secrets and we will definitely be back. The hibachi was the best restaurant on the property. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes tops and the resort gives you chairs and towels everyday. The drinks were strong and top shelf if you asked for it. The entertainment team was great and kept us engaged but didn’t push if we wanted to relax.

Top notch. I honestly cannot believe how the staff is trained as well as they are for being opened less than 1 month. I have worked for luxury brands... and the level of customer service here exceeded my expectations. I sat and watched their staff & operations at times. Very safe feeling on the island and resort. Beach is beautiful (not crowed) and you can research that on your own. Top 2 beach I have ever been to. Relaxing and a very nice vibe. Really refreshed me on this trip. Adult only was very nice (we have 5 children). Great 4th of July show and celebration. Food is well above average with excellent selection and staff.
