Traveler Travels
Great rooms, excellent food, drinks were good not amazing but good for a resort. Excellent staff here William, Jesus, Peter Rosemary and Betty were phenomenal to name a few. Great relaxing vibes and for those who want to party they have a pool for you. The beach gets crowded but if you make it earlier than anyone you can see turtles and huge fish 10/10. We did it at 7 am it was worth it. The beach to ourselves and had nice turtle videos. The hotel is secluded and on the other side of the island where all the businesses is which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you want. If you want to relax, unwind with a little fun book it. Shows were cool too.

It’s probably the best vacation we’ve had and we’ve had hundreds of vacations throughout the world as a Unlimited Vacation Club member. I want you to know please ask for an upgrade but you’re not guaranteed it. They’re still working the system out. They’re still new. Yes we’re spoiled but be patient Lulu and JoJo really really take care of you. Great ladies I miss them so much. Lulu let us come in her house and show us how to cook traditional fish. We miss you Lulu, JoJo did amazing Zandro amazing Butler. I miss the place already if you’re coming bring your own snorkel if you want to see the turtles before 12 o’clock the farthest orange Bowie out and the closest to shore after 3 . do not disturb them. They’ll eat in front of you do not touch them and when you go to snorkel with them hover over top let them warm up to you and then you can get right on top of them. They’re beautiful creatures. I’ve circled in my review a spot for humongous fish when you snorkel. other people come to this beach baby beach that we have privilege to snorkel 120 a person so bring your own snorkel. Make sure that you bring a full mask snorkel not a traditional one you can get them at Walmart for 40 bucks and you’ll see some amazing stuff. Bring some bread with you that way you can feed them and they can swim right in front of you. You’re gonna find an amazing adventure down there the big puffer fish they don’t bother you the big fish swim with you. They don’t bother you. There is no sharks and please bring water shoes. Do not try and walk on the rocks. They’re gonna cut you wide open. You’ll know when you get there what I’m talking about and if you’re a member up at the secrets of baby Beach when you come down, go to big mamas and get a ticket so you don’t have to pay two dollars to use the bathroom. It’s free. The seafood buffet is amazing. The sports bar is pretty cool Unlimited Vacation Club we have a preferred area and it’s amazing. Enjoy we miss everybody Lulu we miss you. Thank you.

A real disappointment. The resort and room is very nice, but it stops there. It’s in the middle of nowhere and there is no transport into the city unless you pay for it (shuttle service is $25 per person). Nobody swims in the pools because they are freezing ( not heated), and the hot tubs are lukewarm . 7 restaurants? Only 4 are open for dinner with the same menu every night. The entertainment is terrible apart from the steel drum band the shows are cheesy, a lot of screaming and whooping it up cheesy game shows like the cruise ships. Food is mediocre. Baby beach is dirty with litter everywhere and the resort only offers a lounge chair on the beach with no umbrellas for shade. The staff on the other hand are really nice and try their best. It’s a timeshare hard sell for the moment you get there they call it Vacation club. We had a butler that we never saw, he messaged me to let me know he had arranged 2 days of free cabana use for us only for us to set up that day and him message and apologize letting us know he had made a mistake and we would have to pay an extra $350 a day to rent one. No free bicycles as advertised, only if you take the free tour but you can’t use them any other time. This vacation was expensive over $16,000 for ten days. Oh and don’t forget your sunscreen, they charge $48 for a 6 oz can of Hawaiian tropic. Safe to say we will not be back along with numerous guests we spoke to who feel the same way.

This is the best resort we have ever visited by a landslide. The service from beginning to end was amazing, especially our butler Jack. My wife was looking for dry shampoo, and he didn’t even hesitate to tell me that he would go to the store after work and get it for us. The attention to detail and customer service was outstanding.

Perfect for a birthday getaway without the kids! Quiet side of the island which was what we needed. We have Globalist status so we received Preferred Club benefits with the separate restaurant and pool area/bar. Luis was top notch and always attentive. Very clean property/rooms and beach was a few mins walk off the property. Food was pretty good and drinks were delicious. I would recommend this adults only resort for a romantic getaway!
